Good, classic McDonald's food. The staff were super nice and helpful, except for one manager who only knew how to yell and give orders to everyone without moving from the register.

The place is very dirty from the moment it opens. IKEA-style sandwiches; they give you the ingredients in a bag and then you put them back together.

It doesn't seem right to me that because there aren't any in Umbria on Sundays, to be served at the table, we all have to huddle in a corner and wait standing for up to 20 minutes. In fact, I have to thank the manager, who was busy between the cash register, arranging the carts and other things, for seeing me waiting so long—my order had surely been lost in that crowd—and he got me served by calling an employee. In any case, everyone was kind and hardworking.

Wasn't my worst experience but wasn't my best. Fries were warm and the big Mac was made very sloppy. The coca cola was very refreshing and the chicken nuggets were delicious.

I ordered at the drive-thru, and first thing I noticed was that they'd made the wrong sandwiches and a Happy Meal was missing. When I got home, I noticed that all the fries on the menu were missing, and instead of Sprite, there was sparkling water in the glass! Disappointing. It should close.

Osteria Bonadies

23/12/2025: Giarre, CT. Piazza Duomo, 15. It's located in the premises formerly occupied by "Osteria Bonadies," which we frequented quite often years ago. Intrigued by the new management, or simply by the new sign, a few days ago we ordered some takeout pizzas. They weren't exactly exceptional, but they were quite good.
19/08/2025: The owner is lovely, and his wife cooks delicious Sicilian dishes. Don't hesitate, the few negative reviews are untrue.
