17/07/2025: Il "Baccanale" è sempre una garanzia! Qualità e ricercatezza del prodotto, cura e presentazione dei piatti. Invitata ad una cena di compleanno, menù superlativo di pesce: a partire da ostriche e crudo eccellenti, un antipasto di polpo delizioso e morbidissimo, un primo superlativo di ravioli di pesce di cui avrei fatto con piacere il bis e ricciola come secondo . Non poteva mancare la torta di festeggiamento! Davvero una cena di alto livello e complimenti al proprietario Costantino, che nel tempo ha trasformato questo locale, portandolo a livelli competitivi di alta qualità .

06/09/2025: A place with a beautiful view in Vellano, in the Swiss Pescia region. Authentic, homemade food. The first courses were delicious, especially the white wild boar sauce (I ordered the trio), and for the second course, the pigeon stuffed with sausage and potatoes was truly divine. The only slightly weaker aspect were the desserts, which we weren't entirely sold on (the torta della nonna and the fruit tart). Kudos to them for not having sugary carbonated drinks. I have to return for the fried foods and the rest.

The restaurant is truly top-quality, with simple, homemade cuisine, a vegetable garden adjacent to the property, and an exquisite menu. A truly positive overall experience; we will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff. IMPORTANT: This business is SEASONAL and is open from Easter until the first week of November.

30/10/2025: Went on Tuesday: closed. Returned on Thursday: closed. And the website says "open." Anyway, I want to work, jump on me...

05/11/2025: I invited some guests visiting my place near Cortona to this bar-restaurant-pizzeria for lunch and dinner. Tables are set up before the entrance for outdoor dining, during sunny hours. The interior space, on the left, near the entrance, is delightful: simple, welcoming, colorful, and tastefully furnished. There is also a more modern dining room, but equally comfortable, spacious, and inviting. We ate from the menu, and everyone, including myself, was satisfied. Good quality pizza, as were the first courses, meats, and side dishes. Excellent variety of desserts. A wide selection of wines, for those who wish. Pets welcome 🙂 RECOMMENDED 🍴

22/09/2025: Very good food and service. Good variety of food selections for most tastes including pizza and burgers at fair prices. Great place to purchase house wine for take a way at 5 euro per liter.

26/09/2025: We chose to celebrate my wife's birthday at this restaurant based on the positive reviews and photos of the dishes, and we weren't disappointed. We ordered four spectacular tartare mixes and two exceptional hot seafood appetizers. We continued with sea urchin bavette (mouth-watering), delicious seafood spaghetti, and a sensational lobster tagliolini. The desserts were worthy of the rest of the dinner, the service was attentive but never pushy, and the price was more than fair. If you want to eat good fresh fish and spend a fair amount, this is the place for you.

13/10/2025: Unfortunately, they gave us a disabled room without notifying us, an unforgivable mistake. I didn't ask for a room change since it was only one night. I should point out that it wasn't the room that didn't meet my expectations, but the bathroom. However, I greatly appreciated the welcome and breakfast, as well as the location. I also greatly appreciate your kind, polite, and constructive response. Thank you.

12/10/2025: This hotel was very perfectly Tuscany hills. When you arrived, driving up the road to see this place perched on top, it’s breathtaking. The property is very well taken care of, the staff are nice, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast options are good, and the dinning room is next level, looking out over the hills. Unfortunately we missed the pool weather, but we did sit out next to the pool and truly enjoyed the relaxing nature. The room was nice, basic but everything you need. We chose the lowest tier room, because we planned going out every day and not spending much time in, and it was perfect. If we did choose to stay we would have considered the rooms with jacuzzi tubs. We did dinner one night and really enjoyed our meal and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great, 40 minutes from Florence and very drivable to the locations we wanted to visits. During this trip we went to Pisa, San Gimignano, Civita di Bagnoregio, Siena and more. Great resort, highly recommend!

23/09/2025: We went to this wonderful restaurant for lunch on Saturday, September 20th. The atmosphere was very refined and welcoming. We ate upstairs at a beautiful round wooden table, and there were four of us. The staff was friendly and professional. And to think, I didn't even want to go because I was so intrigued by the menu at another restaurant! Instead, everything was delicious; we gladly accepted the manager's advice and attention! What can I say: highly recommended, and if I return to Anghiari, it will definitely be a must! The price was reasonable for the dishes we ordered. Thanks again for the lovely visit.

23/08/2025: I bought some souvenirs, not cheap at all, but then again, we all know that if there's only that one place, they take advantage of it, and what isn't expensive in this splendid Italy of ours? 🇮🇹

09/11/2025: It takes too long between the first and second courses, 15 minutes yes, but half an hour. In my opinion, the organization is terrible, I don't know, the kitchen is incapable of calculating time or the waiting staff doesn't send the command at the right time. In any case, it's normal for them, that is, they don't understand the customer's needs.

03/11/2025: Nice and well-kept atmosphere. Slow service (2 courses per person, no dessert or coffee) 1 hour and 45 minutes..... Chalkboard menu from which it's unclear whether the fish is fresh or not..... (It should be marked....). Let's get to the courses. Excellent appetizers, although not for everyone (shrimp tartare ordered 3 courses, 2). Hard fried fish (said.....). First courses: the spaghetti del Pirata with too much tomato. The others (ravioli and the other with bottarga....) are nothing special. The bill is quite expensive considering only one bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water for 5 people. It wasn't an experience worth repeating.....

11/10/2025: Resort located in an excellent hilly area, with various internal service options such as electric bike rental and other very kind and courteous staff. I especially remember Jessica's smile, very professional in managing the needs of customers. Congratulations.

19/09/2025: Wonderful location, incredibly kind. The staff is fantastic and solved all our problems! Comfortable rooms, spa and pool available. We will definitely be back!
