02/04/2024: I went to eat pizza with some friends, we were all super satisfied. Top service, top quality ingredients and very light dough. We tried both pizza and really delicious pizzoli.

29/03/2024: Nice pizzeria with attentive staff and a lot of pizzas to choose from. Plenty of vegetarian options and a good atmosphere.

06/04/2024: The food is average. It feels more like a tourist attraction than a local atmosphere. The staff's response was good.

03/04/2024: Well-kept atmosphere with clear weaknesses in the kitchen. We had lamb ragout with rosemary potatoes - good in taste, but with very little meat on the numerous pieces of bone - and veal fillet - a very decent portion of meat in contrast to the lamb. The top slice was medium-rare - as ordered - but half of the bottom slice was practically raw.

29/03/2024: Compared to those of Marsala, these salt pans are, in my modest point of view, less attractive. Here too it is possible to take a guided tour and buy salt, the costs are slightly higher.

23/03/2024: Fantastic for observing various species of birds, very interesting to see and understand how salt is produced. To visit. (pity there are no toilets)

06/04/2024: We ate Caponata, Ravioli with ricotta, Cream of shelled broad fava beans from Modica and Cassata siciliana. The food was commendable. The service is fast and friendly. We will stop by again.

01/04/2024: We love our traditional cuisine and L'Osteria dei Sapori Perduti represents it with such skill and quality in the dishes. The ricotta ravioli are excellent, and the chickpea soup is superlative which I recommend... very nice place, simple but rich in history, the story of our grandparents. It takes you back in time. I congratulate the owners and the staff, who are very kind.

03/04/2024: Pizzeria and trattoria cheerfully furnished with bright colors and objects typical of Sicilian culture. Really very good bruschettas and excellent pizzas with a high Neapolitan crust. First and second courses are also available which we will definitely try later. Friendly staff who are good at advising customers.

07/04/2024: Beautiful location, excellent service, but paying 60 euros for a bottle of water, two baby menu cutlets with chips, a portion of baked potatoes and a mini, but I say mini, tuna tartare seems really, really absurd to me.

30/03/2024: Sublime experience from Kuaizi! 5 stars are not enough! My dining experience was nothing short of sublime. An explosion of fresh and authentic flavours: from the first taste, you can perceive the care taken in the choice of raw materials and the mastery in the preparation of each individual piece. The fish is very fresh, the rice cooked to perfection and the flavor combinations are innovative and surprising. A rich and delicious menu: whether you are a lover of classic sushi or prefer to experiment with new combinations, the Kuaizi menu will satisfy every palate. A welcoming atmosphere: the restaurant is designed with attention to the smallest details, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind, friendly, attentive and always ready to recommend the perfect dish. Excellent value for money: considering the quality of the food and service offered, the prices are more than honest. Highly recommended! If you are also looking for gluten-free sushi, the staff is very knowledgeable even though the place is not AIC certified. 05/04/2024: We ate couscous there, disappointed because only fish came with it (no seafood or shrimp or prawns). My friend had the trapanese pasta. Disappointing. The waitress forgot my friend's drink.
