27/02/2025: trattoria molto spartana e molto anni 80, gentilissima la proprietaria che penso fosse anche la chef. il menu molto risicato, abbiamo preso delle bruschette e un primo...pensavo meglio. Una cosa che non mi è piaciuta però è stato il tempo di attesa, per le bruschette venti minuti e il primo è arrivato dopo 3 quarti d'ora. considerando che eravamo solo in due tavoli occupati è stato tantissimo tempo. conto troppo alto per questo standard.

24/03/2025: Carne tenerissima cucinata al momento, titolare accogliente, simpatico e grande intrattenitore. Ha proposto piatti nuovi con sorriso e disponibilità. Ottima, fresca e innovativa l'insalata con pomodori, cipolla e ricotta salata. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di andare.

08/03/2025: Per gli amanti del buon cibo questo è il posto giusto. Mi era stato consigliato da amici e adesso sarò io a consigliarlo a tutti, se esistesse un’altra stella la darei in più per il titolare e i ragazzi che ci lavorano simpatici gentili e che ti mettono a tuo agio. È come mangiare a casa in un luogo informale, quindi se siete schizzinosi passate avanti ma se non lo siete sedetevi fatevi consigliare e mangerete divinamente bene. Parola dei Falsi D’autore ❤️

05/12/2024: I went there a few months ago, small but familiar environment. I had some pumpkin gnocchi that were INEDIBLE as they were too peppery, something truly shocking, I pointed this out to the staff who literally opened their arms to me, saying that the chef had added a bit of pepper. I repeat it wasn't a bit of pepper, taste the things before serving them. I took another first course and in response they made me pay for both first courses... I don't know if I will have the opportunity to return.

06/08/2024: Excellent cuisine, I have not reviewed the service and environment because there is no table service and consumers come and go without stopping. Excellent food, for a quick and quality lunch!

24/03/2025: We only lived in the property for a weekend but we will definitely be back... arriving on Saturday afternoon they welcomed us very well, friendly and helpful... the sign. Giuseppe was an excellent tour guide of the vineyards and the estate... we were enchanted by his detailed explanation. We took advantage of the possibility of full board and found all the meals plentiful and delicious.. the wine was excellent and the service staff was truly wonderful.. I highly recommend it.. for couples, families and groups of friends

28/03/2025: Don't be seduced by the cozy appearance, the food is really, really bad. I never write a review but now there is no other way. The risotto could not be called real risotto. Plain hard rice in a little broth, cold and salt-free. The pistachio pasta was also cold and saltless. Afterwards we went to Pizza & Pasta (nearby) and the pasta there was delicious!

28/03/2025: I don’t normally leave reviews but our experience was so bad I felt I need to do it this time. The food was horrible. My girlfriend ordered a risotto fungi and I ordered a pasta farfalle with pistachio. Both dishes lacked taste, had little to no salt, and were not completely warm (like a dish warmed up in a microwave with pieces steaming but still cold at its core). The risotto was not creamy at all, and the rice used seemed like regular rice instead of the one used for risottos. Very frustrating. The waiters were nothing special. Not rude but also not friendly. They serve a portion of bread as couvert but nothing to eat it with (a bit of olive oil would be nice). We had some potato croquets as appetisers and once again no sauce to go with it (only boring and dry croquettes). The location and place look nice and of not for that we would have probably eaten somewhere else. We actually did that anyway after leaving the restaurant because we had to eat something good before going home. In short, I can’t recommend it less and would not come back again.

18/04/2025: Be careful, tourist trap!! Of course, no card is brought by itself. A draft beer costs 6 euros, which can certainly be justified given the location in front of the cathedral. BUT it cannot be justified that the bill says 5cl and the beer is served in a 4cl standardized glass. When we asked the waiter about it, he just grinned ironically. The waiters are extremely pushy and pushy, constantly asking if you want anything else. If you decline, they ask “you sure?” three times. Our waiter keeps shouting “drink, drink, drink” and seems to find it funny. Change is only given upon request.

13/03/2025: Bel localino a Catania in centro, nei pressi di Piazza Stesicoro. Atmosfera piacevole, buona l'accoglienza e l'organizzazione. Degni di nota la cortesia e la sincronizzazione del personale. Servizio vmeffettuato con cura. Ottime le pietanze, antipasti originali, primi, secondi di carne o pesce e squisiti dessert di propria produzione, accompagnati da un calice di Bukkuram, un gran passito di Pantelleria. I proprietari, eccellenti padroni di casa. Buona la prima, replicheremo presto!

13/03/2025: Caserecce con crema di formaggi di capra girgentana e pancetta di suino nero dei nebrodi.. voi in foto vedete pancetta? Per quanto si paga a persona bisognerebbe essere generosi nelle quantità (sotto la pasta solo due pezzetti invisibili). Così come l’antipasto salumi e formaggi di qualità ottima ma quantità misere. Esperienza culinaria discreta.

11/03/2025: Capisco che la mattina presto sia traumatico per tutti ma se fai questo lavoro devi essere reattivo ! Vado alla cassa per pagare esco i contanti e per non perdere tempo a prendere il fondo cassa mi chiede di pagare con la carta ( risposta ovviamente no ) al banco chiedo una colazione piccola mi da una grande le faccio notare l’errore e mi dice nn mi ha detto , ok perfetto al banco chiedo un caffè al ginseng e mi fa un caffè lungo … nessun sorriso che di mattina sarebbe gradito .. penso che dobbiate pagare di più i vostri dipendenti ne sarebbero contenti e più motivati

09/11/2024: Great experience! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burgers and their tastiness. The service is excellent, the staff friendly and the prices absolutely competitive, I will return again.

09/11/2024: Yesterday I went to this place by chance and looking at the reviews I didn't have great expectations at the beginning. Instead I ate very well. I chose the sweet chicken, a menu that included a sandwich with corn flakes chicken, caramelized onion, delicious cheddar cream😋 accompanied by chips which were also delicious and above all made by them and not packaged. Kindness and friendliness on the part of the staff who made us feel like we were at home. I recommend this place and among other things they also do take-away food 😊🙃
