04/07/2025: Una domenica di giugno ci siamo recati in questo luogo. Da fuori non mi ha dato subito una buona impressione ed anche l’interno è molto semplice. Abbiamo deciso di mangiare pesce fresco e crudo ed abbiamo chiesto un po’ di antipasti misti. È stata un’esperienza meravigliosa: tutto fresco e soprattutto buonissimo, servito in modo veloce e semplice ma con gusto e bontà. Abbiamo preso poi un primo fuori menù: spaghetti vongole, bottarga e scorza di limone. In tutto abbiamo speso 70 euro a testa.

04/08/2025: An incredible place. It's worth coming to Marsala just to eat here. The products are top-quality, both sweet and savory. Fresh, amazing arancini. I bought some chocolate cookies with Mozia salt to take home. ADDICTIVE. The cannoli are superb. I'll be back with friends to show them some authentic Sicilian cuisine.

29/07/2025: Seafood smelled and tasted like it would be not good anymore. we did not finish the plates, the first bite was too bad, not even the pure pasta was any tasteful… Way to overpriced. Looks nice, but we left 100€ there for some small Arancini, then a tartar di Gamberi which was more of a mozzarella and tomato mix, not a lot of gamberi and with the mozzarella you did not taste any of the shrimps. Took one bite of the main course (pasta with tuna) but left it from there. Raw Tuna was frozen and the grilled pieces in the tuna pasta smelled and tasted like they where days old.

06/07/2025: Menu fisso a 30 euro. Porzioni abbondanti ma cibo seriale. Non lo consiglierei a chi vuole privilegiare il gusto rispetto alla quantità. Personale molto gentile.

27/04/2025: Avevo sentito parlare da amici di questo locale e nel mio immaginario pensavo a una trattoria ubicata in un edificio storico di una località agricola. Mi sbagliavo in quanto il ristorante è costituito da una grande sala e da una più piccola che funge da ingresso. Purtroppo in un ambiente così concepito, quando il locale è pieno (e pare ciò sia ricorrente) vi sono problemi di insonorizzazione. Per il resto il locale ha soddisfatto le aspettative: - ottima qualità del cibo e buona cucina; - servizio soddisfacente sebbene il locale fosse pieno e in un giorno festivo (25 aprile); - molta attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti (cibo senza glutine e senza formaggio); - ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente ci tornerò e, possibilmente, concorderò i piatti tipici di stagione.

Personale molto competente e di una cortesia rara che ti fa sentire coccolato. L’ultima volta ho provato la pizza Special e vi posso dire che tiene fede al nome!

09/07/2025: We were looking for a convenient place to visit the Fiumara d'Arte and Cefalù in peace. We searched and booked this farmhouse, just a few kilometers from Reitano and Santo Stefano di Camastra. The promise of a magical stay was immediately apparent when we received a warm welcome from Mr. Giacomo and his wife, Cherubina. Upon seeing us arrive on our motorcycles at a very hot time (temperatures over 36 degrees Celsius), they immediately greeted us, offering us drinks and a good coffee. The property is well-maintained, and Mrs. Cherubina's cuisine is exquisite, made with their own products such as jams, oil, wine, vegetables, pasta, and more. Our room was very comfortable and cozy, equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. A real highlight is the splendid swimming pool, which allowed us to relax in the cool shade on hot afternoons. The real difference, however, is made by Giacomo, Cherubina, and their daughters: very welcoming people who are attentive to all their guests' needs, making them feel at home. I recommend everyone to try this place. Except Z.

