22/02/2025: A problem often encountered in Sicily is that getting from point A to point B, even just a few kilometers away, often takes a very long time due to the necessary breaks in between. Dolc'e is an example of this. During a trip between Catania and Cefalù, passing through Agira, I stopped in this laboratory specializing in Agira cassatelle. Well deserved stop!!!! Excellent cassatelle. If you switch to Agila, not stopping is an offense to the culture of Agila.

22/04/2025: At Giuseppe and Alessandra you always eat well, whether sitting down for dinner or at Delivery. The higher than average price (food) justifies a service, a choice of raw materials, an attention proportionate to what is proposed. A painstaking and valid alternative to Catania for those who live between Lentini and Carlentini.

20/03/2025: Restaurant run by kids, but with a certain level of menu. Traditional dishes, but also refined ones (e.g. gnocchi with pumpkin cream, clams and black truffle). Good location, even with outdoor space, and fast and friendly service. I only came across it for lunch on weekdays, so I don't know if it's better to book, if in doubt I would. Parking without problems. Advised.

24/05/2025: On the occasion of the Bersaglieri National Gathering, we went from Pordenone to Marsala. We enjoyed the hospitality, the food, the wine that we received at Bottega del Carmine! Not only food, wine and service but also a lot of availability! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

23/05/2025: Hermoso jardín, excelente vino, platos maravillosos, servicio atento. No había un principal vegetariano, pero el primero y el segundo eran maravillosos, y más que llenos. Y el postre... tan bueno.

28/05/2025: Molto strano ma il personale non conosce il tè nero e stranamente hanno una sala da tè. Ci hanno poi fatto un tè nero senza saperlo! Conoscono solo un tè classico, senza sapere poi cosa è! Pagare con la carta non viene richiesto… Il personale sembra confuso, uno era dí continuo affaticato ed hanno tutti una fretta da matti per toglierti là tazza davanti il tuo naso anche se la tazza era ancora mezza piena. Con tutto ciò i suoi prodotti sono stati buoni. Abbiamo preso il gelato alla mandorla ed il cornetto con la crema.

Really light dough and good quality raw materials, obviously the prices are for a place for tourists given the location of the place. I would review a bit the style of the tables and chairs. For the rest, recommended place.

20/04/2025: Il termine inglese “brunch” indica innanzitutto un pasto particolarmente ricco e abbondante, da fare in compagnia non prima di metà mattina, tra le dieci e trenta e l'una. Il termine stesso viene dalla fusione di due parole inglesi: breakfast e lunch, che insieme compongono appunto il famosissimo brunch. Gaetano Billeci, nel suo ristorante, rispetta da anni, tale tradizione, al massimo della professionalità, inimitabile a Palermo. Questa domenica è stata allietata dal Brunch per la Pasqua 2025,con un menù sopraffino - CIBO DI STRADA al buffet, sfincione bianco e rosso, kebab di polpo e humus di ceci, tacos con frittola di pesce, salse alle erbe, cipolla rossa marinata. - PESCE cocktail di gambero rosso, angolo del pesce crudo, tartare, salmone marinato al finocchietto. - CARNE arrosto al BBQ, tartare di manzo capperi, mandorle, roast beef di manzo con fave e pecorino. -VERDURE E CONTORNO assiette di verdure alla griglia, patate al forno, caponata classica, angolo dei formaggi DOP, carciofi fritti,smorgastarta. - PRIMI tortelli di ricotta con la "frittedda", cannelloni delle feste al ragù, sartu' di riso all'orientale. - SECONDI ragù della nonna, agnello scottadito, pesce in bellavista con varie tipologie di mayonese aromatizzata. - GRAN BUFFET DI DESSERT E FRUTTA cassata classica, savarin di baba' al rhum, tiramisù, profiteroles al cioccolato, crostata di frutta, torta caprese bionda con crema pasticcera e frutti di bosco, brownies al cioccolato, pavlova vegana, sfincette.

10/06/2025: Un lugar súper tradicional de comida Palermitana. Buena comida y lo mejor la atención que te hace sentir como en casa. Precios justos. Ordené spaghetti con sardinas que es muy típico de Palermo y sé que estaban muy bien preparados y la condimentación espectacular pero sabiendo que no me gustan las sardinas, creo que no fue la decisión correcta

09/06/2025: Ci eravamo già stati in un precedente viaggio a Palermo, un paio di anni fa, l’ambiente e l’atmosfera non sono cambiati. Porzioni abbondanti, tante le specialità locali in menù. primi piatti molto buoni , personale un po’ sbrigativo . C’è questa abitudine di portare al tavolo d’ufficio una caraffa di vino , forse prima di farlo sarebbe meglio interpellare i commensali, comunque nel complesso un buon ristorante a prezzi equi.

04/06/2025: This is good on many levels. Arrived at 7.30pm (opening time) on a Wednesday evening, and the place was empty. By the time we left an hour or so later, it was nicely busy. The environment is modern, roomy, and comfortable. We started with croquettas ( beautifully cooked but needing a tiny bit more flavour) and bruschettas, which were near perfect. For mains we had a Pizza Diavola and a Pizza Capriciosa, both very good and even better with a little Chilli Oil. Wine was fine but not great. Service friendly, prompt, and good. Recommended by two hospitality professionals.

30/05/2025: A solid pizzeria with delicious pizzas. If you want good, affordable food, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is rather simple, but many locals eat there.
