12/10/2025: No more aperitifs like a few years ago...neither good nor bad, as they say...obviously, the prices aren't the same as they were pre-Covid, either...but I think it's more or less like this everywhere now...rating 6.5/7. Let's see what the new management does to possibly raise the rating...edit: May 2025, rating could be improved...good aperitif! Good price. Rating 8...further edit...although the food is good, the new serving style is still a bit limited in quantity and also higher in price...in short, it was better before...rating 7
05/09/2025: This beachfront spot is great for an aperitif or pre-dinner drink. €12 includes a generous platter and drink. Very friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back soon!

14/12/2025: The place and service are very welcoming, and the food is divine and top-quality. Fair prices and generous portions. The crostini with spleen and spaghetti with Florentine ragù are highly recommended.
07/12/2025: Excellent place with quality food. Nothing to complain about, but I think the cover charge and 8 desserts are a bit pricey, but I'm not familiar with Siena's prices. I definitely recommend it.

If the staff had been at least polite, I probably wouldn't have even written a review, but the girls were all unhelpful and rude; when we left, they didn't even say goodbye.
That said, the pasta was loaded with garlic, and I have nothing against garlic, but the quantity was truly disproportionate and cumbersome.
Not even the tomatoes in the salad had any flavor whatsoever.
In short, a purely touristy place, and not even that cheap.
It's a shame, because if a foreign tourist even tastes the Taggiasca olives in those scialatielli with octopus I had, they'll form a poor opinion of the true quality of the product.

14/09/2025: The staff is super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The cleanliness is top-notch. It's a 3-star hotel, a bit dated...but the cleanliness of the bathroom, the breakfast (rich: homemade sweets and savory, fresh fruit), and the location are the strong points of this hotel. Thank you.
17/08/2025: "This owner-managed hotel leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel and its grounds are in excellent condition, the rooms are well-equipped, and are kept very clean daily. The owners and staff are always approachable and helpful and friendly. We didn't notice any negative things."

22/07/2025: Nice and relaxing spot, with paid access that includes a sunbed by the pool. Drinks aren’t included, but there’s a bar on site and the staff is always friendly and available. A great place to unwind.

11/08/2025: Bar, newsstand, restaurant, grocery store... but especially a bakery and pastry shop...
When you walk in, you'll have a hard time not taking home a whole schiacciata, and maybe a few bags of sweets... that's why, when you ride your motorcycle around here, it's always a good idea to have your bags packed ;-)

12/07/2025: Please don't go there just because of the reviews. You won't get a seat without a reservation. Trying to wait until later is futile. Service isn't helpful, and takeout isn't possible.

23/05/2025: Nuestro grupo de siete fue al Gattino Bianco para probar la comida marina. A todos nos encantó y volvimos a cenar la segunda noche. Nuestro camarero, Luigi era muy servicial y pacientemente explicó nuevos artículos que aparentemente se añaden al menú fijo a medida que la captura fresca está disponible. Las comidas estaban muy bien preparadas y sabrosas. Los precios también eran muy razonables. Lo único que lamentamos es que nos fuimos de la Toscana al día siguiente y no pudimos volver.

08/12/2025: On our way back from Amiata, we visited Bagno Vignoni and stopped at this cozy bar for a hot herbal tea. The attention to detail is evident in every corner! Adorable!
31/10/2025: Went for a quick drink. Ambiance is excellent. The decor is super pretty. The great music choices adds so much to the mood and even the way it flows outside is very beautiful.
The bartender was very attentive and nice.
The kind of bar I feel sad I don't have close to home.
Will miss you Tomorrow.
