06/06/2025: We had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant and the experience was truly memorable. The food is simply delicious: dishes with attention to detail, very fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that tell of passion and expertise in the kitchen. But the real added value were the two waiters, Andrea and Franco, professional, attentive and always smiling. With discretion and courtesy they accompanied us throughout the lunch, making it even more enjoyable. It is rare to find such warm and at the same time impeccable service. I recommend this restaurant to those looking for a quality gastronomic experience, enriched by a welcome that really makes the difference. We will definitely be back!

24/05/2025: High quality pastries. I gave the task for my daughter's baptism to make both the cake, with sugar paste decoration, and themed biscuits and maffins with an excellent result in both beauty and goodness.

10/01/2025: Pane e farine di alta qualita Tavola calda eccellente ben fatta e di gusto. Locale ben tenuto con la massima igiene da parte del personale. Dolci eccellenti ma le genovesi piccole poco condite all interno un po di cioccolata in più non guasta e con qualche sorriso in più da parte del personale impiegatizio, rende più dolce la giornata.

03/05/2025: They gave us a dessert of their creations as a gift for Easter and we were pleasantly satisfied with the quality of the product and the raw materials. In particular we received the egg roll with the three creams to spread on top.

24/04/2025: I received a pistachio dove as a gift, with a jar of pistachio cream. The right word to describe the same and to say the least SUBLIME, a cloud, I live in Reggio Calabria, I have never eaten a dessert like this. Thanks to my friends Francesca and Francesca from Licata♥️

16/04/2025: This was such a lovely surprise. We were treated to an excellent, local meal. There was no menu and that's what made it special. The owner invited us into the kitchen to choose our pasta sauce as our first course. Then it was followed up by salad, local marinated olives, eggplant caponata, fresh young cheeses, and plenty of bread and olive oil. We had orange slices drizzled in a local liquor and then he brought out some of his homemade liqueur to try. We should have taken more pictures but were so excited about the food, we forgot. What a special place. Can't recommend it enough. Everyone should visit this place.

28/03/2025: Siamo stati da Mani in Pasta con un gruppo di amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni aspetto! L’ambiente è accogliente e perfetto sia per una serata in compagnia che per una cena più tranquilla. Il personale è gentile,gestione familiare ,sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti. La pizza è semplicemente fantastica: impasto leggero e ben lievitato, ingredienti di qualità e una cottura perfetta. Abbiamo provato diverse varianti e tutte erano deliziose. 25/05/2025: Great restaurant with an excellent quality-price ratio! A nice discovery, generous portions with interesting vegan options, both on the menu and off the menu (pictured: cherry and basil pasta, and vegan pasta with sardines, i.e. without sardines 😂). Impeccable service, kind and attentive staff. I highly recommend it!

22/05/2025: Nice decor, but the tables are almost exclusively filled with tourists. We had seafood pasta. Nothing to complain about, it was very good and well served. (For primi piatti). Sicilian beers were fresh and refreshing. However, where it goes wrong is the desserts. The Sicilian cassata was way too sweet (we couldn't taste anything else) and the "seasonal" fruits were hard as rocks. (Pears and nectarines). Too bad in the middle of the strawberry, medlar and prickly pear season.
