26/04/2025: Fantastica location, menu variegato con ottime materie prime, cortesia e professionalità. Vini ottimi, in particolare il nuovo nato" Hybris" Nerello Mascalese vinificato in bianco. Ci si torna sempre con piacere !

27/03/2025: Da Ascanio De Gregorio la terra incontra il mare e crea il vino. Questa la prima impressione. Poi ci ripensi e ti accorgi che è il vino il filo rosso che lega tutto indissolubilmente alla bellezza del posto, attraverso i sentori balsamici del rosmarino delle siepi che, a volte impercettibilmente, altre in maniera più marcata, trovi nella loro produzione. Eleganza e qualità sono solo la cifra esterna dei piatti serviti, perché poi ciò che resta indelebile è ciò che avverti al palato e ti resta persistente, fino a quando un sorso del suo vino non pulisce il tutto per godere del prossimo boccone.

Complimenti vivissimi alla ragazza/ sommelier che ci ha accompagnate in questo percorso consigliandoci in maniera eccellente i vini giusti da abbinare e descrivendo alla perfezione ogni singola portata! Complimenti anche allo chef che con la sua creatività e cultura, ha creato delle opere d'arte rendendo la degustazione un esperienza sensoriale.... (visivo, olfattivo e gustativo ) un mix di culture, sapori, odori e colori ! Eccellente in tutto!

30/05/2025: We had the great pleasure to be part of a wedding here in May 2025. What a special place this is, a true antidote to the impersonal machine that is so much of the modern wedding industry. A stay at Castello Camemi is like visiting very generous and hospitable friends at their country house - easy, relaxed, nothing too much trouble and so much freedom to use the space and your time exactly as you wish. The rooms are HUGE and tastefully decorated with fantastic bathrooms. The food in the restaurant is excellent as is the wine list. There are a few touches which makes it feel slightly less than 5 star in the typical sense - no luxury/known-brand toiletries in the rooms, no turn-down service, no elegant bar area for cocktails (although they'll bring you a drink wherever you happen to be!) - but for me, the warm hospitality and uniquely intimate and relaxed environment more than makes up for these international standards. Most importantly of all the bride and groom couldn't have been happier.

13/04/2025: We attended a wedding at the venue and stayed there for 2 nights. On the first night we went to the restaurant which we had a magical dinner. Everything was top class perfection. The second day we had the wedding and it was organized amazingly. Food on time and a very big selection. Will definitely be going back there soon!!!!

06/10/2024: 10/10 a tutto ! immerso tra le vallate segestane a pochi minuti dal tempio e anfiteatro di segesta che abbiamo visitato prima di andare a pranzo . location bellissima con giardini e un boschetto che godono di una vista pazzesca, dotato anche di piscina e di una piccola cappella religiosa . l’interno semplice ma curato e pulito ,non c’era confusione o rimbombo di voci che ci ha permesso di goderci a 360 gradi la giornata. Il pranzo è stato top sotto tutti i punti di vista: il servizio eccellente,personale gentile,cortese e attento.il cibo un vero divertimento …dagli antipasti (tantissimi) variegati e tutti ottimi sia come sapore che come presentazione (perfino le costolette di maiale la trippa e le lumache ) ai due primi che ci hanno servito che erano fenomenali (a mio gusto sopratutto i ravioli cacio e pepe con crema di zucchine),per non parlare del secondo …stinco di maiale cotto alla perfezione e veramente dolcissimo e della carne al sangue tenerissima ,per non parlare della varietà di dolci eccezionali che ci hanno servito e del vino (prodotto dai loro vigneti) veramente ottimo ! ho mangiato in tantissimi agriturismi in giro per la Sicilia ma devo dire (pensiero condiviso dagli altri 8 commensali) che questo si distingue per la qualità dei prodotti primari e della preparazione senza rinunciare alla quantità tipica degli agriturismi ! abbiamo visto che ci sono anche delle camere quindi sono sicura che torneremo per goderci la pace e la serenità del posto mangiando benissimo che per noi che siamo delle buone forchette è fondamentale ! Complimenti allo staff e al proprietario gentilissimo che cura tutto nei dettagli ,continuate così e non cambiate niente !

14/04/2025: A meal to experience for sure.The Fish Tartare was the best I’ve had (and I’ve had plenty). Another highlight was the pea-cream-soup, which was seasoned delightfully.It is not promised perfection since it is a intimate, private excursion to Sicilian culinary by a chef next to you, however it is definitely worth a try.

27/05/2025: Una vera gelateria artigianale, con granite e gelati super gustosi . Costi contenuti, non troppo zuccherato , possibile bere anche il caffè e acquistare pasticceria secca da portare in viaggio.

20/05/2025: Best cannoli ever - so light and fluffy with the cream and fresh cannoli shell that was so crunchy as they fill them fresh when you order it. The first and best cannoli ever! They are the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Also tried the gelato brioche which was great too - very filling but the brioche was fresh and soft and the pistachio gelato yum
