Angelo is adorable and the quality of the work is a 10 - a very pleasant experience, in addition to the delicious food. Exceptional tiramisu.

Delicious fresh mussels, grilled fish were unfortunately burnt. Good wine. Nice service. There is a homely, Sicilian atmosphere in the tavern. There are a lot of photos and various gadgets on the walls. Attractive prices.

Extraordinary place! Angelo, with his sisters, have always run this restaurant-pizzeria. We immediately felt at home... welcomed and pampered, everything was good... the price was a real surprise... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had such a lovely warm welcome every time I came here a few occasions on my solo visit to the area. The owner is wonderful and single-handedly kept my vitamin c levels high with his gifts of free oranges straight from his garden every time! ❤️

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de dîner au restaurant familial Taverna Naxos en Sicile, et mon expérience a été tout simplement extraordinaire. La qualité de la cuisine est exceptionnelle, chaque plat étant une délicieuse découverte de saveurs authentiques. Le service est impeccable, avec une équipe chaleureuse et attentive qui a su rendre notre repas des plus agréables. De plus, les gestes attentionnés, comme les petites attentions offertes, ont ajouté une note spéciale à notre soirée. Je recommande vivement Taverna Naxos à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience culinaire mémorable et un accueil familial chaleureux en Sicile.

30/03/2024: First time in this restaurant-pizzeria. Great find! Tasty food, kind service and good prices. Also equipped for celiacs. We ate pizzas with hot appetizers: we were very satisfied. We will be back.

Antica Focacceria Dazio

11/03/2024: Small focacceria located almost at the end of Via Palermo which you sometimes don't notice as you pass by, but it works well. He makes a good Messina focaccia with tuma and anchovies and some truly delicious fried pitas.
23/12/2023: The real Messina focaccia with tuma, anchovies and pepper as few now know how to do; truly delicious and cooked to perfection; Well done; friendly staff.
