05/08/2026: Located in the upper part of Modica (so you can only walk there from the lower part if you're an athlete), it has a somewhat unassuming feel, nestled on a run-of-the-mill street. But the quality of the food is surprising, and for a below-average price, you'll enjoy above-average dishes. The food may be simple, but it's excellent. It seats about twenty people, so reservations are recommended in high season. The only downside is the desserts, which are good but not as good as the rest.

16/07/2026: Incredible food and extraordinary kindness! We didn't get the chance to eat at the restaurant because, due to a technical issue, Pasquale (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly!) couldn't open that day. But instead of sending us away, he prepared an incredible vegan takeaway dinner for us and refused to let us pay. The food was absolutely outstanding. There was an amazing variety of dishes, all delicious, creative, and made with so much care. What made this experience truly unforgettable, though, was Pasquale himself. His generosity, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our trip to Sicily so much more special. Some places stay with you because of the food; others because of the people. Singula gave us both. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Amazing food, a special atmosphere, and an owner who is simply an extraordinary human being. Thank you so, so much. We can't wait to come back!

05/08/2026: Best restaurant in Sicily. We arrived late in Ragusa and this was one of the only restaurant still open. The food was incredible. Best carbonara i ever had. The waiter was extremly friendly. He told us that he isnt even a waiter but helping out his friends restaurant while he is away.

01/08/2026: Extremely disappointing, not recommended, uninteresting staff, dishes came out after 2 hours (and I'm not exaggerating) (a measly pinza), steak not available, communicated after 1 hour and 10 minutes... change profession and close the best option. Too bad you can't give zero stars...

15/07/2026: The freshest fish, cooked with great passion and fine culinary art by Chef Enzo. From the appetizers (raw fish with spectacular scampi and sweet red shrimp, fresh and beautifully served oysters, octopus salad with shrimp and melon, cooked ham with mussels served in a flavorful sauce and salmon meatballs, parmigiana, and many other dishes), to the first courses, such as risotto bursting with seafood and flavored with saffron, and the delicious spaghetti with clams. The second courses varied, including a John Dory on a bed of delicious potatoes, expertly filleted and truly flavorful. A fabulous lunch with à la carte wine recommended by the excellent Flavio, Enzo's son, who is competent and experienced but above all very kind and courteous. An experience recommended to everyone. 24/07/2026: It was delicious again! We ate here several times last year. Last night we had the "Tagliata di Pollo" twice and the "Tagliata Hyblea" once. The "Patate Bastarde" (potato wedges with a Ragusano cream) are highly recommended. The prices are good, and the cover charge isn't exorbitant, which we've experienced elsewhere this year. Keep up the good work! My wife will be back for the pistachio cheesecake. 😉 Update: Everything was great again this year, and we also had pizza there – very tasty!

22/05/2026: We celebrated my son's first communion last Sunday and it was beautiful. We were happy with everything. All the dishes were delicious, the location was enchanting, the staff were extremely kind, and the owner was extremely helpful with everything. Even the table settings and cake were done as requested and with attention to every detail. We had a wonderful day. Thank you and congratulations.

A friend from London and I were looking for a place to have a special drink and enjoy an authentic, welcoming, and familiar atmosphere, reminiscent of London's best bars. Decanter was an extraordinary discovery! A simply stunning venue, meticulously crafted with attention to detail and a warm, engaging atmosphere. The cocktails are impeccably crafted, with great skill, creativity, and attention to quality. The food also won us over: everything is delicious, refined, and perfectly paired with the drinks. But the real highlight of the venue is the owners: friendly, cordial, professional, and incredibly hospitable. They make you feel at home from the first moment, creating an experience that goes far beyond a simple aperitif or dinner. A place that leaves a lasting impression and that I recommend without hesitation. If you're passing through Ragusa, Decanter is a must-see!

06/08/2026: This restaurant is located in the heart of Scicli. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. The atmosphere is very welcoming and furnished in a simple yet elegant style. The ingredients used in the dishes are excellent, reflecting local produce. The dishes are generous, even for those with a hearty appetite. The staff is extremely helpful, and service is prompt. The presence of Professor Sgarlata (Donna Luisa) is delightful, and it's always a pleasure to chat with her over meals. I recommend it not only to tourists in town, but also to locals.

20/05/2026: I finally got to eat pizza at the new restaurant in this beautiful location, with its Italian-regional Campania style and, at the same time, the originality of the PIZZA setting. Immersed in this fantastic atmosphere, you find yourself directly in front of the open kitchen, where you can watch every stage of pizza preparation. The service is impeccable (Turki is very friendly), the menu offers a wide selection of pizzas from Campania and our region, and the fried foods are excellent. I almost forgot, while you wait, you can enjoy a delicious aperitif while sitting comfortably at the counter. TOP food... TOP service... TOP atmosphere... Want to enjoy a delicious pizza, somewhere between "authentic Neapolitan" and "contemporary"? You've come to the right place. In the heart of the historic center, this small restaurant is located on the corner of Via Grimaldi and Piazza Principe di Napoli. Between pizza and fried foods, you can enjoy a slice of Campanian cuisine. Don't focus on the service or the table setting; let yourself be inspired by the flexibility of the staff. I assure you, the kindness of the owners and the organization of the staff are not lacking.

We were welcomed by Giada, an impeccable hostess, a constant presence and attentive to every need, capable of pampering her guests in every way with truly rare care. We chose a tasting of raw and cooked appetizers, a true journey through flavors and quality: from the tuna tartare garnished with capers and swordfish cubes, to the grilled octopus, the cuttlefish, squid, octopus, carrots, potatoes, and turmeric stew, to the mussels served with a delicious creamy tomato sauce, enriched with a few secret ingredients that make it truly special... and so much more! 🐙🦪🐟 Each dish was a pleasant discovery, prepared with quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The staff was simply impeccable: knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and extremely efficient. A restaurant where you feel welcomed, pampered, and accompanied on a tasteful experience.
