26/07/2024: Delicious food in a beautiful, historic place. The pastas (lasagna and pasta alla norma) were OK, but we were particularly impressed by the desserts. Tiramisu San Giorgio with Blandanino almond wine is an excellent dessert combination, served in a place that has been making them for over a hundred years. We were impressed :)

10/08/2024: On the occasion of a birthday party, friends advised me to go to the Bar Pasticceria Alta Marea to purchase sweets and cakes. At first glance I was struck by the welcome of the qualified staff, advising me and satisfying my requests. I would also add that I always receive compliments on my purchases of various desserts and cakes. I recommend it.

10/03/2024: Excellent quality of pastries, truly unobtainable desserts. The only drawback is the large number of customers on Sundays and therefore you have to wait a bit, but it's absolutely worth it.

Really great wine, and cheese starter was divine! Really just great hosting from the restaurant and made the first night amongst friends in Sicily really special 🥰

11/07/2024: Ho acquistato una torta per la laurea di mia figlia: bella esteticamente e buonissima all'interno con crema chantilly e fragoline. Ilaria, la moglie del titolare super fantastica: è stata molto brava nel consigliarci e disponibilissima. È stata direttamente lei a consegnare la torta insieme a dei cornettini gelato super buoni anch'essi al ristorante. Consiglio vivamente di provare.

21/08/2024: Restoran izuzetno romantičan. Posebno bašta. U Taormini u avgustu je ogromna gužva,ali u bašti ispod limunovog drveća je tako mirno i tiho da se gužva uopšte i ne osjeti. Hrana veoma ukusna. Veliki izbor sicilijanskih vina. Gazde ljubazne. Preporučujemo:)

I didn't know the place, I stopped because it was late and my children were hungry, we immediately had an excellent experience, the girls at the place were very nice, kind and helpful, the sandwiches were giant and delicious, we will definitely be back!

However, you can't and shouldn't fall for a latte (not available because it doesn't contain milk).

17/08/2024: To start with they got mad at me and started taking orders from those who arrived later...
I asked for grilled sausage (which was then on the plate) and salad strictly without rocket (I'm intolerant)
I received a salad with arugula (sent back) and raw sausage inside.
I asked for it to be cooked better and it arrived after ten minutes only seared on the surface... But usually undercooked on the inside.
The service is slow and unprofessional.
