11/01/2024: Abbiamo mangiato una selezione di crudita' di mare:una delle cene migliori fatte nel Ragusano!!!Siamo stati in altri ristoranti,ma non a questo livello per quello che abbiamo richiesto.Pesce freschissimo e personale altamente qualificato.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

10/01/2024: Fantastica sorpresa! CI siamo fermati al ristorante dell'hotel, di passaggio, per un pranzo veloce. Super accoglienti, cucina molto originale e BUONISSIMA! Assolutamente consigliato!!!
08/01/2024: Siamo tornati dopo molti anni ed abbiamo trovato l'hotel migliorato in alcuni aspetti, come ad esempio la realizzazione di una piscina. La struttura è accogliente ed ordinata, per i nostri gusti le stanze hanno un arredamento un pò datato ed il bagno era freddo, avendo un termosifone che si attiva solo in alcune ore. La colazione andrebbe migliorata con l'inserimento di prodotti locali e non i classici "commerciali". Il personale è gentile.

02/05/2024: Good quality restaurant, well organized and managed to perfection. It offers the "catch of the day", a guarantee of freshness and quality. Traditional recipes, made with care and attention: the octopus, the fried and the marinated ones are excellent. Even though the place was "fully booked", the service was impeccable and punctual! Costs in the local average. The only small "flaw", the dishes are not "presented"...

04/04/2024: Traditional Modican and Sicilian dishes in general, excellent and well presented. Crowded especially on holidays and loved by Modicans, I always choose it with pleasure.

30/03/2024: Everything we tried was delicious! The caponata was served quickly and was very tasty. The pizzas we had were also nice and the gel alla mandorla the cherry on the top. Only disadvantage for non Italian speakers, that they don't have an English menu, and our waitress didn't speak much English.

08/05/2024: Lovely restaurant under the trees. We were welcomed like family! Exceptional food, special mention for the pasta alla norma and the scottona steaks! We are from Genoa otherwise we would become regular customers!
30/04/2024: The food is excellent, in a characteristic restaurant very close to the Donnafugata castle: we tasted 2 delicious first courses (ravioli with ricotta and pork sauce and pasta alla norma), hamburgers and mixed grill. Also recommended for the quality/price ratio😉

02/02/2024: prendiamo le pizze da asporto in questo locale molto vicino alla nostra abitazione. Ma la scelta non è dovuta solo alla vicinanza ma alla grande qualità delle pizze. Questo avviene con la recente nuova gestione del locale. Ragazzi attenti e gentili e pizze ottime a prezzi adeguati. Consigliato

18/02/2024: Last night we ate, in the company of our two dogs, at Umami.
A truly beautiful, special and welcoming little restaurant.
We ate some fantastic fish dishes.
Original, but well made, good and elegant in taste and presentation!
I would recommend it to anyone.
Much more respect because they welcomed us with our dogs, who are not small, without causing us any problems.
Unique place❤️
04/02/2024: If it were for the environment ok. But if the great kitchen is a completely different thing. A good presentation is not enough to make you forget flavours, combinations and emotions. We're not here at all. I'm sorry, a sincere trattoria is much better.

12/12/2023: lunch organized for a birthday. We ate very well, from the appetizer with attention to the smallest details, to the dishes chosen, all very good, friendly and super competent service. The walk in the garden was the icing on the cake.
16/08/2023: My wedding was impeccable thanks to the professionalism of all the staff and especially the maître d' di dining room "Fabrizio". Delicious food, the location was taken care of down to the smallest detail, I just have to say thank you!

02/04/2024: We arrived at 4pm for lunch. There was just one person assuring the service for the all place. In the midst of handling other clients, the employee has prepared for us a pasta pistachio which was delicious. Bravo for the flexibility, service and for making our late lunch possible.
28/03/2024: We had a delicious lunch here with a board of local products, good coffee and homemade sweets. The host was very friendly and took the time to make suggestions and explain what he could serve. A nice experience!

Trofie with frozen mushrooms and risotto as they define their workhorse but simple risotto with ragù for school canteens! Second courses of simple pork rib, to conclude almond parfait but without almonds all at a cost of €45 per person! Easter lunch 2024

01/03/2024: The pizza was excellent, but paying for the cake service and a bottle of wine for an obviously more homemade one seemed really excessive to me.
10/02/2024: Excellent place located in a small, uncrowded village. Recommended especially in summer to eat excellent pizza. Excellent quality of the dough and ingredients, whoever is in front of the oven churning out pizzas knows their job well. A deliberately rustic but well-kept venue, highly recommended for small events given the size of the venue and in general if you are in the area take advantage of it.

02/04/2024: Hi, I would like to ask about the service. I was working in the Modica restaurant and my hands were cut open with a knife while I was working. I have a copy of a report from my hospital, and when my employer paid me the money and the remaining quarter he told me to go to the tax office yourself and collect it yourself. I am Arab and I don't know the Italian language. Please help me. Thank you.
28/03/2024: Very bad. Poor fish, and then we all felt bad, my husband took the pasta with wild boar and brought them the pasta with sauce bought from the supermarket. The bathroom was indescribably dirty. Never again. I advise against it
