29/05/2026: We ate as a group here, after California’s Mayflower Chorus sang with other Folk Groups in Sicily’s International Folk Festival, The Flamingo Ristorante provided innumerable courses of fresh and grilled seafood, which were graciously heaped upon us.

29/04/2026: We were in the Barcelona area and, after consulting the internet, we went to Enotria for lunch. The atmosphere was cozy, with just a few tables and simple, elegant decor. Quality food expertly prepared. The service was friendly and attentive, and we had no complaints.

27/04/2026: Well, well, well. Small but welcoming, we arrived around 2 pm and waited a few minutes for our table to be set up. The place combines rustic and elegant corners, with pleasant background music allowing you to chat and listen. The appetizers were excellent, very good: two Sicilian dishes and a caponata. Both the cured meats and cheeses were excellent, and the hot dishes were also very pleasant. Special mention goes to the caponata, a masterpiece of balance, flavor, and sweet and sour notes. A 10, a must, completely different from its Palermo cousin. The Messina-style roulade is exactly what you'd expect: soft, tender, flavorful, yet delicate, a real treat; it pairs excellently with a simple, fresh, and crunchy salad with lemon, which cuts through the breading nicely. The sliced ​​beef steak is excellent, classic yet flavorful; a pinch of coarse salt, especially on the potatoes, would make it more enjoyable. Rigatoni with sun-dried tomato and almond pesto is delicious, a lovely soft and crunchy contrast. Perhaps a little sweetness and freshness would be needed to balance the intense flavor of the sun-dried tomatoes. The spaccarelle with fennel, anchovies, and breadcrumbs is a spectacle, absolutely delicious, a must-try. A 9. The service is friendly and attentive, and the timing is right. The prices are reasonable for some dishes, a little expensive for others. It's an osteria, but the menu offers something a little more refined.

The owner, Mr. Pispisa, and his team are professional and helpful, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

25/01/2026: Wow 10/10. The food here was incredible and so was the service! We arrived and were pleased to notice the wheelchair ramp at the front! Furthermore, when we met the staff they were great, so friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was very clean and was pretty busy for a week day. The menus were great as they really detailed every dietary restriction for each item, making it much easier for people with allergies. After taking some menu suggestions from the staff, our food arrived 5-10 minutes later, a very short wait! The food was incredible, the arancini was so crunchy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside with an explosion of flavour with every bite! The pollo schiacciato was also tasty and the serving size was really good value. The fried zucchini flowers were incredible so please make sure you do not forget to try these! I can’t wait to taste them again! All of the portion sizes were full plates of food, great value for money! Then the dessert came, the Semifreddo was amazing. Each bite was just filled with so much flavour, I’m also coming back to try this! All in all, great location, staff, service and food makes for the perfect dining experience. Would highly recommend coming here to anyone, I’ll be returning myself next chance I get!

29/12/2025: I really appreciated the waiters' service, especially Oliver and Ziaur; we came with our dog, and they were immediately available to find us a table where we could all sit comfortably, even providing him with a bowl of water. The pizzas were very good, and the restaurant's decor is equally impressive.

13/05/2026: 10/10. Stopped here for lunch with my family and the food was incredible. Fresh ingredients picked from a garden outside, vendors dropping off local breads/meats for the day, truly delicious.

07/08/2025: After two weeks in Taormina, we discovered this hidden gem on our last day and what a wonderful surprise! The warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the kind family who runs the place made us feel right at home. The food was exactly what we needed: comforting and full of flavor. The vegetable soup was absolutely delicious, the lamb cotoletta was tender and perfectly cooked, and the tagliatelle and swordfish rolls were just fantastic. On top of all that, the prices were the best we found in Taormina — great quality without the tourist mark-up. I only wish we had found this place sooner! Highly recommended.
