09/10/2025: The place not to be missed in Pontedera. Very friendly staff and a super welcoming atmosphere!

05/10/2025: The only kind and friendly waiters were the ones who were there. Terrible food, but the friendliness was a no-go. The place was empty, and we sat at the door with the cold behind us. Highly recommended if you want to waste your money.

21/09/2025: Everything is fabulous in this very refined restaurant where in the summer you can dine with a sea view on the beach. The fresh fish dishes are exceptional with excellent pairings (I recommend the penne alla Maito, which is their signature dish). The selection of wines and champagne is endless. The very knowledgeable staff makes you feel like part of the family.

17/08/2025: Not recommended for a quiet breakfast; it's crowded and they'll snatch your food right from under your nose. The pastries are good, but after this experience, I'll go elsewhere.

15/08/2025: A nice place, shame about the staff. The nice guy told us he would bring us the drinks, but the blonde lady, who we had to beg for a smile and a little courtesy, told us that table service was not provided while the other customers had been served at their tables. She also almost kicked us out very rudely, which was a shame because it was our first time bringing a friend.

08/10/2025: If you want a true Neapolitan pizza, this is the place to go. Excellent quality, a good selection of Neapolitan products. Fast and efficient service. A perfect place for parties and birthdays.

11/10/2025: Terrible experience. Pizza was $23 per person. 4 types of pizza. Limited choice. Terrible service. They couldn't wait for us to leave so they could clear the table right away. They put us in a cold, poorly maintained room. They call it a disco room. I didn't take any photos because, given the situation, we couldn't wait to get away. Never again.

01/11/2025: Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews that this place is a scam. Their prices keep changing every day, depending on who is serving you and if they think you're a tourist. Be very careful of places like this that don't have any prices listed, because there's a reason for that! This place could have had a regular customer in me, as I'm not a tourist, but they lost me just for a few Euro...

14/09/2025: Nice bar overlooking the harbor. Good croissants and cappuccinos, but the prices seemed really exaggerated. Three cappuccinos, a tea and coffee, and four croissants for €21.

18/09/2025: Excellent cuisine, desperate service Let's be clear: you come here to eat, and that's it. Because for everything else, it would take the patience of a saint. When finally, after a seemingly agonizing wait, your dish arrives, you almost forget about your nerves. The fried seafood is the real deal: dry, crispy, and tastes like fish, not stale oil. And even the first courses, like the seafood pasta, are thoughtfully prepared with quality ingredients. The problem is getting to that dish. We had made a reservation, but it felt like we'd made it for fun. With the place packed, we waited over an hour just for the first courses, with so much noise you couldn't hear and the waiters rushing around like crazy, without a shred of organization. The wait will make you hungry. My advice? If you want to come, do it when it's quiet, perhaps out of season. Maybe then you can enjoy cooking without getting bitter.

08/09/2025: Thanks to Antonio, who warms up the atmosphere with karaoke and dancing, in a pleasant, if somewhat cramped, setting overlooking the terrace... A little disappointed with the pizzas, which aren't exceptional, while the other dishes are good.

17/08/2025: Ideal place for a bit of relaxation and for making some excursions on the Nerone, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST and dinner, room 209 clean and everything working, only suggestion a ceiling fan for an afternoon nap 😴 wouldn't hurt

15/10/2025: Ugo’s pub is tucked in a corner across the street from Hotel Conchiglia and near the marina. they have a pub menu (sandwiches and appetizers) as well as a dinner menu and a selection of beer and wine. i ordered the Frittura Di Paraza (Fried Calamari, Shrimp and small fish) from the dinner menu (€20) along with a Leffe Belgian Red Ale (€6) The dish was served with a basket or warm bread which appreciated because the main dish was not pleasant to eat. 😔 The bite sized fish were edible but the calamari was rubbery and the shrimp tiny! All of it was extremely salty! I wish i hadn’t gone there for my last meal in Porto Ercole. It’s important to note that they also charge each person an additional €2 to sit and eat.

10/09/2025: Very good quality home-made food, excellent fish, amazing place. I've been coming to Porto Ercole for 25 years but I've never been here. What a shame!
