17/05/2025: This evening I had booked to come and eat a pizza with my friends for 8:30 pm. We ordered quite quickly although with some linguistic difficulty since the waitress in charge of taking orders did not understand Italian very well. We ordered a cutting board of raw ham with burrata and six pizzas, nothing spectacular. Yet even though the cutting board arrived almost immediately together with the drink, the pizzas, unlike what had been reported (that is, about an hour's wait), arrived, after multiple complaints, "only" after an hour and a half with all the calm and tranquility of this world. As if that were not enough, we were at the tables outside where it was freezing because there was no type of external heating even though the place had multiple mushrooms to heat that were not turned on. I strongly advise you to avoid this place, instead if you want to have a more formative experience it is better to make the pizza yourself at home, it will take much less time. Have a good evening.

Davvero un'ottima scelta.

03/05/2025: I had a yogurt around 6pm on May 3rd. I was served by a very kind brunette sales assistant with light green eyes I think, I love her, she guessed the flavor of yogurt I wanted, she was super kind, give her a raise immediately, she's a diva and an absolute icon period

20/06/2025: Enjoyed a few of their sweet treats. Both were amazing. Also tried their iced Crem de caffe which was fantastic! Nice seating inside and the service was friendly.

27/06/2025: I'm sorry, but I can't find an adjective to describe this restaurant, we can't improvise... very high prices with poor quality food! Let's forget about the service...
I felt like I was on a joke!!
Spaghetti with clams and 2 meatballs stuffed with squid and 2 sea bream with a lettuce leaf and a couple of slices of tomato...I don't dare describe the sea bass/sea bream fillets...covered in pepper...let's forget about it...
I hope you are aware of what you offer to customers...
Then...on a Monday night with three tables in total...I can't even find the excuse of chaos...of the weekend...
21/06/2025: I really liked it. We ate at a shaded table just steps from the shoreline. Maybe I wouldn't call it a restaurant, because it's more of a well-organized beach bar with good food. The service guys are very busy and friendly and punctual. Too bad they don't do dinner too. It closes after sunset.

12/07/2025: The staff of a restaurant is very rude. The view is amazing, could be a very good restaurant instead. We got aperol which was pretty fine, so haven’t tried the food. The way they treat/ignore their customers is hideous. Plus if you want to split the bill be ready for owner’s unhappy face
06/07/2025: I confirm, apart from the view, nothing to remember about this restaurant! Avoid!!! The prices on the "advertising sign" and those on the menu given at the table do not correspond... obviously the prices once seated are more expensive! No pizza on Sundays and this information is not noted anywhere! Ridiculously small portion and very mediocre cuisine! The waitress raises the bar a little, nice, she does her best but I strongly advise against it!!

14/05/2025: Nella piazza principale del paese, con il mare proprio davanti. Ma i locali in questa posizione sono parecchi e allora c’è da chiedersi se qui ci siano motivi per preferirlo. Direi di no. L’ambiente è un po’ demodé ma ben tenuto, i tavolini in piazza sono accoglienti. Io lo scelgo per il gelato: l’assortimento è limitato e classico. Questo, per certi versi, dovrebbe essere un fattore positivo: chi si concentra su un ristretto numero di gusti e senza esasperate originalità è probabile che faccia un gelato ‘superiore’. Io in realtà l’ho trovato del tutto normale: buono ma non eccelso. Insomma non mi ha lasciato motivi per dire ‘ci ritorno’.

Se fai un'osservazione ti rispondono con arroganza. Sembra che dai fastidio.
Non prendono prenotazioni e ci sta. Calcolate però che tra le 19,30 e le 20 il locale è già pieno quindi, essendo il personale molto scarso, fate voi i calcoli, passerete tutta la serata al ristorante. Perciò per le bevande, se volete berle fresche, chiedete di portarle assieme ai piatti.
Le pizze sono buone, ma non più come una volta. Tra l'altro la mia "vizio Antico", rispetto ad allora, l'ho trovata più piccola e senza il basilico. Fortuna non hanno eliminato la burrata al centro ... Insomma, se volete rovinarvi la serata andate pure la sera di luglio o agosto. In altri periodi magari sarete più fortunati.
P.S.: scrivo in ritardo questa recensione perché non volevo agire d'impulso. Ho trovato ora l'annotazione sul mio cellulare e ho pensato di condividerla qui.

08/07/2025: It seems to be getting worse every year: this time only the agua frizzante was passable, the rest was of abominable quality, the wine was corked, the steak was unpalatable, the starter platter with bad, tough meats, bruschetta could only be consumed with a saw: I fear that this cannot be made up for by the atmosphere.

19/05/2025: We have been to this campsite for two consecutive years, in July 2022 and 2023, and we plan to return again this year.
For those who love tranquility and outdoor life, this campsite is ideal. Very affordable prices. Pitches well delimited with high hedges for perfect privacy and well maintained in terms of cleanliness. There is a freezer available to guests where you can leave ice for the thermal bags. Extremely courteous staff, they were able to meet our every need with kindness and patience. We also positively experienced the breakfasts and dinners of the Elbar, present inside the campsite.
We are ready to return!!!
PS: I apologize for the previous review, it was actually a campsite in Campiglia Marittima!
