As a true Agrigento native, I know this dessert well and always bring it as an "official souvenir" to friends and colleagues when I return to Rome… but I have to say: yours truly exceed all expectations. Amazing! So good they've created a unanimous consensus, even beyond the border 😉 Mission accomplished: the curls were finished in record time and requests for repeats immediately. 08/01/2026: I bought some mini pastries that contained pistachio razor clams that were a disgrace. I thought they had pistachio Nutella inside, just like in the baskets and panzerotti, not in the razor clams. I don't understand why they put pistachio cream that doesn't even have a pistachio flavor instead of pistachio Nutella. Was I kidding? Important: don't repeat the experience. I'll never buy a pastry from you again. They're too clever to put pistachio Nutella in the baskets and in the razor clams, and there's too much to fill them. Bad experience.

07/10/2025: I'm sorry I can't give it zero stars. There were two of us, we wanted to have lunch there, we arrived and the waiter (very clumsy, awkward, and not even capable of carrying a tray) was already very nervous and made us wait even to be seated. We finally sat down, but more than a quarter of an hour went by and he hadn't even asked us what we wanted to drink. So I called him and, gruffly, he replied, "Hey... I can't, I have things to do." After 10 minutes, I went in to ask at the counter for a bottle of water. He got annoyed at my request for a second glass, and I also asked him if I could order some croquettes while I waited. He replied, "Look, it's not like you can order just because you're here, I'm following an order, blah blah." I went back to sit down and realized that everyone had already ordered (because the tables had been set). After about 40 minutes, he finally comes to order. I ask for a chicken breast sandwich instead of the burger, and no pepper. When I ask for this last request, the waiter in question (who I think was actually the owner) says, "Listen, girl, if I ask the chef this question, I think he'll tell me to go to hell. We've been working for (I don't know how long), etc." I reply, "I don't think it's much of a stretch to not add pepper, but anyway, nothing, it's fine." He says, "Okay, goodbye, 1.50 for the water," and runs off. In short, absolutely not recommended. We only wasted 45 minutes of our time, and I've never seen such unprepared and rude staff.

02/11/2025: I always come here during my stays in Santo Stefano. It's definitely one of the best pizzas in the area. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the service is quick. The interior is spacious, and the outdoor seating is very pleasant in the summer. Excellent location. Don't miss it!

16/11/2025: Perhaps the best croissant with cooked cream I've ever had... so I often have breakfast here on weekends to see if it's the best. Alternatively, the puff pastry with apple is delicious. You can also choose from a variety of sweet treats, as well as savory focaccias. The cappuccino is also good, served in a large cup, as if it were at home, with a generous, fluffy froth. Recommended.
