14/07/2025: Great place for lunch and dinner. Family atmosphere and great service. Every dish ordered is very tasty and looks great. I definitely recommend it! It is worth making reservations for the weekend evening, because the room is usually full. Very good wines.

06/07/2025: We came from hungary. i've eat my very first true italian pizza here. It was truly amazing, delightful and delicious, best (and only ever true italian pizza so far) i've ever eaten. White house wine also very nice. Staff is amazing and very friendly. The prices were also better than good, for an average european traveller, this was actually insane, how not expensive that was compared to other regions restaurants. Truly recommend this place.

17/06/2025: Wonderful restaurant find a few blocks out of the main part of Montepulciano. You can drive and park there. We actually went back a second day for the soup, it was so delicious. Everything we had was very good. The wife chef and her husband were charming. Nice terrace overlooking The town.

12/06/2025: Unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience - the service staff also realized they weren’t at their best tonight. We waited 1hr for a drink, another 30mins to take our order, and then finally they gave us some bread. We went for the pizza, but they were “out” of it - which they only told us when taking orders. The group next to us was told the same thing but 2hrs after they’d placed orders. It was all a very strange experience. The food was so so. Tagliatelle was decent. The Gnuddi was warm, but not hot. At least the Peronis were cold. Beautiful location, just very lacklustre overall. Maybe it was because we were the second service of the night? We arrived at 720pm... We were very honest at the end of the dinner, but the waitress just kind of shrugged her head. No apologies; more like defeat. Whereas Agriturismo Nobile next door was fantastic!

14/06/2025: We had awesome evenings at the gatto re during our vacation. The owners are super nice and I had the best Bistecca alla fiorentina ever. I would always visit again!

04/05/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, among the Chianti hills. Impeccable service, lovely environment with lots of references to cats. Excellent dishes, I don't give my best only for the temperature of the cut which was not optimal but in a mixed grill it can happen. Excellent wine map!

19/06/2025: Great fish restaurant right on the beach. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. A dreamy setting for the sunset in the evening. Definitely stop by if you're in the area.

09/06/2025: First time for me and my partner, unique and rare place with a view of the vineyards of one of the most renowned wineries in Tuscany. But my review doesn't stop there... I wanted to talk in particular about Seba. He accompanied us from the choice of appetizer to an excellent steak (I've eaten very few that were this good) not to mention the wine, I definitely think he made us drink one of the best wines in the winery. A guy who loves his job and knows how to manage any type of customer need, very attentive to detail and in accompanying you to the best choice for a good dinner. An infinite thank you to this guy. I will definitely return to Quartino and one of the main reasons is precisely for his presence. Bravo bravo bravo Seba. See you next time ❤️

26/05/2025: Very nice people, they know what they're doing. Some dishes are excellent. Others need fixing a bit. The cacio e fave appetizer is a bit skimpy, it could be more generous. Good wine. Fair prices.

20/05/2025: Fantastic welcome, wonderful people and excellent quality food, both first and second courses. Also the place simply wonderful.

25/06/2025: An absolute gem. Got to do the class with Vitulio Bondi and learn about what goes into making good gelato. Holy cow it’s both super simple and very complex. The fresh fruit! The flavors! Said hi to the international culinary students that he has learning from him and then tasted the gelato in the store front. The flavors were outstanding! I also learned that the aluminum lid vs exposed tubs “difference” is entirely a myth. Folks you gotta just search out great gelato. Not that it’s that hard…it’s right here at this gelateria!

25/05/2025: Situato in un delizioso angolo del centro storico di Vinci,il locale si presenta elegante ,pulito ,con tavoli esterni e dentro .Personale gentilissimo,belle ragazze a servire i commensali . Si mangia bene prodotti scelti , freschi ,tagliere con salumi e formaggi ottimo con buona qualità.Ravioli al ragù ottimi .Se ritorniamo da questi parti,ci torneremo.Buono rapporto qualità prezzo.

18/05/2025: Durante la nostra visita al Miseo di Leonardo da Vinci, ci siamo imbattuti per caso nel Caffè del Castello — una vera gemma proprio lì accanto. Anche se siamo entrati solo per un caffè, l’ambiente curato nei dettagli, l’atmosfera calda e accogliente e soprattutto la cortesia e simpatia del titolare hanno trasformato una semplice sosta in un momento davvero speciale. Un locale che unisce eleganza e ospitalità, perfetto per una pausa rilassante immersi nella bellezza e nella storia di Vinci. Ci torneremo senz’altro, e lo consigliamo con entusiasmo a chiunque si trovi nei paraggi.
