22/02/2025: Usually the pizzeria is excellent, except for one Saturday when the experience was terrible. Starting with the employee at the order reception who was in a clear state of confusion... she invites me to wait an hour and wait for a further phone call from her, she gets her surname wrong, she forgets to call me so I decide to call her myself to find out how it had ended given that the first hour had already passed and if at first she tells me to wait again, she immediately corrects herself and tells me that the pizzas are almost ready to go out. finally after 1 hour and a half of waiting and confusion I can enjoy my pizza, but here too I notice a markedly worsening quality compared to the past... non-existent mozzarella, replaced by a substitute cheese in my opinion, tasteless. It's a shame, I hope they can return to the culinary-receptive quality of the past.

Posto accogliente, personale sempre gentile, ben frequentato, qualità del cibo ottimo e ottima la selezione di birre e bevande. Mi auguro duri ancora a lungo

The space itself is cozy and inviting, and the owners made the experience even more memorable with their passionate introduction to Sicilian food culture and thoughtful local tips we can’t wait to explore this weekend. A place we’ll absolutely return to.

15/04/2025: Saturday 12 April 2025, my partner and I decide to have dinner at "Paradise". I knew the place, but it had been too long since I'd been back. No need to dwell: we ordered two pizzas and two beers. The pizzas were literally amazing; thanks to a very high quality dough which, in hindsight, proved to be decisive for their extreme lightness. Honest prices and immensely impeccable service. In this regard, I would like to address a special thank you to the girls who served us, especially because despite the chaos we were pleasantly satisfied (it was still a Saturday evening and I admit that, also noticing a frighteningly "pressing" takeaway, I feared monstrous waiting times, but that wasn't the case). The environment is quite spartan, but let's say that you can only experience this fact first-hand on Saturday evenings. After all, alas, I think it applies to all pizzerias when we have to deal, in spite of ourselves, with hordes of kids or arrogant parents ready to invade these refreshment points on the sixth day of the week... In any case, I recommend you stop by. Pizzeria Paradise has nothing to envy compared to other much more renowned pizzerias without a truly valid reason. In fact, it's worth a hundred times more. Try it to believe it.

The staff is welcoming and polite, the place is elegant and everything is comfortable and clean. I recommend everyone to go and eat at this place!! You won't regret it!!

Its sandwiches are unsurpassed, the quality of all the ingredients is excellent and what can we say about the inventiveness that sets it apart from the legendary sandwiches of the month! If you are a cinephile who loves good food, this stop is mandatory! And even if you are not a lover of the world of cinema, you will fall in love with the sandwiches and Valerio's enthusiastic friendliness, I assure you!

25/05/2025: It's a restaurant with a very cool atmosphere, with a decor and menu themed around Italian actors, actresses, and film directors. The portions are huge, the flavor incredible, and they even adapted my gluten-free dish. And they also make gluten-free pizzas. I'm incredibly grateful.

25/03/2025: The planned stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing for many reasons. The double room was very small, anonymous, without furniture and with a small and uncomfortable walk-in closet for two people, not to mention the terrible smell of mold. The bathroom was always not very clean and the shower tray was broken!!! The gym was a simple "COLD" room, in every sense, with few tools and not all of them usable (in the morning I had to turn on the lights, the hot air and the tools myself)!!! The "EMBARRASSING" SPA, very dirty, tiny, boring, unkempt and unstaffed. The food was decent, but the Owner managed to ruin the only positive side of her hotel, with her lack of empathy and often rudeness. The Lady Owner with the blond bob, on the last day had the courage to offer us sandwiches to take away FOR A PAYMENT!!!! I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels (including in San Vigilio), but this 4-star one only has the (imposing) external appearance of the structure, but above all THE HIGH BILL! Before booking I read many positive reviews from other customers, but this time I was wrong to trust strangers who were probably used to being satisfied. PS. UPDATE POST RESPONSE FROM THE HOTEL GUEST: read their response carefully to REALLY understand WHO YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH AND THE SERVICE YOU WILL FIND IN THIS STRUCTURE. GOOD LUCK
