09/10/2025: What a shame, what poor service, what rude employees. Avoid like the plague. They're taking advantage of their location, otherwise I'd like to see.

27/08/2025: A great breakfast, I was served very well and the staff spoke very good English. I recommend it 10000x

30/12/2025: Sicilian coffee shop where locals smoke and talk. Unassuming but delicious.

19/12/2025: Very high prices. Highly not recommended. A Margherita pizza costs €15.

12/10/2025: If you are drunk this is OK. I would not recommend it in terms of taste comparing to Swedish Pizza. Service and feeling top notch. :-)

09/08/2025: It smelled awful! We ate while smelling sewage coming from the bathroom, and even though we closed the door to prevent it from coming in, they opened it again after 2 minutes for no reason. Don't go!

04/10/2025: A truly embarrassing place. Completely overpriced for what it is. It’s effectively a place nailed together by plywood with a bar and a bottle of Moet being displayed. Owner is snotty and turns up the music well beyond „party“ level at random moments. He thinks of himself as a bit of a DJ but does not know what he’s doing. Instead he terrorises his guests. No problem with loud music but there is a moment and a place and that’s not it. Sorry guys but this place is a no no.

24/09/2025: The place itself is cute, no complaints there: the atmosphere is pleasant, and the idea could work. But we're in Sicily, not New York! The prices are so exorbitant that they completely ruin the experience. In the end, you're left with the feeling of having paid too much for a few bamboo decorations and little else. Definitely the first and last time: a place designed only for naive tourists who get ripped off. And with all the money they charge, they're not even capable of clearing the mountains of trash from the side streets.

28/10/2025: I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday. I'd like to point out that the setup with Mrs. Cettina and the staff deserve 5 stars, but my experience with whoever currently manages Villa Cassandra was terrible.

08/12/2025: Friendly and attentive service (hence the star), but unfortunately by far the worst pizza we've ever eaten in Italy. No fresh toppings, canned tomato sauce, and far too much bad cheese; everything was swimming in grease. I sent half of it back – I've never experienced anything like it!

28/10/2025: Passed in September, medium quality cone and excessive price.

02/11/2025: The lemon granita was delicious. However, the service was very slow, and to make matters worse, they charged a 20% service fee when you paid!

01/11/2025: Very good place, really good pizza,calzone. Friendly waitresses, friendly prices, overall good experience.

27/08/2025: The pizzas were objectively good, but it was a shame they were 40 minutes late (order placed 2 hours earlier) without even a shred of apology or a 50 cent discount.

15/08/2025: Terrible experience. Pizzas ordered by phone at 6:30 PM for 8:30 PM. They arrived at 10:00 PM. After calling to find out why they were late, given that there were three little girls waiting, the lady arrogantly told me that I could either take the pizzas or she'd give them away. Truly disappointed with everything. The beers I requested over the phone never arrived. ADDITION: Dear and "very kind" lady who answered the phone to order the pizzas... I remind you that in addition to the delay, THERE WAS THE HUGE MISTAKE of NOT MARKING the GLUTEN-FREE pizza I had ordered, which was a VERY VERY SERIOUS mistake!!!! LUCKILY I AM INTOLERANT, but someone with an allergy would have already been at risk. I, for my part, ate something else... Thank you for hanging up on my husband and "politely" answering the call by saying, "See you in court"... Congratulations!