08/07/2025: A Hidden Gem in Sicily: A Solo Traveler's Paradise I arrived at Agriturismo L'Uliveto with high expectations, and I was blown away by the breathtaking beauty of this Sicilian haven. The moment I stepped out of the car, I was greeted by a stunning garden, vibrant flowers, and a picturesque valley landscape. Cherobina, the warm and welcoming host, along with her lovely family, made me feel right at home. My cozy room boasted a perfect size and a jaw-dropping view that I couldn't get enough of. The pool and surroundings are a tranquil oasis, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Cherobina's homemade cooking is a culinary delight, with generous portions that will leave you feeling satisfied and content. Not forgetting the delicious spread for breakfast along with all her homemade jams and biscottis! What truly sets Agriturismo L'Uliveto apart is the genuine warmth and hospitality of Cherobina and her family. As a solo traveler, I felt comfortable and at ease, and I would highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the beauty of Sicily. Tip: Renting a car is a must to fully experience the surrounding area. I explored Cefalù, parts of Palermo, Scopello, Mondello, and the local town nearby.. which is also a must see with all the ceramic shops, coffee shops and there is also a really nice fish restaurant Manueliana. Agriturismo L'Uliveto has stolen my heart, and I hope to return very soon. It's a home away from home, and I'm so grateful to have discovered it. 🥹♥️

02/08/2025: Local, authentic, and very tasty food, generous portions, very fast and efficient service, friendly, professional, and welcoming staff, all in a quiet setting just a few meters from the seafront. Recommended to everyone, as a Sicilian who loves good food!

29/07/2025: Unfortunately, I have to give this place a very poor review. Starting with the good things, the service was okay because the waiters were kind, but the food was awful: two miniature tartares for €25 seems excessive, and by miniature I mean about 100g each, max. Two octopus tentacles for €18, and by 2 tentacles I mean TWO... (I'm just now seeing the photos of the octopus al mattone in the other reviews, and there weren't two, so I guess our presence wasn't appreciated given the time of day), but that wasn't the problem. The real disappointment was the owner (easily recognizable because he's the Bald Gentleman who appeared on the TV show "4 Restaurants by Borghese in Ortigia"), who started complaining shortly after our arrival about seating people too late and other unpleasant things to hear as customers. We humbly asked if there was a table for two at 9:45 PM and were told, "OF COURSE, PLEASE SIT DOWN." But shortly thereafter, this was the treatment we received: a €117 dinner consumed in half an hour amid loud complaints from the owner, who wasn't even working, but was just sitting at the table chatting. You decide. We definitely won't be returning, and I don't recommend it. I can imagine the owner's peremptory response to this review, but trust me, I won't waste time negatively reviewing a place that doesn't deserve it. TO ANSWER YOU: WE WERE THERE YESTERDAY EVENING AND I TOLD THE WAITER OVER AND ABOUT WHAT I WROTE HERE. I PROVIDE PROOF OF THIS WITH THE RECEIPT YOU PROVIDED. I'VE ALSO REVIEWED MANY PLACES, AS EVIDENCE FROM MY PROFILE, AND YOU REALLY DESERVE A BIT OF MY TIME FOR A NICE, NEGATIVE REVIEW. I'LL LEAVE THE READERS TO ASSESS.

04/06/2025: An experience that is nothing short of sublime. The place is very elegant and comfortable. Food of exceptional quality. First courses with very original combinations and generous portions. But what makes the difference is the service: friendly and helpful staff that always makes the customer feel at the center. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it.

29/05/2025: Refined restaurant in an elegant and quiet environment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the traditional Catania dishes satisfy first the eye and then the palate. The bill is adequate for the quality of the service and the menu. Recommended.

13/08/2025: Spectacular granita, €2 each. One of the best mulberry granitas I've ever had in all of Sicily! If you order it to go, you can enjoy it while strolling through the beautiful park across the street.

08/07/2025: It's a place of the heart!❤️ I celebrated my 30th birthday, I celebrated many important moments such as Easter with the family, the marriage proposal and several birthdays of my family! It's a wonderful place that feels like home! 💖 Very high quality food both in terms of raw materials and the type of menu, everything is always excellent, the location is wonderful 😍 there is a zoo with beautiful animals to admire especially during the day, a playground for children for outdoor activities and the internal room has a mega galactic fireplace 😍 Ideal for both winter and summer events! Highly recommended from all points of view!❤️💯

28/04/2025: Traveling along the beautiful coast on the SS113 motorbike, we stopped, intrigued by the particular name, at this small gastronomic restaurant, where we ate very well the pasta alla lupara, our grandmother's very secret recipe! It's worth stopping, not just for the pasta, mixed fried food and other Sicilian delicacies to eat with your eyes! Very friendly owner and staff!
