04/10/2025: My husband and I stumbled upon it by chance, and I can't say enough good things about it. The selection of hot food is incredibly delicious and inviting. Even though the place (takeout only) is small, the fast and professional staff manages to keep everything under control with kindness and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

15/08/2025: IT FEELS AT HOME! A truly relaxing and satisfying experience: delicious food; wonderful hospitality from Mrs. Teresa; simple and refined atmosphere. Today I had lunch with a delicious plate of hot and cold appetizers (caponata, salami and pancetta, sheep's cheese, fried vegetables in batter, baked egg, eggplant cutlet and parmigiana, sun-dried and gratinated tomatoes, bell pepper roll, pickled olives); then two first courses: macaroni al ferretto (alla norma, and with hazelnut and pancetta sauce); a second course of baked pancetta with breadcrumbs and a pepper and tomato filling, with a side of baked potatoes; a slice of ice cream cake with black cherry syrup; bread (delicious, perfectly baked from crust to crumb!), water, Coke, wine; and coffee at the end. All at a very discounted price, and above all, with the feeling of having delicious food as if you were at home, in an environment that even when it was full remained reasonably quiet and without any noise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

31/05/2025: È da molti anni che conosciamo il Sig. Mario e la famiglia Bonaccorso. Al solito il pranzo è stato all'altezza delle aspettative dagli antipasti, ai 2 primi (sedani al ragù di vitello con finocchietto selvatico e tortellini ai funghi porcini conditi con speck e nocciola) al secondo e al dolce. Consigliato.

18/10/2025: The burritos and club sandwiches are ridiculously good, and the portions are generous. The peanuts are guaranteed. Good selection of beers. The staff is friendly enough. Prices are reasonable. Recommended.

26/09/2025: A very disappointing experience. We called the restaurant and received an automated voice guide, unclear and impersonal. Furthermore, looking at the photos, we thought we could sit in a specific area of ​​the restaurant, but we were told that wasn't possible because "there wasn't enough room," telling us we could sit on a "veranda." It's a shame, because from the photos it looked like a welcoming environment, but instead we felt neglected and poorly managed. We definitely won't be returning.

30/09/2025: The location is stunning. We booked a sea-view room and were given one overlooking the terrace below and the café's roof, which also had a sea view. The room was fine, as was the cleaning. A bit dated, but overall it wasn't too bad. The staff was very friendly. The beach was lovely and not overcrowded; good service: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels... It did get a bit busier and noisier on the weekend. An inconvenience we expressed our frustration about was resolved very professionally and appropriately. We would happily recommend the hotel.

15/08/2025: Booked two superior partial sea view two months before trip since it is renovated rooms but I only got one as they were fully booked !!, so why then people book and pay in advance !!!, however, the buildings back to 90s and need to be renovated completly. You should expect the housekeeping staff enter the room anytime even if the privacy sign is there!! The breakfast is ordinary and the staff are not attentive and need to be organised.

02/08/2025: Unfortunately, I have to DO NOT RECOMMEND this little bar because the girl at the cash register made her usual, truly unpleasant mistake: Not knowing that I'm actually from Catania and therefore familiar with the local prices, she charged me €4 for a ravioli with ricotta (mediocre flavor, priced in Catania from €1.50 to €2) and a coffee (from €1 to €1.20), obviously without giving me a receipt... Because of HER, I will never set foot in that place again and I won't recommend it to anyone. Well done, and congratulations!

30/08/2025: It was my first time at Maori Fusion and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is simple yet refined, the staff is kind and attentive, especially the head waiter: someone who exudes serenity, passion, and love for what she does, making the experience even more enjoyable. The cuisine won me over: I tasted refined sushi, with attention to detail and a difference. A place I highly recommend!

27/06/2025: Trattoria of the past, now unobtainable nowadays. Quality, simplicity and modest prices that seem almost fictitious compared to what you find around. Family-run, with a kindness and a unique humility even with the many foreigners who are lucky enough to end up in this place. Go there if you want to eat in a gem of times gone by that I hope will resist the dynamics of the modern market. Congratulations!

In our view, this historic business is one that deserves much more consideration, often even more so than its more recent counterparts. The reasons are simple: we primarily focus on the expertise, availability, and skills of our staff, elements that are the foundation of any business where customer relations are essential. The selection of top-quality products, which must never be lacking, is evident in all the dishes served, from starters like chips to pinsa (a type of pasta), and other dishes.
