22/03/2026: We've been customers since it opened, and we've given this restaurant a couple of chances to return, but our last dinner there last week made us say enough. The food was cold and subpar, the wok was closed, and the food was poorly cooked on the grill. We finished with hard and certainly not fresh desserts. All-you-can-eat restaurants offer free fortune cookies... but they never do. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

27/01/2026: I can only say compliments on everything from the appetizers to the dessert, everything was excellent, not to mention the kindness of the staff, highly recommended, as soon as we return to the mountains we will come visit you, I highly recommend trying the full fish menu.

11/12/2025: A well-kept, warm, and welcoming location. A reassuring and pleasant atmosphere. Truly delicious. The cuisine is varied and generous, with fresh, expertly prepared traditional dishes. The staff is professional, attentive, and punctual. The owners are fantastic, kind, courteous, and helpful. Absolutely top-notch in Nicolosi. We celebrated my daughter's baptism there. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, family-friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and a warm welcome.

21/08/2025: First and foremost, the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and the counter staff. Secondly, but absolutely essential and indispensable, is the quality of the products: from the ice cream to the well-stocked pastries. I have no shortage of pastry shops near my house, but I prefer to travel a few extra kilometers to shop here!

09/03/2026: Enchanting location, breathtaking scenery... We had a wonderful lunch, the food was good and well-cooked, nothing to complain about. As for the prices, unfortunately, everything costs money these days, we're on Mount Etna...when you go to a restaurant, you pay, and the prices are on the menu, after all. Recommended

02/03/2026: Rudeness and bad manners are paramount! One of the two ladies working the counter was shouting at customers and responding in a rude and impolite manner. I asked if the sausage in the sandwich I'd ordered could be cooked thoroughly, and she replied, "You take what's there!" (A hard, dry sandwich that doesn't even begin to justify the price). As I was leaving, annoyed, I was stopped by another customer who had been treated the same way by the lady simply because she'd requested that an €8 spritz be served in a cocktail glass and not a PLASTIC WATER GLASS filled with ice (it was the small glass). The bathroom was disgusting, filthy as hell—I recommend the public one (it costs €1 but is worth it). My only negative experience during my Etna holiday. Advice to the venue: I understand that the season is difficult and that it's equally difficult to keep up with demanding skiers who don't want to waste time, but if you work with the public, you can't afford to treat those who keep the venue open (the paying customers who use the services) this way.

05/01/2026: I've always been a regular, but after the last experience, I've decided I won't be returning. We waited two hours for a pizza and two grilled dishes, which turned out to be unpresentable, as what we were served was far from their classic grilled dish (I'm attaching a before and after photo, the same dish from a year ago and three months ago). The store-bought burger tasted like cardboard, the pistachio didn't taste like pistachio, even though that was their specialty until a few years ago. It was delicious, and that's what we came for. The photo speaks for itself. In all this, after two hours of waiting, we saw dishes arriving for those who had arrived much later than us, simply because we were "waiting for the grilled dish," a ridiculous excuse because you can already tell from the dish how long it takes to prepare it. The bruschetta appetizer arrived with the main courses. Those who had pizza had to eat it cold because the grilled dishes arrived after another 20 minutes. The service was disorganized and the food quality was far from what it used to be. Not even a "sorry." You've lost 3 regulars. A real disappointment. Absolutely not recommended.

02/01/2026: I ordered sandwich number 9. The only good thing was the packaging, the bread was very hard, I'd say stale, there were no sauces as stated on the menu, and the mushrooms weren't the ones specified on the menu (they were pleurotus instead of cardoncelli). It also arrived 50 minutes late, but on the phone they initially told me it was 15 minutes late, and then they didn't even pick up the phone. I don't recommend it; they're not very serious and the food is of poor quality.

18/02/2026: We ordered pasta with white pesto and mussels and pasta with sardines a la Palermo – definitely some of the best things we ate in Catania. The location, right on the main square but slightly hidden, gives it a great Sicilian vibe. The older gentleman who served us didn't rush – which also gives it the perfect Sicilian feel, where you can sit, chat, and eat in peace. I highly recommend it.

31/01/2026: Great food, long wait times, too expensive

05/10/2025: We were invited to a birthday party and were unpleasantly surprised by the lack of care and decoration of the outdoor areas. The indoor dining room, on the other hand, is dark and not air-conditioned (or decorated). The food was inedible: fried panelle from the Stra discount store, I think, hard sandwiches, everything inedible (and indigestible). Water (Ruscella) was poured by the waiters (two improvised people, I think) when they were in the mood, and Coke was nonexistent. I don't know how much you pay for such a service, but I definitely won't be back if they invite me back.

30/09/2025: Excellent food and friendly staff. If I could offer a small suggestion, the inside dining room could use a little more light. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

10/11/2025: Truly excellent pizza, the prices are medium-high, and the pizza could have been much larger. It's good, but you won't leave feeling full.
