Bottega storica di Consuma dove il tempo sembra aver rallentato, vera istituzione per chi in gita fuori porta passa da quelle parti, a volte solo per andare a mangiare la famosa "sciacciaha della Consuma". Dal Carletti si trova ancora un'ottima schiacciata all'olio, buona anche quella con i funghi. Per il resto prodotti nella norma, senza lode e senza infamia. Buona anche la cucina, che prepara piatti tipici della tradizione come ravioli, tortelli e specialità coi funghi porcini. Consigliato.
