12/04/2025: Not the best experience, the food was pitiful and had limited portions, the rooms were too small to have all those beds and also the swimming pool was closed
The sea is unreachable on foot and if you try to do so it is extremely dangerous
12/04/2025: 1 star because 0 cannot be given. Rooms not clean, shower that needed 20 minutes to let out the hot water, dinner that was unacceptable and miserable. Not recommended for schools and children. The only positive note...when we left

20/05/2025: Avoid, the wine is a disgusting mixture of water and white wine. The pizzas are the worst I've ever had.
They offer wine on the menu and draft beers that they don't have. The Diavola pizza is the worst of all.
The setting is pleasant. Catch the idiots... move on...
15/05/2025: We were so fortunate to stay steps away from this wonderful family owned restaurant! My husband described the mussels as the best he had ever had! Pasta & pizzas are also excellent.

25/08/2024: Quiet place, few tables. Ideal for those who want to dine in peace. The owner Maurizio was very kind, he stopped to have a chat with us and told us the history of the place. Also Caterina, very kind and helpful. We ate the first courses... delicious.
21/08/2024: Location tranquilla,piazzetta al di fuori del caos turistico di Ortigia, e ci si aspettava di non essere trattati da turisti....ok x i tavoli e sedie in plastica trattasi di osteria ed eravamo consapevoli ma ....servite due fritture di polpette congelate e non fritte neanche bene (ancora fredde all,interno) , parmigiana ok, pasta alla norma sufficiente, ravioli Ok.
Insomma una delusione forse viste le buone recensioni ci aspettavamo di più, proprietario gentile alla fine ha tolto dal conto le frutture. Forse era la serata NO!!

19/04/2025: Really very nice hotel, excellent food, fairly clean rooms, and very friendly and helpful service for everything, and a good place to spend a good weekend with a fabulous pool and spa with the pool open even late in the evening

26/05/2025: Personale poco professionale. non portavano nemmeno l’acqua dopo varie richieste. mangiare scarso iniziando dall’antipasto con porzioni molto piccole , il secondo è arrivato freddo come se fosse uscito dal frigo direttamente , e nonostante ciò pure gommoso. Non ci tornerei più

However we ordered two semifreddo which were totally frozen but we ve been told that was normal which is not the true.

18/05/2025: Highly not recommended, a few years ago I found it one of the best but today they disappointed me. Granitas arrived already melted also some arrived in plastic cups others in glass cups, almond granita tasteless. Terrible service incompetent waiters, also even if one consumes they also charge for the bathroom service "very dirty" and smelly. Never again in this place. I'm sorry but it's the truth!

10/03/2025: Unglaublich. Ich kann es noch immer nicht fassen. Für einen Kaffee, einen Latte macchiato und zwei mittelgroße Stück "Torte" bezahlten wir 26€. Auch wenn die Lage des Cafés recht gut ist, rechtfertigt das in keiner Weise diese Preise und ist uns nirgendwo auf unserer Reise durch Sizilien begegnet.
10/03/2025: Im Café werden keine Preise ausgewiesen - normalerweise kein Problem.
Im Caffe Minerva sehr wohl.
Für Kaffee oder Kuchen zahlst du doppelt soviel wie üblich.
Wenn du also der Abzocke nicht Vorschub leisten willst, meide diesen Laden!
Dazu noch ein äußerst überschaubares Angebot.

Cornice suggestiva. Abbiamo chiuso con un tiramisù e un gelo di cannella veramente buoni e in ultimo un rosolio di alloro della casa.
16/10/2024: No hay señalización para encontrar este lugar como destino de comida turística y lamentablemente no pudimos encontrarlo. Una gran pena, se veía bien, ¿ha cerrado?

06/08/2023: I entered this restaurant for the first time in several years and was surprised by how much it has changed.
When the store was new, it was bright and clean, with two pleasant young women working there. It was a lovely shop, with a lively atmosphere and delicious cheesecakes.
When I visited this time, the walls and paint were peeling in places and the floor was covered in dirt. When I sat down, there was a pile of bread crumbs from the previous person on the corner of the table and the table top was sticky. There were paper and pens on the table and from the countless drawings hanging on the walls it seemed that they invited us to draw freely. This might be fine for families with children, but I don't like it when these things are already on the table when you sit down. It is messy and lacks a sense of cleanliness.
The restaurant was dimly lit and when I looked, only one of several lamps was on. There was no air conditioning, so it was very hot and humid.
The food wasn't bad. But the atmosphere of the restaurant is very bad. It's rare to find such a dirty restaurant. The menu is different from when the restaurant opened and the management may have changed.
Unfortunately I won't be coming here anymore. It's a shame because I really liked this restaurant.

26/02/2025: Locale carino, pulito e accogliente; il personale è alla mano e fa sentire a proprio agio. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo? Ni! Da rivedere, io ritoccherei i prezzi; Considerato il costo, porzioni piccole e care, seppur la materia prima era di buona qualità. Non so se magari possa ritornare, opterei per visitare qualche altro locale.

25/11/2024: Il locale è molto accogliente e l’atmosfera rilassante. Abbiamo provato i piatti di pesce e sono stati una sorpresa di gusto! Servizio impeccabile, tempi di attesa minimi. Perfetto per una serata in famiglia
