09/02/2025: I have been to this place several times, including the restaurant on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a take-away gastronomy service and tables where you can eat on site. The restaurant is on the first floor. Attached to the place is the butcher's shop owned by the same owners. The food offered is excellent. Many varieties of choice and above all I appreciate the meat that comes from their farms. The place is a fairly large and spartan deli as it should be for a takeaway place. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Generous portions. Advised.

27/03/2025: I had the pleasure of staying at Colleverde Park Hotel and I can say that it was a truly pleasant experience. The structure is immersed in a green and relaxing context, offering a splendid view of the Valley of the Temples. The rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished, with all the comforts necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, ready to respond to any need with a smile. The breakfast was varied and abundant, with fresh and quality products. The location is ideal for those who want to visit Agrigento and its surroundings without giving up tranquility. I highly recommend Colleverde Park Hotel to those looking for a relaxing stay and at the same time convenient for exploring the area. I will definitely be back!

22/03/2025: Excellent location for visiting the city and temples. The common areas are beautiful and well-kept. Excellent breakfast, with excellent quality products and a wide choice. Unfortunately the room on the third floor was not 4 star. Small, hot and dated. A disappointment. The fantastic garden overlooking the temples. Convenient parking. Ultimately if the room had been up to par it would have been top!

Mai rimasti delusi, anzi… Fabrizio e il suo staff ti trasmettono da subito accoglienza, professionalità, amore per la ristorazione e per come lo fanno. I piatti della tradizione Siciliana e siracusana, presentati e cucinati con un tocco di originalità e innovazione, un mix di sapori che ti introduce in questa terra. La qualità dei prodotti é elevata e l’esperienza nel suo complesso ti lascia ampiamente soddisfatto e con un pensiero: ritornerò ! Se negli USA hanno gli Office a Siracusa c’è l’Ufficio

10/11/2024: Arriva a Siracusa sei stanco e hai fame, entri nel primo ristorante che trovi e Fabrizio Ti fa sentire subito a casa, ascolta le mie desiderata e mi porta un’insalata di baccalà sublime, chiedo il bis, un vino dell’Etna dal retrogusto paradisiaco, decido di mettere alla prova lo chef e ordino spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino, con grande delicatezza Fabrizio mi suggerisce di aggiungere dei calamari veraci pescati da un suo amico. Arriva un piatto stellare, le mie papille gustative gioiscono. Chiedo di poter conoscere lo chef e viene la socia di Fabrizio la signora Adriana alla quale porgo i miei complimenti . Ad Adriana andrebbe la stella Michelin, passione , sapiente cura degli alimenti, armonia nel gusto, semplicità e tanto altro ancora. 01/02/2025: We found ourselves in Castroreale by chance, and after a short tour to admire the beauty of the place, and feeling a bit peckish, also given the time, we entered the Al Duomo restaurant, where we were welcomed by the restaurateur like old friends, and had a wonderful lunch. , with 0 km products. Even our dog was welcomed kindly, so what can I say? We will be back and soon too.

01/02/2025: A SPECIAL DAY ... you go out for an aimless walk and you find yourself in one of those Sicilian villages that the whole world envies us. I had never been to Castroreale, a village just a handful of kilometers from Messina overlooking the Gulf of Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands. Among Norman towers and the inevitable castle built under the rule of Frederick II, we stop to eat at the Duomo restaurant, formerly home to the nobles' club. Between cheeses, jams, Nebrodi cured meats and a spaghetti with pistachio pesto we start talking to the owner, a returning Italian-Argentinian: born and raised in Argentina he decided to bet and invest here in Sicily. What can I say other than to go and try. Good food and good wine.
