The atmosphere is elegant yet warm and welcoming, with meticulous attention to detail, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and always available to recommend the best cut of meat or wine.
The meats are truly excellent: carefully selected, cooked to perfection, and impeccably presented, with a selection that satisfies both grill lovers and those seeking something more sophisticated. The appetizers and side dishes are also top-quality, made with fresh, carefully selected ingredients. The excellent wine list, featuring local and international labels, completes the experience.
The quality-price ratio is absolutely right for the quality of the restaurant and the raw materials offered. Ultimately, Il Carrubbo Steak House is a place worth trying and one you'll want to return to: highly recommended for those who love real meat and want a great dining experience.

15/06/2026: Poor time management and mediocre pizza.
We visited this pizzeria on Sunday evening for the patron saint's day celebration. There were four of us, and when we arrived, the place was still half-empty, so we were hoping for quick service. Unfortunately, the wait was interminable: over an hour for our pizzas to arrive. The food was also a sore point: the pizza was absolutely average, nothing special that could even begin to justify such a wait. We won't be returning.
15/06/2026: We went to this restaurant tonight for the Feast of Jesus of Nazareth. We arrived at 8:50 PM and the place was practically empty. Before ordering, we asked the waiter if the wait was long and were assured they would serve quickly. However, the food arrived after 1 hour and 10 minutes.
The quality of the food was decent, but the wait seemed excessive considering the low attendance. Better organization of the service and faster order processing would be helpful.
