Nice place with excellent products. Absolutely to take the platter with the cured meats! Exquisite. The sandwiches should probably be seasoned more. The prices of the toasts and wraps seemed a little high to me.

Piacevole pausa pranzo alla Prosciutteria, dove sono giunto leggendo le recensioni. Ampia scelta fra taglieri, panini, piadine, maxitoast. Bancone salumi di qualità dove sono rappresentati anche prodotti del territorio. Ho degustato un maxitoast e una piadina eccellenti. Prezzi nella norma. Tornerò.

It seems there’s a bit of a tradition in Capo D’Orlando that on the weekend of the Capo Festival honouring Maria SS, a few of the local bars sell this special pork sausage in a bun. La Prosciutteria had a pork sausage and beer deal going so I figured I had better join the locals and try out this local delicacy. I do enjoy a good pork sausage and this one lived up to the expectation. It was served with onions and a touch of mayonaise in a toasted bun. The beer was very cold - that’s just the way I like it. The man cooking the sausages on the bbq had a hair dryer blowing air over the sausages. I have no idea why but it certainly looked like he knew what he was doing.

Nulla da dire sulla qualità . Riguardo le insalate sono quantitativamente un po’ troppo scarse . Peccato. Per il resto il personale è molto gentile ed il locale accogliente
