05/09/2024: I visited in the evening alone with my mom! When I visited at night, there was a gentle breeze and I could feel a pleasant mood. It was the most delicious food I had in Sicily! Don't be fooled by low-star reviews 🔥🔥🔥 The portions were generous, fresh and we were treated warmly. I would like to visit again if I come to Catania. If you come around here, be sure to stop by 🩷

12/08/2024: It was a little entertainment with an appetizer and pizza round. Huge C-shaped table and in some places the food didn't even arrive and you had to call to have it served. Often even unheard and conai turned to other diners to pass the dishes to him. Practically very lacking organisation. Pizza a little chewy. Very warm and cool with occasional drafts. Very beautiful and well-kept place that has good growth opportunities. Improve service with good coordination. Arrange to cool the room well considering that the summers will still be hot and longer. However, it is a nice place and needs to be coordinated and managed better, also increasing the quality of the banquets. I understand that you get what you pay for, but it would be best to avoid something too cheap. Much more can be done.

22/07/2024: If you ask for a glass of almond milk, you don't expect to receive a glass of (cow's) milk with a spoonful of almond granita. But obviously the problem is mine... And upon my observation I am told in a truly unpleasant tone that "even in recent days you have taken it like this", with all due respect to my intolerances (and the resulting problems). After this episode I asked about twenty bars in Catania if almond milk contained cow's milk and I didn't get any positive answers. It is better to be careful about these situations instead of responding angrily to customers and reviews.

21/08/2024: Complete disaster today. We ordered 3 pizzas and 1 burger. Two pizzas came okay but in third we found plastic strap that my girlfriend almost ate. It was big scarp around 6 cm long. Second disaster was the burger. I would be ashamed to serve burger like this. Small bun, one potato sliced to 4 pieces (I askee for fries). Looked like from school cafeteria. Big disappoitment

17/08/2024: appena arrivato ho fatto presente di essere celiaco, la risposta del personale è stata “mangerai una delle migliori pizze senza glutine” L aspettativa è stata quindi aumentata e… la pizza era veramente fantastica! ottimo impasto (non la solita base pronta), cotta nel forno del ristorante e non nel solito delle altre pizze ho mangiato l Etnea (ovvero la margherita) varietà molto ampia di condimenti (solo 4/5 non sono ordinabili senza glutine), hanno birra artigianale senza glutine sovrapprezzo di 4 euro per le senza glutine (in questo caso, per la bontà, accettabile) prenotate, il locale è molto gettonato e c è da aspettare un po’.. per me la pizza è seconda solo a quella di Sorbillo (mergellina) Il TOP, vale l’attesa !! Straconsigliato!

10/08/2024: Beautiful farmhouse, too bad it isn't kept very well regarding cleanliness, we booked a triple room and I only found 1 towel, no courtesy shampoo kit, I had to ask for them. It's a shame because it really has potential. Terrible breakfast, no juice, jams or Nutella for children. The lunch however was all good and plentiful, the swimming pool was very beautiful.

06/08/2024: I slept in this facility on Sunday 4 August, we were about 30 people, I was one of the lucky ones to have found the room with working air conditioning. We arrived around 02.30 at the end of a wedding, we didn't find any staff waiting for us, it was dark and thanks to cell phones we had light to access the rooms. I can't express myself for many friends who found themselves in the dark, the air conditioning wasn't working, they found ants in the bed. Sheets no comment, towels ditto.

06/06/2024: All good, I didn't like the frozen tiramisu from the freezer which, even if I waited a while to eat it, had lost its charm as the freezing had broken it down a bit and made it watery......

29/07/2024: It's absurd to have to charge €5 for a 33 cl can of Coca Cola, not even if we were in Porto Cervo, which is why the place is almost always half empty, you make people run away, you also have to revisit the toilet area, which is very dirty from the point of view hygienic...to be avoided like the plague...never again...

22/07/2024: Hookah was okay but they made us pay €15 for refill even though we didn’t get one. We we came back to tell them, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. So one hookah, two drinks with a total of €58

26/05/2024: Definitely negative experience at the Torrisi pastry shop, also known as "TikTok Pastry Chef", regarding the dove purchased at Easter. Both my girlfriend and I purchased a Colomba: I had hazelnut and she had pistachio. Unfortunately, both turned out to be disappointing. I'm sorry to say this, but I trusted the videos, which I now consider deceptive, that promoted these products. The product turned out to be absolutely dry, with a non-existent flavour. The only thing that slightly saved the pistachio colomba was the cream, which was discreet, while the hazelnut one was just sugar. The asking price is exaggerated for a product of lower quality than a common supermarket product. I immediately sent an email to report the problem, but I never received a response, not even an apology. I can only totally advise against this pastry shop.

02/07/2024: Locale con vista mare ad Acitrezza, che ha saputo brillantemente coniugare il senso del gusto con l'attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Eccellente sia come pizzeria grazie ad ingredienti di qualità ed impasto digeribile, sia come ristorazione,i cui piatti sono preparati con cura e sapienza. Complimenti!

14/05/2024: We arrived and spend 20 minutes waiting for someone to look, talk or attend us, and when they came, they didn’t have the plates we wanted. There’s just one waiter for 4 tables, all the other clients were waiting as well and complaining about the service. They were cleaning tables instead take the requests to make it fast. At the final, we leave the place and don’t eat or drink nothing

11/08/2024: We ended up eating here after being rejected by multiple fully booked restaurants near the center of Riposto on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere on the terrace was not very good as it was located inside a small street with a lot of cars passing. The staff did not speak English, but tried their best in communicating with us. The pizza’s tasted good, as can be expected in Italy. There were however some pistachios on my pizza, which were not listed on the menu. Not a problem for me, but may be bothersome for others. A big plus are the cheap prices. We payed 17 euro’s for 2 pizza’s and 1,5 liter of water.

01/07/2024: I head towards this bar with my abominable hunger... what can I say, a robbery!!! 2 pieces of tableware €4.20 and they wanted to give me a piece from the night before, when I asked to change a piece (which I repeat was from the night before) the owner looked at me annoyed. We have never seen something like this in Catania because the prices for the pieces are around 1.30/1.50 for normal pieces (for example onion). I won't go back even if I get paid...

02/04/2024: I just bought a house across the street from this restaurant and have visited this place twice and every time the meals were delicious. The tortellini with panna and prosciutto was excellent and the Pizza Diavola was delicious. They have a great selection of beers and staff is very friendly.
