12/10/2025: I wouldn't repeat the experience. The prices weren't clear. We asked for a detailed bill, but they brought us a receipt with the total. In the end, we didn't know the cost of each individual dish.

22/08/2025: The food is excellent, the service is a little less so, because we have to clean the tables before sitting down and the same thing when we leave.

27/09/2025: We're having dinner at the restaurant. The menu says spaghetti carbonara. Okay, I'll order it. I ask several times if they make it a little bigger, and the waitress says okay. The plate arrives, along with a small baking dish, while I complain that the carbonara arrives cold. I'll let you imagine. Then, when I get home, I see the receipt. I see it written down. €26.00. I phone. At the restaurant. They tell me their policy is so big and it means two portions, and I'm in the business. I'm ashamed that I belong to this category. Restaurants used to exist today. No longer just a pursuit of the god of money.

30/06/2025: Anyone who knew this place during the historic Centamore management knows exactly what I'm talking about: it was a point of reference for good food, hospitality and an authentic atmosphere. Today, unfortunately, absolutely nothing of all this remains. The new management has completely overturned the identity of the place and not for the better. Once upon a time, you came here with the certainty of finding quality, kindness, professionalism. Today you leave only with the feeling of having wasted time and money. The service is approximate, often improvised, with staff who seem more annoyed than happy to welcome you. The courtesy of the past has been replaced by arrogance and a total lack of organization. In recent times, the situation has worsened further: the place has transformed without warning into a sandwich shop, completely erasing any connection with real catering. But the even more serious thing is that they didn't even deign to inform those who had booked for events, banquets or ceremonies. Customers left disoriented, without respect, without a phone call, without anything. As for the food… better not get your hopes up. What is served today has nothing to do with the cuisine that once made this place special. Dishes without soul, without identity, without attention. It is an insult to the memory of what this place represented. Not even the most mediocre of establishments would have the courage to propose certain things. The problem is not only the decline in quality, but the attitude of those who now manage it: presumptuous, inattentive, incapable of listening. A place that was a symbol of hospitality has transformed into something empty, impersonal, and sadly forgettable. A word of advice? If you have good memories tied to this place, leave them where they are: don't ruin them by returning. The real Casalrosato no longer exists. And what is there now, frankly, does not even deserve the name.

06/01/2026: New Year's Eve lunch! We start by arriving at this place and see how packed we are! To say they're overbooked is an understatement! Loud music throughout the meal. Poor food from appetizer to dessert. Rude and inattentive wait staff. I hope all this helps convince management to change course for a better future. Advice? Sign up for "Nightmare Kitchens" to avoid hair on plates and string used to wrap pandoro in dessert. Bathrooms?? Indecent.

29/12/2025: A truly excellent pastry shop in every way. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by the aroma of fresh pastries and a welcoming, welcoming atmosphere. The products are of the highest quality: beautifully balanced pastries, soft brioches, and simply delicious cakes. You can sense great attention to detail and the finest ingredients. The staff is friendly and available, even during the holidays! Besides the pastry shop, I highly recommend everything else, including the hot food and deli! A place I'll happily return to and I absolutely recommend to anyone who loves authentic pastry.

27/12/2025: Extremely rude staff: I asked about the cakes, and the clerk dismissively and arrogantly replied, "They're all on display right there." During the endless wait, while they were tapping out the receipt I had expressly requested, I asked to use the restroom, and an equally arrogant clerk replied, "I've already cleaned it." The cake was awful. I strongly advise against even approaching it.

28/09/2025: The owner was rude and unfriendly. Even though his place was empty, we decided to sit down (eight people). We drank a few beers, Cokes, and water, but perhaps because the bill wasn't too high for him, he decided to tell us that if we only had water to drink, we could go. I've never heard anything like it. Never again.

08/10/2025: I'm not even going to rate the food; it wasn't good enough to make me turn a blind eye to the thing that had previously put me off any desire to eat it anyway: the price. I paid €14.50 for two regular kebabs with just meat, chips, and basic sauces, and no, I didn't include any drinks. Prices like that in a town of 40,000 inhabitants, when in Milan, Rome, Turin, or anywhere else in the province of Catania, even the best kebab shops never go above €4.50-5. It's hilarious how I have a long-standing clientele that shows no signs of diminishing; on the contrary, you won't see me again.

16/02/2026: Delicious sandwiches! I went last night with a friend and hope to return soon. Kudos to these owners for maintaining such a high level of bread and ingredients. Well done!

08/02/2026: In Giarre, CT. Piazza S. Francesco D'Assisi, 12. We liked the place. Sandwiches and beers. Good. But we expected a little more. The wait was a bit long and the prices weren't exactly reasonable.

12/11/2025: Average takeout pizzas, not bad. Averagely friendly. Parking is available. Sometimes they're a little stingy with the mozzarella. I recommend picking it up rather than having it delivered. The service is expensive. And they're often forgetful.

10/11/2025: Exceptional pizza for its flavor and quality of ingredients. Absolutely easy to digest. Delicious dough. Absolutely the best pizzeria in the area. Friendly and friendly owner. Friendly staff. It's not your typical table service pizzeria. The place is small but cute and welcoming. Highly recommended.

22/11/2025: There were three of us on a Saturday night, and unfortunately our experience was terrible. The restaurant was very noisy, caused by several loud groups talking, making the atmosphere unpleasant, and the disorganization immediately became apparent. The service was truly disappointing. The girl who served us didn't know the availability of the ingredients and had to go back to the kitchen for information if we had any questions. Ordering was complicated, and despite arriving well before other customers, our pizzas arrived last, after an unjustified long wait. The pizzas didn't improve the situation: one had been requested with double the sauce, but it arrived dry, and the tomato sauce generally had an unpleasant, acidic flavor. When we asked for oil, we were brought containers full of VINEGAR twice in a row, without even an apology for the mistake, which could have completely ruined a pizza. In short: confusing service, unprofessionalism, interminable waits, and below-average food quality. A decidedly negative experience, which I do not recommend.

18/10/2025: Simply the best takeaway pizza I've ever eaten, not only plentiful (I've never been full in my life with a single pizza and I left a "slice" of this one) but with quality ingredients, well cooked and well seasoned, highly recommended.

08/07/2025: Beautiful place at the foot of Mount Etna, courtesy and professionalism are the added value. Excellent prices. Highly recommended.

27/04/2025: L'Agriturismo Il Sentiero degli Ulivi, situato a Santa Venerina, offre un'esperienza autentica nel cuore della Sicilia. La struttura è immersa in un paesaggio suggestivo tra uliveti e agrumeti, con una vista panoramica che spazia dall'Etna al mare. Il ristorante propone piatti della tradizione siciliana e catanese, preparati con ingredienti a km 0, come provolette al limone, ravioli in crema di pistacchio e dolci fatti in casa. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, contribuendo a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e familiare. La struttura è ideale per famiglie, grazie anche alla presenza di un'area giochi per bambini e spazi esterni ben curati. Un luogo consigliato per chi desidera rilassarsi e assaporare la genuinità della cucina siciliana.

07/02/2026: Unfortunately, I can't say for sure. My mother ordered 18 chocolate panzerotti and 2 white ones to take to Milan. DISAPPOINTMENT: They were all white and only 2 chocolate ones... On top of that, they were also different in shape, which for someone who lives 1,500 km away makes a difference, even in the memory. Disappointed and angry. The product, however, is good.
