Excellent value for money: octopus salad, 2 mixed grilled fish, potato side, water, and a large beer. Price: €25 per person for two, with a small discount and complimentary sorbet. The location is the highlight. The staff is very friendly. Note: I always try to avoid eating at places when they're busy. I've recently been there several times on weekdays without a reservation; the photos speak for themselves.

I can't find any negatives about this restaurant... reasonable prices, excellent food and ingredients, friendly, helpful, and fast service. Overall, Giancarlo did a great job! 5 stars overall, if not more.

Il Timo Gourmet Restaurant at Sheraton Catania

06/04/2026: Exquisite cuisine and competent and friendly waiting staff (especially the maître d’hôtel).
13/03/2026: This little corner on the ground floor of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel is a haven for Sicilian cuisine. I've eaten there several times and enjoyed refined and original dishes, such as a grilled octopus that was divine. My partner raves about it and highly recommends it, just as I do.
