21/04/2025: Ristorante di ottima qualità un bistrot siciliano in purezza. Siamo andati in questi giorni di vacanza per la Settimana Santa consigliati da alcuni amici. Piatti fatti bene con ricercatezza e tecnica. Servizio di buon livello simpatico ed empatico, mai presuntuoso. Ho notato una bella cantina di vini di ottima etichette, forse limitata la scelta dei siciliani che possono accompagnare questa cucina moderna e intraprendente. Complimenti e tenete duro…

04/05/2025: Ci siamo recati in questa trattoria per puro caso, percorrendo l'autostrada Catania -Palermo, dopo aver letto alcune recensioni di tripadvisor. È stata davvero una piacevolissima sorpresa. Piuttosto spartana si distingue per la buona cucina semplice e di qualità, nonché per il servizio. Il personale, in particolar modo una giovane ragazza dalla lunga treccia, si è dimostrato incredibilmente attento, garbato e gentile. Buonissime tutte le pietanze gustate. Strepitosi i peperoncini ritieniti di alici. Ci torneremo presto con piacere!

14/04/2025: La Trattoria Mondello è un pezzo di casa. Vengo qui una volta a settimana e mi sembra di mangiare a casa di nonna. Offrono un antipasto misto ricco di verdure preparate in modo meraviglioso: involtini di verza, parmigiana di melanzane peperoni, fiori di zucca; tutte le preparazioni cambiano in funzione della stagionalità. Primi superlativi, secondi eccezionali, fra i quali meritano una menzione d’onore la panata alla palermitana ( più buona che a Palermo)(e sono palermitano) e le costolette di agnello. Oggi premio alla cicorietta, che ha accompagnato l’agnello in maniera magistrale. Dolci con crema bianca e liquori locali, chiudono un’esperienza che non si può non fare. Luogo di incontro di operai, operatori del mondo delle rinnovabili e semplici turisti, che rendono l’esperienza un viaggio poliedrico. Non potete mancare

25/05/2025: What can I say? Absolutely stunning!! We visited last night for drinks and the staff were so amazing we went back for food and wine tonight. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was absolutely amazing. Never ever had a carbonara like it. We were going to go to try Osteria da Rita but thx manager was so rude we decided against it! A must must must visit in Taormina!! Thank you so much xxx

This is a place where you want to sit and feel the atmosphere of this town. In this place I understood what this Siscilian peace is. You can sit back with delicious coffee and a good panini. The restaurant is located in an interesting building (even the owner couldn't tell how long ago the place where it is located was built.) Very affordable prices and high quality of food and service. I like visiting this place because I feel comfortable and very pleasant there. What surprised me the most was the number of languages ​​spoken here. You can easily communicate here in German, English, Spanish or even French. It is a very pleasant experience for the client.
