Beautiful place. We had a great time. I took two stars off only because I booked the premium villa and we were supposed to have Wi-Fi in the cottage. I called several times to report the modem was missing, but nothing. A technician was supposed to come by in the morning to look at and fix things... again, nothing... no technician, no call.

We spent 5 nights at this property with our 3-year-old daughter and had a truly wonderful time. The apartment, surrounded by greenery, is equipped with numerous comforts and offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The furnishings are a bit dated, and some aspects could be improved, such as the bed, which isn't particularly comfortable, and the headboard, which could use a more thorough cleaning. During our stay, we encountered a problem with the washing machine, but after we reported it, a technician promptly intervened and resolved the issue with great helpfulness. The beach is very quiet and never crowded, ideal for those seeking relaxation. The pools are truly beautiful, and the presence of a Coop supermarket within the complex is an added bonus. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

Small houses scattered throughout a beautiful pine forest where absolute tranquility reigns. Excellent services, excellent hospitality, a fantastic breakfast, and a clean sea and beach. If the One up there allows it, we'll be back.

The hotel is beautifully situated in a well-maintained natural setting right on the beach. Our room was very stuffy, but at least it had a fan and air conditioning. The biggest drawback was the breakfast buffet, which was automatically included in our room category. The food and coffee quality were very poor (automatic coffee machine, hardly any fresh ingredients, scrambled eggs made from powder, low-quality cold cuts and cheese, dry panini) and definitely not what one would expect in Italy at these rather high prices.

I stayed at this property with my parents at the end of May. Magu bar and restaurant: poor food and very expensive Luckily, there's a Co-op nearby, so you can buy what you need. If you're staying without a car, you're out of luck. A property like this can't open unless everything is up and running efficiently. I spoke to the back office manager, expressing my dissatisfaction. She pretended to listen to me and verify my situation, but I received no response. I was at least expecting some feedback or a discount, but it was nothing. My parents would have returned, but given the situation, that's impossible. In fact, I was supposed to accompany them and pick them up a week later, but given the restrictions within the resort, I had to stay the whole week. I also have another complaint, which I consider very important for safety within the facility, but I prefer, in case anyone in charge is interested, to discuss it with the relevant people. This is our third time back at Riva degli Etruschi, so it means we're having a great time. Two considerations: 1. It would be better if the beach loungers had canopies, but we also realize that replacing them all would be a significant expense. 2. What could be done, however, is to equip the Standard rooms (we had to choose those because the Classic rooms were sold out) with at least one lounger so we could sit outside (luckily, we had brought one from home). We asked reception a couple of times (to no avail) for a lounger, since we're an older couple, but despite there being several free ones in front of unrented buildings, our requests weren't answered. Overall, it's good, the staff is always friendly, and the location is top-notch.

The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, the cleaning ladies are friendly, and the assigned parking is convenient. We were supposed to have an assigned spot on the beach, but since the marker with our room number apparently got lost, we had to constantly ask for a new spot for three days. We wanted to have coffee around 2:45 PM, but that was impossible because no bar or restaurant in the entire resort is open from 2:30 PM to 5 PM!!! We won't be returning.

We had a house right by the sea! The holiday was very relaxing! We would love to come back.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES The perfect setting for those traveling with children and for those who appreciate comfort in general. There are many amenities to enjoy, from the tennis courts to the kids' club to the beach with showers. I would improve the explanations about the amenities and rooms/apartments at check-in, or alternatively, provide a more detailed manual than the brochures provided. The breakfast and the Magù restaurant (five-star pizza and friendly staff) were excellent. The cleaning staff were kind and helpful. An experience we will definitely repeat and highly recommend!

Beautiful place, a location that fills you with peace and relaxation. The only flaw we found was the bar management, which was really lackluster, with mediocre service, and definitely needs revising. The beach also needs a bar, coffee, and ice cream service, and then it would be truly top-notch.
