AN ENCHANTING BANQUET ON THE SAND AT MARINA DI CECINA 🍷 We gathered in a large and festive party of twelve, equally divided between six adults and six lively children, for an evening meal at this seaside tavern. The table was beautifully placed on the sand, creating a beautiful setting and a seaside atmosphere that captivated the spirit from the first moment. The seafood dishes were exquisitely crafted, with risotto and pici cooked to perfection, followed by fragrant and masterful fried fish. Even the children's pizzas received solemn applause, confirming that the head chef knows how to pay attention to substance. Each dish offered the supreme benefit to the stomach that hygiene science so highly recommends. Since we were at the beginning of the warm season, with the banquet fully booked, the staff had to cope with an impressive amount of work, which caused a legitimate wait. However, the grace of the setting and the mastery of the head waiter ensured that time did not weigh on the diners at all. This noble coordinator managed the complex evening with admirable professionalism, assisted by the ever-solicitous young staff. As my compatriot Pellegrino would have said, hospitality is mischievous, but in this trattoria, hygiene, economy, and good taste are worthily celebrated.
