06/04/2025: A €13 caponata starter is a price that is absolutely NOT worth it, a very poor dish, the prices are exorbitant compared to the quantity of food offered, As a first course I took "rigatoni alla norma" The aubergines on the plate were few and devoid of flavour, decidedly disappointing and the sauce in the pasta was poor, An experience that does not live up to expectations, also considering the price. It's a shame, because the atmosphere is welcoming, but with such high prices and such small portions, I can only recommend looking elsewhere."

28/02/2025: La cucina della chef Valentina Galli innesca "STUPORE". Ogni piatto è una sorpresa, ogni piatto crea una curiosità infinita, ogni piatto racconta in modo forte una personalità mai banale e questo purtroppo non succede sempre. Ci sono piatti che ahimè non ci fanno mai pensare a chi li cucina, ma si limitano a "dire" solo di sé stessi, ma questo a chi assapora per il gusto di fare un'esperienza e non di nutrirsi non sempre basta. Ciò che ho amato sono stati i contrasti sempre meravigliosamente bilanciati. Tutto è un contrasto voluto, gli odori, i sapori, i colori. Ho avuto il piacere proprio ieri sera di provare il nuovo menù della stagione e che dire, eccellente. Vorrei parlare anche dell'ambiente, tutto meravigliosamente lineare, perfetto per fare da cornice a quei piatti e ceramiche uniche. Perché anche nella scelta dei servizi e nella mise en place sono stati impeccabili. Quindi un esperienza sensoriale DAVVERO a 360°. Imperdibile il tagliolino all’uovo mantecato al burro vaniglia con caviale. Che dire. Una bellissima serata, un orgoglio per Siracusa. Consigliato. Grazie Chef.

30/03/2025: In this place the food is very fresh and very well presented, the service, unfortunately (I think it depends on the fact that the season is just beginning and the staff is all very young, foreign and not well trained) is not up to the standard of a place with such a refined appearance. 25/03/2025: So the food and the raw materials of the highest level really good, but the service is terrible except for some of the waiters who try to make up for the mistakes of others. For the rest, really delicious fish. I must say a little expensive, very expensive. But if you want an excellent product you have to pay for it. I would lower the prices slightly. Invece una cucina di ottima qualità con tradizione siciliana eccezionale dalla pizza al pesce. Pesce fresco con un enorme vasta scelta. Personale cordiale e competente. Porzioni abbondanti e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo

20/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato al ristorante "Il Covo di Misterbianco" e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente impeccabile! Il cibo era freschissimo, con un'attenzione particolare al pesce, che era straordinariamente fresco e preparato alla perfezione. I camerieri sono stati molto professionali, cordiali e attenti, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole durante tutta la serata. Siamo anche rimasti impressionati dalla vasta scelta di vini, ricca e ben selezionata, che ha esaltato ancora di più la qualità dei piatti. Siamo una coppia assolutamente soddisfatta e sicuramente torneremo! Un ristorante che merita tutte le 5 stelle per la qualità del cibo, del servizio e dell'attenzione ai dettagli.

05/03/2025: The food was very good, you could feel that everything was home-made, the starter was never finished, we took a starter of local specialties and the waiter kept reporting 😄👌☺️ for me it's really worth going there and eating, a lot, filling atmosphere, even the children ate pasta they had never tried before ☺️

I feel like I'm walking into a jewelry store, their desserts are so beautiful (and delicious)!
