22/05/2025: McDonald’s is still McDonald’s and it remains one of the best fast food chains. In fact, the food is always excellent and the staff is always super helpful and in a hurry (I support you and respect you for your work pace). The only problem with this location is the environment: you don’t know whether to go there with a bulletproof vest, with a bodyguard or both. Unfortunately, the kids who frequent it scare people away, including me.

05/06/2025: A bit pricey for what it is. A friendly and convenient place after a hike on Mount Etna. There were two of us and we each had a pasta dish. It was good but not very filling for the price. We also had drinks, dessert (a slice of cake each) and coffee. It cost us €70 for two people. We found that a bit steep for pasta and cake. Despite everything, the setting is pleasant and the people who welcomed us were friendly. You just have to have the budget.

23/05/2025: A cozy restaurant with friendly staff, but the food is quite bad compared to anything else I've eaten in Sicily. The only saving grace is that it was open for us after our Mt. Etna tour, but I'd avoid eating here if you have better options.

24/05/2025: Very good pizza, arrived a little late. I am writing this review to give you some advice: avoid responding aggressively to reviews. I understand that there may be frustration, but the responses are public and, in the eyes of customers, certain tones may seem unprofessional. Criticisms should be welcomed, because it is precisely from them that we can understand what to improve. Waiting two hours (it was not my case) is not normal, and the customer, honestly, does not care how much there is: if you cannot manage the orders, either hire more staff and improve the quality of the service, or avoid accepting more orders than you can handle. Making customers wait that long is disrespectful, and it is certainly not their fault. The pizza is good, but without an improvement in the relationship with the customer, unfortunately, it will be difficult to grow. And I would be sorry because the pizza deserves it. Remember that everything you write is public and will be read by everyone. When you reply to a review, count to ten, breathe and don't let your emotions guide you. I hope that this review, if read with the right spirit and not as an attack, can be helpful for the future and contribute to making you a 5/5/5 pizzeria. The service is fast and punctual, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. If you are looking for a trusted takeaway pizzeria, this is the right choice! 02/06/2025: Deeply disappointed. The food is tasteless, out of 10 mussels 5 are empty and 3 are closed... also the portions are really unsatisfactory. The prices are exorbitant and not at all in relation to the quantity and quality of the food. There would be a lot to complain about the service but I will limit myself to saying that the waiters are quite exhausted, stressed and without a minimum of empathy. Too bad about the location because it is very nice.

14/05/2025: Modest lunch, a fish appetizer without infamy and without praise 50€, but it's fish and oh well, I was a little annoyed by the side dish, half a tomato and 4 salad leaves (counted) for 10€, house wine remained in the glass It's a shame to write reviews like this, the service was good and attentive, but 100€ for two you should eat a little better, I don't recommend it.

12/03/2025: Excellent experience! A restaurant with attention to the smallest details, from a welcoming atmosphere to impeccable service. The food is really excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, attentive and always available to satisfy every need. We felt pampered from start to finish! Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic and high-level culinary experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much to all the staff!

02/05/2025: Il vino ( EUROSPIN ) kissa' quanto lo fa' pagare, quando finisce lo mettono insieme a quello avanzato nelle brocche,cosi per un paio di giorni nn gli manca.Il cibo l'80% viene riscaldato ,visto che viene fatto il giorno prima,i camerieri in cucina mangiano gli antipasti con le mani nn lavate e poi mettono gli antipasti con le stesse mani sporche nei piatti dei clienti ,per le patatine fritte la stessa cosa,olio per friggere si cambia 2 volte l'anno.Se volete malattie andate pure a mangiare con le vostre famiglie,in questa fattoria!

12/06/2025: yesterday I got a takeaway pizza and there was a hole in the pizza. I honestly wouldn't have given it to the customer. I will definitely speak badly of this pizzeria.

31/05/2025: It is a small pizzeria that works almost exclusively for take-out. The service is zero, there were 2 of us in the entire pizzeria, the waitress made 4 mistakes!!! The environment is cozy. Parking in the area is not easy. Hello everyone

06/11/2024: Impeccable and courteous service. The pizza was very good and of regular size, I also appreciated the Karaoke service especially my son who sang in public for the first time without any kind of embarrassment.

24/09/2024: Now La Fazenda, staid decor, terrible service, passable food but they often get the dishes wrong and the waiter on duty replies: "this is what the chef gave me, surely what you wanted is finished!" Place equipped with Karaoke and frequented by loyal over 60s! Average prices. Courses: Sandwiches, pizza, grilled meat, salads, no first courses! Very slow in bringing the ordered dishes and often wrong but very quick in bringing the bill!! I don't recommend it!

29/04/2025: Camminando per le vie del centro di Catania, siamo stati attirati dalla location intima e tranquilla di questo locale situato in uno scorcio pittoresco a due passi dal Duomo. Pranzo a base di pesce tipico catanese con materia prima di qualità e porzioni generose. Nota di apprezzamento per lo staff, cordiale, disponibile, allegro e scherzoso senza però risultare invadente. Decisamente consigliato!

27/04/2025: Auf Empfehlung unseres einheimischen Vermieters, Santo, einem sehr netten Herrn, gingen wir in das Giglio Rosso. Es sieht von außen unscheinbar aus und der Chef ist ein selbstbewusster jedoch auch herzlicher Sizilianer. Wir ließen uns dann inspirieren von der Karte und seinen Empfehlungen und bestellten für uns 5 diverse Vorspeisen, Primi Piatti, Secondi Piatti und Nachtische. Und wirklich alles, was auf unseren Tisch kam, war ein ganz außerordentlicher Genuss. Sardellen, Schwertfisch, Garnelen, Tintenfisch, Rinderfilet, Pasta und Dolce. Zum Abschluss ein hausgemachter Marsalla. Alles vorzüglich um nicht sogar zu sagen einzigartig. Bei diesem Essen beschlossen wir, dass es eine weitere Reise wert ist wiederzukommen. In der Nacht entfaltete die enge, dunkle und für Catania sehr typische Straße einen ganz besonderen Charme, wie man ihn nur hier erleben kann. Ein schönes Erlebnis, das wir gerne in unserer Erinnerung behalten. So geht Urlaub ☀️😄 Top-Empfehlung 👍
