03/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato ieri sera in questo localino che è una piccola perla nel cuore di Acicastello. È piccolo,immensamente accogliente e si viene accolti dalla proprieraria come in casa di un’amica. Il menù è adatto anche ai vegetariani e offre piatti della tradizione locale. Al contrario di altre persone,apprezzo sempre quando manca una pietanza del menù e viene detto: “Mi dispiace,le crocchette stasera sono finite”,segno di utilizzo di prodotti freschi e preparati al momento che,come in tutte le cucine vere,ad un certo punto possono anche finire. Abbiamo ordinato le panelle,il macco di fave e la grigliata mista,tutto buono e autentico. Il conto adeguato a ció che abbiamo consumato. La titolare è adorabile. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare. 04/05/2025: In viaggio con un gruppo di amici e di passaggio da Agrigento a Mazzara, abbiamo deciso di sostare nel giorno di Pasqua 2025 in questa magnifica fattoria. Essendo un gruppo di 21 persone e tra l'altro con 2 ragazzi celiaci nel gruppo, avevamo già prenotato in largo anticipo e ci era stato comunicato un menu' fisso. Oltre ogni aspettativa, (poichè nei giorni di festa vengono sempre propinate pietanze preparate in modo dozzinale), abbiamo mangiato benissimo, attenti al senza glutine, ogni piatto assaporato con gusto dall'antipasto al dolce. Se dovessi ritornare da quelle parti sicuramente ci ritornerei.

27/05/2025: A place specialized in "bracciolettine" alla messinese, both meat and fish. This is the reason why I went there and I was satisfied. A skewer costs €8. If you take 2 skewers, the cost is €14. For my tastes they are a simple and good product that is served on dark palettes. I have attached a couple of photos, respectively with three skewers and with a single skewer The salads, which I also tasted, are also very good. The place is located in the immediate vicinity of Piazza Duomo in Syracuse, and precisely in a side street of Via Cavour. There are tables both inside and outside the place (not many in truth). Personally I suggest having lunch (or dinner) outside, in the open air.. The service is very courteous

13/04/2025: A friend took me there, I really liked the pizza by the slice with the evident quality of the raw materials used and excellent value for money, clearly the business is set up to work at a fast pace and sometimes it takes a bit of understanding when, at a certain point, the staff needs to stop. Personally, I prefer to be told that a type is no longer available rather than, as many do, to present a product that is not up to par, according to the manager himself. I gave one star less to the environment and service only because the place is mainly set up for takeaway and therefore the rest is more than acceptable. The staff has always been friendly and helpful the times I've been. I find the reviews I read ungenerous and I wanted to have my say.

We love that area of ​​Sicily and Buona Forchetta is definitely one more reason to return soon!!!

29/05/2025: Ameterra ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had our first visit to Ameterra, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars. The restaurant was spotless, with a clean and inviting atmosphere that immediately set a great tone for the evening. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The fish was especially delicious, and the Sicilian rolls were a standout. They have a great wine selection that paired perfectly with our meal. Our waiter was incredibly helpful and attentive, adding to an already excellent experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. This was our first time at Ameterra, but it definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommended!
