04/08/2024: In the order it was said to only put barbecue sauce as I am intolerant to a series of foods. Once I got the sandwich there was also kebab sauce and the gentleman's response was, I can't do anything about it.

05/07/2024: Fantastic! Delicious food, friendly staff. The place is a little small but it is welcoming. I can only eat kebab here

12/07/2024: An amazing market not to be missed. Noisy and busy it is packed with stalls big and small selling the freshest of fish - even though it smells of fish is not unpleasant. We visited at about 9am which seemed to be a good time - lots of locals and restaurants buying fish. At night the area is busy with restaurants and stalls selling fish dishes. This is what Catania is all about - highly recommend.

09/08/2024: Very loving service from mom and son, very good food! Upon request there was even lasagna, even though it wasn't on the menu, it was very tasty! Central location, modern and very well maintained toilets. We'll be happy to come back when we're back in Catania! 🥰

09/08/2024: We didn't have a bad meal, the food was pleasant, but there was little clarity on the menu. We arrived not very hungry expecting an à la carte menu like the one shown on maps, waiting for us was a buffet menu at a fixed price of €35 per person and we were notified only after we had sat down (information that was not present anywhere, neither on the website or in the restaurant, with the price only emerging after a specific question to one of the waitresses). In the end, 4 of us ate for 3, and even though even the owner had noticed this, they still charged us full price.

16/08/2024: I don't understand how a public business is open, and for a week the bathrooms have been closed, said by the staff, broken, and not open to the public, certainly this was about 3 weeks ago, and it's normal that they still remained open.... ..

16/08/2024: Pessimo, non trovo parole per definire questa trattoria, menù inesistente, un ragazzino cerca di spiegarci quello che questo locale propone, in maniera poco professionale, prendiamo un tagliere di salumi ma ahimè i salumi erano con dei colori che non promettevano niente di buono, coraggiosi abbiamo deciso di provarli al primo assaggio, ci siamo guardati e facendo finta di avere un impegno improvviso siamo scappati da questo posto, chiedendoci come mai avevano tutte quelle recensioni positive ,serata da incubo, non consigliato assolutamente

26/08/2024: Sono stato a mangiare un menù di pesce e devo dire che la qualità del pesce e buona però e proprio questa il problema perché non lo sanno cucinare pasta con le vongole che sapeva solo di pomodoro e nero di seppia da dimenticare veramente un peccato

16/08/2024: Ho ordinato una grigliata di carne IMMANGIABILE . Nel menu era prevista: una bistecca , é arrivata una fettina impanata probabilmente per occultare il sapore di rancito ; una cotoletta di pollo , amara dovuta forse alla presenza di limone ; una salsiccia di maiale che grugniva ancora talmente era cruda . Devo però ammettere che i panini erano buoni , infatti ho mangiato solo quello , prezzo piatto 18,00€ . Non ci ritorneremo più , nessuno dei commensali è rimasto pienamente soddisfatto . La ragazza Rossella , la cameriera é stata gentilissima e disponibile .

15/08/2024: We debated whether to sit down because we wanted something small. We ordered a salad, chips and a fried potato. The salad was really a packet of rocket leaves with a little bit of tomato and corn without any sauce inside, dry, bland, oven potatoes were fine but too mashed......and the chips, which are hard to mistake, were horribly salty. The guy and the waitress tried to please, but it's really better to invest in the quality of the food (maybe their flagship is hamburgers and they're better at that) but with the food we just felt like we were eating leaves. The funniest thing was that because there were 2 of us, they brought us 2 plates but made of plastic 😆😆😆 I have never eaten in a restaurant with a plastic plate that even at a picnic I eat from a reusable plate! Too bad we came following a recommendation and were disappointed

25/05/2024: nice place but VERY SLOW service for 2 portions of chips and 3 portions of nuggets we had to wait an hour and a half which is unacceptable
