22/02/2026: This isn't the first time we've chosen this restaurant, and each time it's a confirmation. It's become one of our go-to restaurants: we already know that something special awaits us, an experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. A true journey of flavors. The food is meticulously crafted and of the highest quality, with creative yet always balanced and delicious dishes. You can clearly taste the hand of a brilliant chef, who pours talent and passion into every dish. The waiter is always a guarantee: kind, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and even super nice. He knows how to best advise you and makes you feel immediately at ease. A place that never disappoints. We'll definitely be back!

18/02/2026: A very beautiful and welcoming place. The service and the quality of the products were the two things that particularly impressed and delighted us. We had the opportunity to speak with the staff, who were very kind and helpful, even explaining the dishes, which are unlike any other cuisine you'd find elsewhere. I'd like to focus on the dishes themselves: beautifully blended flavors with authentic ingredients. Definitely recommended, and we'll be back.

16/11/2025: Donnafugata Castle is a great place for a delicious lunch or dinner! Excellent ingredients and condiments, served with warmth and professionalism. I recommend the gnocchi and roast beef! The desserts are limited. Excellent coffee.

31/10/2025: Although it was a touristy place, the appetizers we ordered were very good. The sciaco with tomatoes was excellent!

09/03/2026: The chef prepared a seafood cuisine expertly. We sampled John Dory, and the chef prepared an omelette with the eggs found inside the fish. While we waited, we were treated to a taste of artichoke and, to finish, a sweet brittle, a local specialty.

20/02/2026: Super fresh fish, simply cooked but with exceptional flavors. Nothing gourmet, just true quality. Attentive and friendly service. Reasonable prices for what they offer. The best if you want to eat fish.

01/12/2025: Truly delicious arancini, perhaps the best we tasted during our trip.

31/10/2025: Delicious arancini with excellent crunchy breading, and a variety of flavors to choose from. We tried pistachio, potato, speck, smoked provola, and ragù. Overall, they're good, but the fillings are a bit bland and the flavors aren't quite there. I've had much better arancini around Sicily. The staff are friendly, and you can sit at a table. Prices are average.

14/10/2025: Were there yesterday, had reserved via website 2 days in advance, no answer, then when we called it was clear they were only outside, it was ok. Service so-so, very inconsistent, the young waiter was very nice and helpful, when we asked why there was no reservation confirmation he said the email had probably ended up in the spam folder. When we ordered wine he said he only had one bottle left, but could give us a different wine, same winery, but cheaper. The food was very, very good, we only had to order the same thing each time, so one meat and one fish probably wouldn't work. But the food really was very, very fine. Unfortunately the kitchen seemed to have run out of energy at the Dolce. Once we got a tiramisu in a glass and once a cheesecake, better in every café, it was extremely unloving and very strange that everyone got something different. In conclusion: Yes, the food was very good, but nothing special, at 60 euros per menu I would have expected more, especially at the Dolce. No need to repeat it.

21/10/2025: I felt very comfortable, and all the food and drinks were excellent. I'll be back anytime and felt very much at home. It's affordable, and everyone meets here. The heart of the city. No wonder, given the team. 😘

13/03/2026: Strength lies in simplicity. Small, simple meals that taste simply excellent and are very surprising! I had a Pinsa and a kind of fried Carbonara, incredibly tasty, especially when you can sit on the sun-drenched terrace in the afternoon. The coffee tastes good and the Sicilian lemon lemonade was at least as good; forget everything from the cola-producing companies, take the local varieties. They taste much better! I have been here twice because the location is simply perfect and the food and service are amazing! Thank you for the lovely evening and the lovely afternoon!

09/02/2026: The 2 stars aren't for the food, because I've already tried it and it's very good. It's a shame I couldn't get it this time because the employees didn't want to fry the arancini because they had to heat the oil.

17/10/2025: The staff is young but very knowledgeable. The dishes are delicious and impressive, and most importantly, the place is dog-friendly. An experience worth repeating.

04/01/2026: Unfortunately, our cannoli weren't warm (I imagine because it was about half an hour before closing time), which meant they lost their main characteristic, making them not particularly different from any cannoli from the more prestigious pastry shops. Overall, however, the cannoli were good and generously filled. The place is quite cramped and has very little seating, but fortunately, when we arrived, there was almost no one there, so we were served within minutes. The staff was friendly.

04/01/2026: Exceptionally good cannoli. Served fresh, you have to wait a bit, but it's worth it.

11/11/2025: Lunch on October 13, 2025 Packed with traditional products, the restaurant has two outdoor seating areas where you can enjoy your meal. We opted for two platters of "sapuri rausani" (each for two people, only one of which is pictured), which include various local products, are plentiful and, in my opinion, high-quality. The bill wasn't cheap, but it was reasonable. The staff was enthusiastic and courteous. Rating: 9

10/01/2026: I ate very well—plenty of choice, excellent food, and attentive service. I felt pampered by the staff, who were courteous and helpful with everything. I wasn't as fond of the location, but only out of personal preference. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bathroom was spotless.

12/01/2026: Top lunch at this location in scoglitti. I have been coming here over 15 years and it has never disappointed me. The quality of the fish is top notch and very fresh - you can taste the sea in some of the raw plates. However my all time favourite remains the calamari with orange- it sounds weird but it actually works. Prices are on the higher side but it's worth it - a definite must visit

10/01/2026: On December 28, 2025, I celebrated my son's 18th birthday at Villa Bacchus in the Iris room. Friendly and helpful staff. Stunning location, clean and well-kept. Excellent pizza and cake buffet. Everyone was happy and satisfied 💯

The location is impeccable, elegant, and well-organized, ideal for a special event. The owners were friendly and kind, as was the entire staff: always available, professional, and attentive to every need. Everything was exactly how I wanted it, organized down to the smallest detail. I highly recommend Villa Bacchus to anyone who wants to make a special occasion unique.
