07/07/2026: We dined on the terrace with a spectacular sea view. The fish was fresh and beautifully cooked. Pasta with lobster, tagliatelle with shrimp and caramelized figs (an unusual combination but truly delicious). For our main course, we ordered two enormous pieces of Pago fish. Grilled vegetables and eggplant caponata. Everything was very well cooked and generous portions. Water and wine were included. We spent €140 for two, but it's a fair price for the quality and quantity we were served. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Great customer service. Well done.

10/08/2026: Gorgeous, romantic, and intimate place. Huge selection of both vegetarian and vegan options, incredible dishes and flavors!!! If you're passing through Scicli, this is a must-see. Highly recommended. Excellent value.

05/07/2026: The food was delicious, and the portions were huge. We ordered the seafood appetizer for €43, and practically everyone (5 adults and 2 children) was satisfied. We recommend the pasta (we tried 3 different ones)—everyone was fantastic. The place itself has a unique atmosphere, and the staff was very helpful. We'll definitely be back. PS: the Aperols are very honest 🙂

09/06/2026: We dined at this restaurant a few nights ago when we visited Modica. We were pleasantly surprised by the fact that the menu isn't the usual run-of-the-mill fare, with Mazara red shrimp and fish taking center stage.
It's a selection of dishes that grandma makes, like the pasta with tinnirumi, which was excellent, and the rabbit alla stimpirata, which I'd never tried (the mint balanced the other flavors well). The almond jelly was highly recommended.
When paying, we noticed that they sell the ingredients used in the dishes, such as Cosaruciara beans and Modica broad beans, which we were happy to purchase.

06/06/2026: This is an old-fashioned restaurant with a cuisine that "glorifies pork." The dishes have been the same for decades, always excellent. The prices are astonishing; in my area, a pizza costs more than a full meal here.
01/06/2026: A restaurant where pork is the main ingredient in all the dishes expertly prepared by the chef. The quality is truly excellent; the historic Maiore risotto remains my favorite, and the jelly served with the appetizers is delicious. I would describe it as true traditional Sicilian mountain cuisine, with flavors that preserve the ancient tradition.
Highly recommended.

11/07/2026: We fell in love with this place right from the photos, but it's even more beautiful in person! The view, both day and night, is breathtakingly beautiful. You can feel the tranquility typical of the countryside, and the structure is reminiscent of the farmhouses of the Hyblaean area.
We dined outside for my son's first birthday and baptism. It was a wonderful location, with attention to detail. Mrs. Tumino and Astrid are kind people who made the most of the place and accommodated our every need. Our guests were delighted with this enchanting place.

Packed with traditional products, the restaurant has two outdoor seating areas where you can enjoy your meal.
We opted for two platters of "sapuri rausani" (each for two people, only one of which is pictured), which include various local products, are plentiful and, in my opinion, high-quality.
The bill wasn't cheap, but it was reasonable.
The staff was enthusiastic and courteous.

21/06/2026: Of the old Tegamino, only the name remains. We expected to eat excellent pizza, but instead we were disappointed. Even more disappointed at the end, because they even charged us for the bitters, when in every other place, coffee, bitters, or grappa are offered. On a positive note, the staff is all young and well-trained, except for the three ladies at the cash register/bar.

08/06/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times and every experience has been very positive. The staff is kind and attentive, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the quality of the dishes is truly excellent. The menu is extensive and well-curated, but for me the real highlight is the mussel soup: flavorful, plentiful, and perfectly prepared every time. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the care taken in the cooking. It's become a regular stop every time I return. Highly recommended for those who love good seafood and want to eat well in a pleasant atmosphere!

07/07/2026: Dinner in Modica at this lovely restaurant in the square. Fresh, well-cooked fish. The two waiters were friendly and helpful, and their recommendations made sure we ate well. The desserts were truly excellent.
