22/10/2025: Excellent property, welcoming and surrounded by greenery. Very helpful staff, and the rooms are beautifully furnished and very clean. Breakfast is good, and the common areas are also very pretty and offer great views. I highly recommend it.
02/10/2025: This was our second trip to Menfi and staying with Planeta. The first at La Forsteria and this time and their sweet Country House. Both were lovely. The service is impeccable, the food outstanding, the cooking class a blast, and the location/setting perfect. A shout out to Giuseppe who took care of our every need and the breakfast attendants that greeted each morning with our Americana coffee at first sight. Will be back!

L'huile d'olive est dingue!
Nous sommes repartis avec de l'huile d'olive et des bouteilles de vins de la région.
05/06/2025: If you are in the area, I cannot recommend the wine tasting enough! Barbara was so lovely and knowledgable and shared so much information about the vineyard and each of the wines. After the tour we tasted 4 of the wines and had some Sicilian Street food which was amazing! We loved the wine so much that we bought some to take home with us and also enjoyed a bottle or two in the terrace area. Gorgeous setting, lovely staff and brilliant wine!

12/01/2026: I'll start by saying that the staff is very kind, helpful, and attentive to intolerances, even though the menu written on the paper placemat is inaccurate and they have to correct the mistakes... The food isn't bad, but it doesn't justify the high prices.
The good thing is that everything can be made gluten-free.
12/01/2026: Unfortunately, the quality/price ratio isn't right, as it's quite expensive. Among other things, the spaghetti with clams is overly garlicky. The welcome fried food, gluten-free desserts, and coffee-filled cookies are interesting. We might be back for the pizzas.
