10/10/2024: Se volete gustare degli ottimi salumi e formggi, accompagnati da buon vino e buona musica (ma la musica è solo un opinione) andate li tranquilli. Io e mia moglie si è preso un tagliere di affettati e formaggi, con miele,salsina ai peperoni noci, il tutto abbondante, ma sopratutto molto buono. Il locale è piccolino percio è consigliato prenotare.

05/01/2025: Two of us had dinner while traveling to Etna. Excellent service and cuisine with attention to the smallest details, with original and local touches. We had a very good time: it was a wonderful experience overall. I absolutely recommend it for a special evening!

06/01/2025: Posto dove vale la pena andare sicuramente per lo spettacolo che offre. Il Vulcano innevato. "Stupendo". Purtroppo però il pranzo nel suo complesso non ha rispettato le aspettative. Sicuramente devono impegnarsi di più. Abbiamo chiesto 2 calici di vino rosso, il cameriere mi ha portato un Etna rosso che mi ha fatto assaggiare prima di servire, purtroppo già dal colore avevo intuito che non andava e al gusto la mia sensazioni è stata confermata, quindi chiedo se era possibile avere qualche altra bottiglia e gentilmente dopo un po' torna con 2 bottiglie proponendo un tipo per mia moglie e uno per me, la cosa mi sembra già un po' strana ma capisco subito perché erano 2 fondi di bottiglia il mio un dito e quello di mia moglie due dita. Siccome dovevo guidare non dico niente e mi accontento anche se in cuore mio speravo tornasse con una bottiglia nuova e mi servisse la giusta quantità ma aimé questo non accade. Purtroppo non finisce qui perché quando prendo la forchetta per mangiare il primo la trovo molto sporca. Allora cambio la forchetta per fortuna c'è ne era una terza giustamente che non mi sarebbe servita perché avevamo già deciso di non andare oltre PECCATO perché i piatti non erano male

12/01/2025: Refined environment but a little neutral and claustrophobic and with a somewhat obvious if not outdated design (I used the low cost red panels when I had few resources to create effective atmospheres). Friendly staff but a little too cold and affected. As regards food: excessive presence of carbohydrates (I eat the bread with oil at home, although it is of excellent quality and the squid ink arancino didn't excite me, it is often found better in street food) and few proteins (in HO scale). The proposed tasting path does not seem coherent to me when moving from one dish to another. Limited wine list with staff who influence (and not advise) your choice. I'm sorry, I may be limited, but I don't see any innovation and the only star rating is the price.

03/01/2025: Love this place, great concept for the menu, and you can feel their love for food and flavours. All the different kinds of breads were already a feast, and then each dish was top-quality. Very creative and connected to the local culture. The recommended wines were super, and the non-alcoholic even better. I would want to motivate you to create a non-alcoholic pairing, it would be a great addition. The staff is fantastic, keeping the flow going, always tidying the table, and a pleasant personal touch. The wine list is smartly detailed on the Etna wines, great decision, with enough choices from other regions. Definitely recommend this place and I also will definitely go back!

31/12/2024: Excellent food at a very reasonable price. If you allow me a suggestion, they took too long between courses, but the quality of the food more than made up for the wait. I recommend the pasta.

08/01/2025: Fantastic pizza place with a wonderful staff. The pizza dough was amazing and every pizza was meticulously created with care....We may have been spying into the kitchen.... They gave dough to the kids to play with and to top it all off.... the waffle dessert was to die for. I don't normally enjoy dessert and we ordered two more to go.

27/12/2024: I went to this place with my family. It is located near the center of Randazzo, so it is very convenient if you want to go for a walk afterwards. The environment is simple. The service is courteous and attentive. The food is plentiful, with quality raw materials and non-obvious combinations.

09/10/2024: We received a friendly and warm welcome. Even though we arrived late, we were still allowed to eat something in the restaurant. Rooms are large and duplex-like. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace. A real gem!

28/12/2024: Locale minimal con servizio attento e cordiale. Non proprio in centro, ma raggiungibile comunque a piedi dalla cattedrale. Abbiamo assaggiato, in 4 persone, 8 piatti tutti di pesce, e sono risultati ben fatti e con buone materie prime. I dolci invece con poco carattere. Vasta la scelta dei vini. Prezzo adeguato al menù

Excellent food, perfect quantities, elegant and very refined mise en place. We also had a great time starting from the organization of the evening. Very kind and helpful owners. A special thanks to the director, Mr. Pappalardo, an exquisite and super helpful person, together with the meitre Giovanna. People, serious, reliable and approachable. On a positive note and my most sincere compliments to the all-female dining room service, impeccable! Highly recommended!
