18/01/2026: Spectacular butcher/grill I had their melt-in-the-mouth mixed cured meat platter and a delicious Tomahawk steak. The wine list is also excellent. The waitresses are attentive and precise!! The prices are a bit high, but the quality justifies them.

30/08/2025: In Tirano, in this square, we found this delightful pastry shop with excellent homemade cakes and jams. After breakfast, we also purchased sweets like biscotti and Bisciola, a hazelnut sbrisolona, ​​and finally blueberry and other fruit jams, along with hazelnut spreads. I recommend trying them because they use only sourdough starter, and the difference is truly amazing.

The owner, her son, Rosa in the kitchen, and her young team welcome you with an excellent seasonal menu! I chose linguine with clams, truly exquisite—it's been years since I've had something so special! For appetizers, the Garfagnana cured meats are truly excellent, and the rovelline lucchesi (no one makes them in Lucca anymore) are superb—try them! Honest and kind. A rarity in today's restaurant scene!

07/02/2026: HALLOWING…. We ate terribly…. Old roast potatoes (they wouldn't have been good even for chicken), OVERDUE pasta, TERRIBLE service (we had to ask for water and bread twice). At 10pm they came to the table to make us pay and after asking if they could wait 5 minutes for us to finish the wine before drinking a coffee, after 1 minute they literally threw us out with the POS in hand at the table saying, "I didn't charge you for the potatoes..." All for €35, a SHAME.

01/03/2026: Contrary to many reviews I read that unfairly give low ratings, I have to say that sometimes trusting reviews isn't a good idea. At this restaurant, I found preparation, a precise approach to cooking, and above all, good, healthy, and authentic local cuisine. The host certainly stands out and doesn't remain in the background, but for me, that was just a minor detail. Fresh fish dishes prepared with great respect for the ingredients, impeccable service, and the ambiance is a delight. Recommended!

12/02/2026: We came here even though we knew it was a touristy trap place Just because we needed some food and it’s a very nice seating area. But the food we ordered was okay, but not very good really compared to a lot of the places we have eaten for the same money. But mostly disappointed because they brought us out the wrong food and then told us that it was the right food lying to my face so extremely unprofessional. But they did change it but rushed to cook it and it was under cooked. Don’t eat here

31/12/2025: The location is nice to sit outside in December, we had sun! But unfortunately that’s about the only positive thing. The glasses were old or not clean, the staff couldn’t manage a smile, the white wine was warm and overpriced, and the bruschetta was bland. They try to squeeze everything out of the nice location at high prices.

20/02/2026: The food is cheap, but I didn't really like it. The chicken was too salty and the soup was very ordinary; the dumplings were okay, although they were the kind you buy at the supermarket.

30/01/2026: For a different kind of evening in Lucca, it's honest. I'll start by saying it's the first Chinese restaurant I've tried. The food quality is moderate compared to the prices, so expectations should be moderate. The grilled meat ravioli are highly recommended, as are the soups. Perhaps the chipped placemats should be replaced.

As for the pizza, it's authentic Neapolitan, unmatched in the Lucca plain. The ingredients are excellent, the dough is light, and the dough is excellent.
