30/07/2025: Disappointing and deceptive Big words to describe an unjustified price premium on rustici. Especially since I've never seen an arancini cost more than a generic rustico. They justify it as "handcrafted and larger," when it's significantly smaller than average, not to mention the pidoni, which are tiny. What I can't stand is the mockery. I understand that the cost of raw materials has increased, but why charge more for less when everyone else has adapted to the market? One thing is missing here: honesty.

03/06/2025: Personal opinion: for me they make the best focaccia in the area, and I can confirm it after years. (I also like the rustici, perfect fried).

06/07/2025: Disaster..... we arrive two people at 8pm for an aperitif, we sit outside, I'll start by saying that there was only one other table for two and then deserted, after a quarter of an hour sitting I get up to go inside to point out that we had sat outside, they tell me that they are about to arrive to take the order. Another 10 minutes pass and when I stood up to leave the owner comes out to explain the menu for the aperitif. We decide on a platter of cold cuts, cheese, chops and sausage, two glasses of prosecco. Nothing special because the cold cuts were a bit dry and the meat already roasted and reheated before going out to the table. The nice surprise comes when I go to pay. €48 🙈🙈🙈 Let's say that €8 each are the glasses we get to 16, the other €32 were for that mystery platter? I would have paid for a dinner for two with that money.... Highly not recommended if you don't want to get your money stolen.... I don't know how to define them if not Thieves!!!!!

23/01/2025: Pizza terribile, sicuramente surgelata e scongelato. Ne ho mangiato un quarto perché immangiabile e sono stata male di stomaco 2 giorni. Location squallida e fredda senza riscaldamenti. Posso da scartare. Consiglio vivamente i titolari di cambiare mestiere. Magari con l'edilizia impastando calce e cemento saranno più capaci.

10/01/2025: During my lunch break I stopped at this diner in Rometta Marina in the province of Messina, I tasted the baked pasta, as good as homemade, a baked calzone with tuma. On September 28, 2024 During my accompaniment of the newlyweds we stopped for a snack before going to take the photos as in the photo 😅 Friendly and kind staff. Highly recommended 🔝

19/08/2025: If I could give zero stars I would, the place itself is also beautiful on the seafront, as soon as we arrived we had to absorb the complaints of the waiter Emanuele, immediately afterwards the apparently kind but very authoritative owner shows up with the depressed waiter, we order two appetizers and two fried dishes, one thinks that being in Sicily and on the seafront the fish, regardless of the price, is of excellent quality and size, instead in my opinion they take the scraps to cook them as best as possible, then if we want to talk about the oil for frying they certainly haven't changed it since December 1st January, unfortunately, not knowing the place we were ripped off in everything even economically 80 € is stolen, forget it, stay away and have a loaf of bread with mortadella which is better

21/09/2025: An insult to Italian food, the worst meal I’ve had in 4 months of travelling through Europe. Extremely overpriced too. Such a shame for such a glorious island.

21/09/2025: The apartment is in an exceptional location, but they didn't have the reservation made two months before. It took a lot of nerves and discussion with the manager The restaurant was a joke, disappointing food, not good at all and very expensive and bad service

22/04/2025: Gute Lage direkt am Hauptplatz mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf die Bucht. Getränke und auch Kaffee durchaus gut. Was leider gar nicht geht ist der Service. Hier wird man vom Personal ewig nicht bedient, dann angeschnauzt und muss drei mal fragen bis endlich eine Rechnung kommt. Typische Touristenabzocke in dem Wissen, dass die meisten Gäste nie wieder kommen.

16/04/2025: Il locale è carino, e in una posizione piacevole, ma purtroppo l’esperienza dell’aperitivo non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Ho pagato 14€ per uno Spritz accompagnato da qualche oliva e patatina molle... decisamente eccessivo, anche per Taormina. Un posto del genere, con tanto potenziale, dovrebbe puntare sulla qualità e sull’accoglienza, non solo sulla location. C’è ancora da imparare.

17/09/2025: We had later lunch and limoncello spritz and it was simply great. The spritz was stronger than we expected - this helped also that we felt so good there 🤣. Service was very nice, nice place on the square and we had also very nice coffee. I can only recommend.

06/09/2025: If I could, I'd give it a zero. The granita was barely decent, and the price was completely unjustified (€9 for two granitas with brioche). The wait was embarrassing (20 minutes to order, 20 minutes to be served). They even managed to lose my order at checkout. Stay away.

21/09/2025: I always come back with pleasure. I recommend the contemporary pizzas. The staff is extremely attentive to customers and the service is impeccable. Thanks to Giulia for making our experience even better. Recommended

11/09/2025: I ordered 4 sandwiches and a coke, I only received the 4 sandwiches, no coke, all the sandwiches had cold and hard kebabs, bread that broke just by holding it in your hands,

07/10/2025: Horrendous food, pizza was all tomato, it looked like the pizza chef didn't know what he was doing! Not recommended

25/03/2025: Good pizza, terrible phone service. Landline number non-existent, mobile number disconnects the call on its own. Impossible to book!!
