06/10/2025: An unexpected surprise: the seafood paccheri are a must-try. They're plentiful and delicious, and it's impossible to resist mopping up the bread. The wine cellar offers a good selection, and the prices are absolutely reasonable. When we visited, the place was packed and quite noisy, but the paccheri far exceeded our expectations. Recommended.

02/10/2025: This was our second trip to Menfi and staying with Planeta. The first at La Forsteria and this time and their sweet Country House. Both were lovely. The service is impeccable, the food outstanding, the cooking class a blast, and the location/setting perfect. A shout out to Giuseppe who took care of our every need and the breakfast attendants that greeted each morning with our Americana coffee at first sight. Will be back!
17/09/2025: A fantastic experience! Relaxing atmosphere, impeccable hospitality (thank you, Giuseppe!), and excellent service. Don't miss the "call wine" dinner featuring high-quality local products. The convivial atmosphere at the large table is perfect for mingling with other guests and tasting Planeta's excellent wines. We'll definitely be back.

19/03/2025: A restaurant in a pearly hotel in the middle of a gray sea... a spectacular place. Beautiful design, gorgeous color combinations, excellent lounge music in the background, attentive and fast service, and very refined cuisine. I think there's no point looking for anything better in Favara. Prices are a bit above the local average, but fully justified. Excellent.

26/08/2025: While touring the island, we booked at the last minute and were lucky enough to be upgraded. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the garden is beautiful; everything was perfect.
All this with panoramic views of the Valley of the Temples and the sea.

We particularly appreciated the tourist information they provided.
The garden offers an unparalleled view of the temples.

19/03/2025: Come da tradizione, per il giorno di San Giuseppe, Nicola ha preparato la pasta con le sarde, la cui bontà è stata molto apprezzata dal sottoscritto e dai miei, oggi numerosi, colleghi 😋. Ritengo, che questa preparazione non abbia nulla da invidiare alla più blasonata ricetta Palermitana. Per cui, possiamo, senza alcuna esitazione, iscrivere il nostro Chef alle Olimpiadi della Pasta con le Sarde 🤣

It's always a pleasure to stop for ice cream, arangino, or pizza at Turano. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed. 😋
However, if you're coming with a large group, please order the desired quantity in advance by phone.

05/07/2025: I was in Agrigento for work and a local colleague recommended this bakery to me to place an order for the trip.
What can I say, the arancini are delicious, I also tried the lasagna with eggplant and I have to say it is the best I have ever eaten.
Not to mention the kindness of the staff...highly recommended!

02/09/2025: It was top-notch. We received the best service in Sicily here. It was a pleasure to be served with such enthusiasm, energy, and friendliness. The food was heaven on earth; every dish was a revelation, with combinations that were a true feast for the palate, and the quality sensational. Other restaurateurs, in particular, should take inspiration from this. TOP TOP TOP 6 out of 5 stars. Thank you.
