03/05/2026: This lunch was one of our best meals over 8 days of traveling in Sicily. Every dish deliciously crafted. Both simple and sophisticated (somehow).
Just picked strolling down the street.
Wow.

Excellent dishes, carefully prepared and with generous portions. I tried the pasta in broth with meatballs: a delicate yet tasty dish.
The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We ate some delicious pizzas made with quality ingredients, but I'd like to highlight the gluten-free pizza, made with homemade dough. It's the best I've ever eaten... highly recommended. I'll be back.

The pizza by the slice, potatoes, mozzarella, and ham, is excellent.
26/10/2025: That was the most delicious pizza of my life so far 😍 and only €6 🤯
Unfortunately, you can only get the pizza to go and not eat in. So we waited and took it home. Meanwhile, people were coming in every minute to pick up bread and pizza. The place seems to be very popular, which I can totally understand. We parked a bit further away because we actually wanted to eat in. The locals just pull up in front of the door to pick up their orders.

14/05/2026: We were in Scicli and, feeling incredibly hungry, we had lunch at this restaurant. We were offered a calamari-based menu and really enjoyed it. Everything was fresh and tasty. It's located right in the center and is well-run.

13/09/2025: A bit quiet when we arrived - we had a really friendly waiter and the food was okay - confused when it all had horse on the menu but then realised that horse was a delicacy in Sicily
12/09/2025: The location is beautiful, but it's a shame about the service and the food. You can feel the tiredness of the staff... excessive slowness, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Tables that no one cleared, and plates that came out of the kitchen one at a time... things ordered that never arrived... in short, there's work to be done. The prices are low but ultimately nothing special... pasta overcooked, meatballs that didn't hold together, bruschetta so thin that the compote on top melted the bread and you couldn't even pick them up with your hands!!! Except for the parmigiana, which was excellent!

Unfortunately, I can't give a lower rating.
This place is highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
Dinner for 4 adults, 3 of whom had fish caponata as an appetizer (which was definitely not the freshest).
In fact, all three of us felt sick during the night.
The owner was rude and annoyed.
Of the 3 coffees, one was an undrinkable macchiato.
All of this was not very cheap.
A "PAINFUL" EXPERIENCE, one to FORGET.
25/05/2026: A wonderfully situated restaurant on the first floor with a magnificent view. The food was very good – but the owner seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests.

Recommended, we weren't disappointed.
The arancino with ham and mozzarella was good but not memorable, while the one with ragù won us over with its richness and quality of filling.
We loved the scacce.

25/08/2025: Very nice staff! We ordered two Arancini, one with Ragu and one with spinach and cheese. Very tasty and affordable! Especially for a quick pit stop.
