21/04/2025: Having done a classic search on the internet, I was struck by the reviews. I booked, and I must reiterate that everything corresponds to reality. Thanks to the knowledge of the chef Andres and the skill of the waiter Alessandro, last night's evening was truly magnificent. We ate very fresh oysters, a first course with grouper ragout and then fish soup. Good everything, prices commensurate with the quality and professionalism. Highly recommended

29/06/2025: Upon our arrival, we were surprised to have to pay the entire amount (three nights in one of the chalets) immediately. Later, we realized why... we ended up staying only two nights and then fled, not even trying to claim the money for one night's stay. Our chalet had clearly not been cleaned; the two plastic chairs on the terrace were broken (so much so that I actually hurt myself sitting down), the window was so broken that it could only be closed with brute force, the local youth were hanging around in the pool, playing ball and shouting, so we didn't feel like staying there for a few hours. When we showered, water ran directly through the switched-on spotlight – bizarre and dangerous. We reported this problem to reception, and were later told that it had been investigated and everything was fine. The only positive point of this hotel: The staff at reception and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. In conclusion: When owners don't invest, things can only get worse. Never again! Poor value for money. I paid as much as I would for a four-star hotel, and the accommodations were like a crappy guesthouse. P.S. I would have liked to upload a video titled 'Water running through spotlights,' but unfortunately, I couldn't.

24/04/2025: After Easter Monday, I found this restaurant with burgers on the menu as the only one open. Order at the bar. I chose the classic Cheese Burger and a small beer that landed on the table in a stemmed glass, very good. Burger served with a generous portion of french fries + ketchup/mayo in small bags, not tatara. A burger in a sesame brioche, quite large. I appreciate the pickle. The staff is attentive, asks if you like it. Overall satisfaction, I left full, but I would rather not come again for the burger and try another restaurant.

15/06/2025: Average products, 0 the total lack of professionalism and customer care. Between chatting with acquaintances and people crowded at the counter, while we were waiting for a long time to get the receipt (despite there being only 4 people in the place), at the cash register rather than follow the line they shout: "Who has to get the receipt?" With the result that the last one to arrive jumped us. We let this one slide, in the meantime a huge line forms for the ice creams. Another customer (obviously an acquaintance of theirs) had just gotten the receipt and tried to jump the entire line, with the complicity of the bartender. We point it out and the bartender serves the one before us, only to then insist that it was the turn of the one who had tried to jump the line, complete with a joke: "But aren't there numbers on these receipts?". Jumped over several times and even accused of cheating. No need for numbers, my dear bartender never seen before in this bar, it would be enough the good manners not only of the customers, but also and above all of those who work there, who not only did not deign to apologize for the misunderstanding, but even accused us of not being honest (after we waited half an hour for an ice cream in a place that does not know how to handle 10 people in line). Other people were skipped like us, organization to say the least shameful.

15/06/2025: With the new season, the degradation. Very expensive prices (a mini walking cone €1.20 is shocking to me), quality significantly lower than in other years and poor service. You stand in line for ages just to get the receipt and despite the few people, but because of their disorganization you also see yourself passed by others who have just entered. You point it out and, instead of apologizing, they even question your word. In other years it was a must, even for the ice cream cakes and pistachio zuccotti, this year they made me lose the desire to even walk past.

10/06/2025: Restaurant located in front of the sea where the owner, an elegant and very kind lady, probably welcomed us. We started with a gift from the chef that included 3 seafood tapas and then a magnificent and fragrant spaghetti with cuttlefish. Excellent wines and a very well-kept location. We will be back!

I will definitely return and recommend it to others seeking a memorable gastronomic experience in Brolo.

15/06/2025: Ogni qual volta vengo a Lipari per vacanze, questo ristorante è una tappa fissa. Personale gentilissimo e molto preparato, piatti della tradizione eoliana rivisitati con maestria e delicatezza. Il gelato al rosmarino ormai è un must che non puó mancare! Mangiare in questo giardino curatissimo è un momento che ormai non può mancare durante le mie vacanze a Lipari. Lo consiglio vivamente!

08/06/2025: La location di questo ristorante è unica a Lipari in affascinante giardino di piante secolari curatissimo e rigoglioso. Mise en place semplice ma spettacolare e raffinata . Il cibo, di tradizione eoliana, è rivisitato ma non stravolto ed è superlativo dal primo al dolce . Impiattamento molto bello pur mantenendo porzioni abbondanti Ci ritorno da anni e non delude mai
