Always serves with a smile, professionally, communicates with everyone in their language. This is simply the highest professionalism. And this makes breakfasts even more enjoyable. 20/07/2025: It is difficult to survive in small villages with hospitality businesses but the Bertolini family has been able to create the right balance in the assortment of wines, typically local catering while respecting tradition and the valorization of typical local products.

12/08/2025: Restrooms and changing rooms were clean. Lounger prices were completely acceptable. €20 for two loungers right by the water without umbrellas. Drink prices were completely reasonable. The pool in the entrance area wasn't in use, just a bit of water completely covered in algae. It didn't look very inviting.

29/06/2025: Really unpleasant experience at Bagno Teresita Wellness Club in Viareggio. The pool rules are not displayed anywhere visible to guests, and we found ourselves rudely scolded for having brought a stroller into the pool area, which the manager said was “not allowed”. Too bad this ban is not posted anywhere. Later we were scolded again because we had clothes on the sunbed: according to them, “by internal rules” (which we never saw or received), all personal items should be kept in the cabin, away from the sunbed, making the experience extremely uncomfortable for those with children or who need to keep a change of clothes, sunscreen or other personal items close at hand. If children are not welcome in this facility, it would be more correct to declare themselves adults-only, instead of welcoming families and then making them feel like they are in the way. In addition, as already reported by other negative reviews: • The staff is often rude or arrogant towards customers, instead of politely explaining the rules which, we repeat, are not posted anywhere visible. • The prices are high compared to the quality of the service offered. • Some guests complain that the pool water is not always clean and that the sunbeds are too close together, taking away space and privacy. • The management seems more interested in controlling every little detail of the guests rather than ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience. We will not return and we do not recommend families and those looking for a courteous welcome to choose this property.

I would like to thank Massimo and his entire staff for their courtesy and professionalism in managing an event for over 50 people, including other guests both in the hotel and in the restaurant.

21/07/2025: Great place for a quick bite to eat. There's some seating inside and outside (though the umbrellas aren't always open). Right next to San Michele al Foro. Excellent food and a super warm welcome.

12/08/2025: The desserts need to be completely reworked. Tiramisu: The worst of my life, I must have tasted a hundred of them. Lemon Sorbetto: I didn't understand this dessert!!! Lousy.

17/08/2025: Excellent service. Both Claudia and her father were very kind. Family-run. The pool was a bit crowded, so I couldn't use it, but that's understandable for August. We'll be back.

15/08/2025: Bagno Brunella e Ada Beach is simply perfect! The beach is immaculately maintained, clean, and tidy down to the last detail, with well-spaced awnings and extremely comfortable loungers. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to accommodate every request with a smile. The sea is beautiful, and the relaxed atmosphere makes you feel instantly on vacation. The services offered are impeccable: hot showers, clean bathrooms, an excellent bar, and a restaurant with fresh, tasty dishes. The pool is a plus. A place where you can feel the passion and attention to detail. I can't wait to return!

07/07/2025: The cinema itself is nice... the only problem is that they charge you €9.50 for a film and then you sweat inside. It's definitely a very cheap sauna.

14/07/2025: I've been ordering all the time now. Always very kind and helpful on the phone. Deliveries are almost always on time. Fantastic pizzas; I've tried many of them. The best in Viareggio. (Probably my favorite in winter.) The specialty pizzas are also very popular (Halloween, Christmas, etc.).

20/08/2025: Unfortunately, this was the worst pizza we had during our time in Italy. The pizza was overcooked, with burnt edges, and oddly already cut around the crust when it arrived. When it came time to pay, we wanted to use cash, but were told they couldn't give change for a 50€, which was quite inconvenient. Even more concerning, we were initially charged 35€ for just one pizza and one bottle of water. The menu listed the pizza at 10€, the water 1,5€ and we were surprised to see an added 5€ “service fee” (2.5€ per person), which was not clearly communicated. When we questioned the bill, they recalculate the total. The service was not very friendly, and the waitress could not speak even a basic level of English, which made communication difficult. I strongly recommend double-checking your bill before paying here. In my opinion, it’s best to avoid this place altogether — there are many much better options in the area.

19/07/2025: "Filippo": A long-established restaurant in Pietrasanta, another restaurant opened a few years ago in Forte dei Marmi, specifically in the Caranna area. They also serve pizza and simpler dishes, but always excellent and innovative, accompanied by truly professional service... Definitely worth a try! CdM

28/06/2025: We went to this restaurant because of the old menu – note: the menu no longer has anything to do with the 2024 version. The selection has been significantly reduced, and the style has changed. Instead of classic Italian dishes like pizza, you can now expect more upscale cuisine with a fish-focused menu and a smaller selection of pinsa and pasta. Those looking for a traditional trattoria with a typical menu might be disappointed. Nevertheless, positives: The food was very good quality. The staff was friendly and attentive.
