16/07/2025: Scorretti. Siamo stati qualche sera fa. Abbiamo scaricato il coupon che prevedeva l’offerta prendi due pizze la seconda la offriamo noi. Al momento di pagare il furbo gestore ci dice che il coupon è riferito solo alla pizzeria Tito di Novoli. Sul coupon è scritto a caratteri cubitali “scegli la location”… capisco che il locale era vuoto e forse dovevano recuperare qualche spicciolo … non è per i 10 euro della pizza ma per il gesto e per la presa in giro. Di certo hanno perso due clienti. Mai più

14/07/2025: Este es un restaurante muy hermoso y realmente disfrutamos de nuestra cena aquí, la comida era muy buena y el ambiente era genial. Tienen comedores interiores y exteriores y el servicio era bueno, aunque se puso un poco lento aquí y allá, pero estaba ocupado, así que es comprensible. Se puede pagar en efectivo o con tarjeta y el personal era muy amable. Las porciones de comida también eran grandes. Teníamos el Sua Maesta, Il Tagliere Momi para entrantes y cerdo con patatas y pasta carbonara con vino y cerveza.

Not even when you ask for a favor because in extreme difficulty you find a bit of humanity... You made me miss a special date that will never come again... Two stars for the food because work is sacred... for the rest I won't comment...

27/06/2025: We found ourselves here by chance as soon as we sat down the waitress tells us that the wait for the kitchen is long and recommends two ready-made dishes... terrible choice the fish spelt disappointing and poor the cold pasta was basically a pasta without oil... immediately after we see some nice dishes coming out of the kitchen and being served to people who arrived after us... negative experience...

30/07/2025: Beautiful Atmosphere, Deeply Disappointing Service We had just arrived in Florence by train, excited to spend the day exploring the city with our family. After stowing our suitcases, we walked into the luxury shopping district and came across Colle Beretto—a restaurant with a beautiful, enclosed outdoor patio that felt like a hidden gem. It had an elegant vibe that reminded me of Soho, and we were excited to sit down for a relaxing lunch. Unfortunately, our experience took a disappointing turn almost immediately. Although we were seated quickly, we did not feel welcome. We were likely the only tourists in the restaurant at the time, and while other tables seated after us were greeted, served drinks, and brought bread, we sat waiting. After repeatedly trying to get the server’s attention, including my husband having to stand up twice, we were still ignored. We understand that service is often slower and more relaxed—but this was intentional. When we finally placed our order, my husband’s main course never arrived. We waited for nearly two hours without acknowledgment, only to find out later it had been sitting in the kitchen the entire time. My daughter’s simple order of fresh fruit was mishandled too—she was told there was no pineapple, yet when I went to pay the bill at the bar, I saw a whole pineapple sitting on the counter next to me. The one redeeming part of the experience was the woman at the register. I don’t know if she was the owner, but she was incredibly gracious. She seemed genuinely concerned that we had such a negative experience. She found my husband’s food in the kitchen, offered to remake it or pack it up, removed it from the bill, and even offered fresh pastries to our children. Her kindness was appreciated, but it came after what had already been an exhausting and uncomfortable lunch. Colle Beretto is clearly an elevated, locals-driven restaurant with a refined menu and stylish setting. The food and cocktails were thoughtfully crafted. But sadly, the way we were treated made it clear that not all guests are welcomed the same. As visitors, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. Fine dining is about more than just food—it’s about the experience. And unfortunately, this was not the dining experience in Florence we were hoping for.

24/07/2025: Recommended and tried immediately. The tortelli maremmano were spectacular, and then the tagliata (a slice of beef) was as tradition dictates. Everything was fantastic. A big thank you to Donatella, the owner. See you soon.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo ordinato semplice frittura con patate e acqua gassata. La frittura e arrivata subito ma le porzioni erano risicate. La frittura era morbida e gustosa anche sE il conto per quello che abbiamo mangiato e troppo (frittura 16, patate 6).

07/07/2025: Nice place and average food, unfortunately the good things end there, we asked for tordelli and pasta for 8 people and two very small trays arrived that were barely enough for 6 people, after having pointed this out they brought us two more trays (which were included in the bill as if we had ordered 16 first courses) A very hot red wine arrived that had clearly been left in the sun and was undrinkable Since there was no menu and considering the waiter's "easy-going" behavior you expect a medium/low price... instead we found ourselves with a bill of 60 euros each!

14/06/2025: 1 star because you can't put -5 Very dirty 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 They brought me a high chair for the children all stained (I had to clean it myself) before putting the baby in 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Then very dirty plates (full of oil) And finally dry pizza with a drizzle of tomato and 2 pieces of salami Never again !!!!!!!!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED ⚠️

26/05/2025: We were there on a Saturday night... it's okay that it was Saturday and there was a wait but no way the waitress would tell us to go to hell... For a request for an extra ingredient on the pizza (not clearing the table by putting your hands in the glass is unhygienic because then you bring the plates to the table)

22/07/2025: Good pizza... excellent dough and good ingredients too... but you can't put a calzone in the pizza box and it will arrive completely squashed... the calzone has to be a calzone not a double pizza... I don't recommend it since despite the price they don't have adequate boxes.

04/06/2025: Se detuvo para un bocadillo. Horrible Antipasti. Bruschetta pomodoro no era más que pan rancio con algunos tomates cortados en dados. Crostini Mista era pan rancio con pequeñas porciones de cada ingrediente en la parte superior. Tenía esto en otros dos establecimientos y fue increíble. Solo mala comida / bocadillo que hemos tenido en 19 días viajando Italia.

02/06/2025: La comida era increíble y el lugar era muy agradable. No estaba ocupado y elegimos sentarnos dentro y relajarse y disfrutar de la comida. El camarero era muy agradable y pedimos el aperitivo con la pastelería frita y queso crema y prosciutto. ¡Delicioso!

06/08/2025: Primi piatti veramente buoni e porzioni abbondanti (pasta per niente precotta come letto). Locale con una vista mare più che buona! I prezzi leggermente alti, ma si sa che gli approvigionamenti su un'isola hanno dei costi molto alti che vanno ad incidire sul prezzo finale. È così in tutti i locali dell'isola! Comunque lo consiglio vivamente!

Muy sencillo y discreto desde la calle, una vez dentro de la cocina estaba impecablemente limpia, las vistas desde la terraza del restaurante eran encantadoras. Bonito menú pequeño, con platos locales. Hermosos mariscos cocinados y desiertos caseros! Muy impresionado

27/07/2025: Good evening, I'll start by saying that I've been to this place once before, but I've never been so overwhelmed as tonight. There are two of us, and we order a simple platter of cured meats and cheeses (16 euros). In this simple platter, the cured meats include mortadella without pistachios, and well, as my partner says, it's a matter of taste, and it's true. Then comes the "cheese" platter, which is just scamorza! You call scamorza a cheese platter? A soft cheese used on pizza? A classic Tuscan pecorino with honey or jam, right? For 16 euros, can I afford a platter like that? I was clever not to make a fuss because you clearly explain in the menu what's included and what your dishes offer, like the mixed grill. For what's on it, 50 euros is excessive! For a chicken, two rosticciane, two sausages, eight strips of Cinta Senese, come on, go visit a norceria and then we'll talk about it. You're done for me.

18/08/2025: Amazing pizza slice The sausage ciaccino was even better. Nice lady, prices in line with the product. Recommended.

16/08/2025: Ciaccino stuffed with fantastic ham. The pizza with artichokes and cooked ham is also very tasty. I recommend it for a quick meal in the center of Siena.
