11/11/2024: It was very tasty. I liked the compliment from the chef, it was interesting to try something else. The wine is delicious. The service is wonderful. For 5 days - this was my favorite restaurant. Fell in love with dessert

30/10/2024: You sit a little apart in a very nice atmosphere. The restaurant is run with passion and the food is worth the price! We have rarely eaten so well. Don't be afraid to come here with children, the chef is also ready to prepare pasta with tomato sauce for the little ones 😊 Absolutely recommended in all respects!

25/09/2024: Esposa y yo hemos visitado La Caravella muchas veces a lo largo de los años, Dominic y su equipo siempre nos han cuidado mucho y nos trataron como familia. Durante esta visita pasamos cuatro días disfrutando del paisaje y almuerzos tranquilos. Las tumbonas de playa están muy bien espaciadas y tiene una sombrilla bien anclada para proporcionar sombra si se desea. Su equipo nos recogería en nuestro hotel Taormina y nos transportaría a la playa donde nos recibirían y nos mostrarían nuestros lugares para el día. Camine unos pasos hacia atrás hasta el restaurante cubierto donde el menú es bastante grande y variado, a un precio razonable y la comida siempre deliciosa. El servicio es siempre amable, eficiente y atento. Al final del día el transporte de Dominic nos lleva de vuelta a nuestro hotel. Gracias a Dominic y a todo el equipo por otra maravillosa visita de varios días!

13/09/2024: Gran experiencia en la playa. La Caracalla nos recogió con su lanzadera y nos llevó al club de playa. Incluido en nuestro precio era el servicio de transporte, 2 sillas y una sombrilla. La playa estaba limpia y el mar claro. Tuvimos un almuerzo fabuloso en el restaurante y el propietario nos organizó un viaje en barco por la zona. Muy recomendable.

28/02/2025: The wonder!!! I received this package full of sweets from two of my dear friends in Sicily, delivered to my home, in the province of Brescia! Everything arrived perfect and very well packaged: each dessert was packaged in its personalized Miceli box, complete with a blue ribbon! It goes without saying what concerns the goodness and freshness of these desserts! Congratulations Miceli, top!!! And thanks also to my friends Mimmo and Liliana for choosing this delicious gift!

03/11/2024: Not a bad restaurant. I had a divine lunch, abundant courses, quality menu. Absolutely fresh raw materials, top-notch service. The environment feels like home and the cleanliness is top notch. If I'm in the area I will definitely return.

27/01/2025: Wonderful location, excellent food cooked very well, and most importantly the service, the latter rated excellent, professional and helpful people. We celebrated our son's baptism and everything was perfect. True satisfaction is the excellent judgment of each guest. We are sure that this is not a coincidence as we had been there several times in the past and it has always been like this. Sure to choose Villa Alba for other events.

05/03/2025: Nice restaurant, really excellent raw materials. Among the appetizers, the parmigiana was the one that most impressed me, among the best I have ever eaten. The seared tuna and cod are also very good. Prices a little high, but quality/price, for being in Taormina, is okay. I will be back to try the meat dishes.

17/02/2025: Definitely poor. Let's say that, in this case, it is not necessary to "try" the complete range of dishes offered to understand that we are very far from a respectable fish cuisine. The excellent fried calamari, the very salty cockle gnocchi, the red mussels, in which only the strong acidic flavor of the tomato was evident, the embarrassing French fries. The staff was very kind, otherwise, what can I say.....????Probably, and maybe even rightly, people only consider "going out and eating in company".......but good food is something else!

11/11/2024: My husband and I spent two nights in Taoromina and both nights we ate at Al Giardino! Everything we ate was incredible! The Marsala chicken with a side of vegetables - outstanding! Impossibly moist chicken. Tagliatelle with red prawn and pistachio - unlike anything we’ve eaten in Italy and so delicious! Spaghetti with anchovies and fried bread - oh my god I will be dreaming of this dish! So comforting and very umami! And of course the eggplant parmigiana! Unbelievably flavourful and so meaty. Definitely try it! The minestrone and meatballs were also fantastic! Great service! Everyone was super attentive and kind. A true gem of a spot and I hope to return one day! Grazie!
