17/03/2025: The dishes were very average, without any distinctive flavor and bland. Nicely presented and that's all. There are certainly places in Noto where you can eat well for this price. On the plus side, friendly service.

02/01/2025: Muy impresionante vino bistró junto a la plaza de Nardo. Los propietarios Fabio y la encantadora Nadia son muy conocedores de los vinos locales y excelentes anfitriones. Asientos interiores y exteriores. El menú limitado es creativo y la comida se prepara perfectamente por su cocina fuerte. Ambiente acogedor para colmo de esto no se puede perder la experiencia. Muy recomendable.

01/11/2024: I rarely write reviews. In particular, I almost never write bad reviews. However, our experience in October 2024 was so disappointing that I'm annoyed that I didn't check other reviews before we went there. The location in the backyard is really inviting in itself. It's really nice to sit there. If it was only open indoors in winter, I would forego it. The food isn't actually that bad. Not overly good, but definitely not badly cooked. What detracts from the experience of our visit is the incredibly poor service and the unavailability of the advertised food. By bad service I don't mean the very hard-working and warm waiters who were obviously bought from third countries for little money. They were great! What bothered me the most was the restaurant owner, who sat at a table at the entrance gate and just delegated everything. Once you sit at the table, you lose. It turns out that almost half of the map advertised outside is not available. We were there with our 9 year old daughter. There was no pizza (it takes up about 1/3 of the menu). We then agreed on Penne al Pommodoro (which is always available, no matter where in Italy). The menu promised homemade pasta for an additional 3 euros, but that wasn't available either. We parents had really very good Cozze al vino biancho and very good Gamberi as a starter. The chef can cook well. He's really got it. Unfortunately our meat main course wasn't available either (I'll be honest, I don't remember what it was), so we ended up going home with 2 starters and one penne pommodoro. But what fucked me up the most was the brash restaurant owner who then cashed in in the hall. The price was the same as all other restaurants on the street. But there is another problem with the payment: You: “You can’t pay by card, we don’t have internet at the moment.” Me: "Ok, I have internet here on my cell phone. In every shop in Ortigia on the same street, you can pay with your cell phone..." You: "No, you have to pay with cash. There is an ATM ATM around the corner." And it turns out that this ATM cash machine is in the window of the same restaurant when you go back out onto the street. Honi soit qui mal y pense. Sorry... I had one of my best vacations in recent years in Sicily this October. I gave 3 stars for the food and the location.

03/04/2025: Terrible hotel, poor food, dirty rooms, unprofessional and shady staff, the table cloths have been dirty since the first day we arrived and have never been changed. Shower repaired with plasterboard, water full of limestone comes out and gives off a significant sewage smell. Clogged sink which overflows in three seconds and consequently floods the entire bathroom. The towels are not changed and they stink. There are lumps of dust under the sheets, the mattresses moldy and dirty. There are worms around the "resort", the eco-leather chairs at the entrance are dirty, not to mention the floors. Terrible, ambiguous, shady experience and I would never go back again!

17/10/2024: A real dump. Dark, damp room that smells musty. Heat at night but impossible to open the small window in the door because it is full of mosquitoes. I was devoured, more than 40 bites on my body in the space of an hour. The shower randomly gives lukewarm water and cold water intermittently... The place is a dump, waste is lying everywhere, the furniture in the courtyard is broken. We left without asking for our rest the next day at 7:30 a.m. after a hellish night. We had to stay 2 nights, it was absolutely and indisputably impossible. I don't understand why this place is authorized to welcome tourists. The only convenient point close to Syracuse.

09/03/2025: Deludente, pranzo con pessima qualità di cibo. Situato nel lungo mare di Avola e mangiare pesce congelato!!! Servizio mediocre. Sconsigliatissimo!!

26/01/2025: Ragazzi, non so cosa è successo ma ormai non si mangia più bene da qualche tempo, ma la gente che va a mangiare in questo posto ne capisce di cibo ? Mi sa di no, calamari delle linguine duri, le cozze sporchissime, il sughetto pieno di sabbia,immangiabile, per non parlare del fritto misto,che tutto sembrava tratta quello,più che altro sembrava farina fritta, il resto lasciamo perdere, unica cosa buona il pomodoro di pachino e forse un po il cocktail di gamberi, le persone si lasciano trasportare dalle porzioni abbondanti, però si mangia molto male e non ne vale la pena!

31/10/2024: Servizio inesistente. Cibo mediocre. Personale improvvisato. Prezzi alti. Bancomat fuori uso. Completamente insoddisfatto. Da evitare.

10/03/2025: Im Café werden keine Preise ausgewiesen - normalerweise kein Problem. Im Caffe Minerva sehr wohl. Für Kaffee oder Kuchen zahlst du doppelt soviel wie üblich. Wenn du also der Abzocke nicht Vorschub leisten willst, meide diesen Laden! Dazu noch ein äußerst überschaubares Angebot.

10/03/2025: Unglaublich. Ich kann es noch immer nicht fassen. Für einen Kaffee, einen Latte macchiato und zwei mittelgroße Stück "Torte" bezahlten wir 26€. Auch wenn die Lage des Cafés recht gut ist, rechtfertigt das in keiner Weise diese Preise und ist uns nirgendwo auf unserer Reise durch Sizilien begegnet.
