The pizza was delicious, the service was perfect, and the concentration and intensity of pistachios was incredible. The fries with pistachio cream and burrata were a revelation. The pizza with spicy salami and onion and the inspired ala norma sauce with eggplant were absolute culinary revelations. On a Friday evening, the place filled up quickly, and the service was perfect. The wine fridge also caught our attention.

The seared tuna and cod are also very good. Prices a little high, but quality/price, for being in Taormina, is okay. I will be back to try the meat dishes.

02/12/2024: Last year, on a one month sabbatical of Italy, I spent about 3 nights in Taormina and my first evening there was spent dining at TreQuarti Taormina. The gentleman who owns the space was so hospitable and made me feel so comfortable, made great conversation, and suggested one of my favorite dishes of the whole trip, swordfish rolls. (Don't knock it until you try it, it's a delicious take on fish.) Additionally, when I had first arrived to the quaint town, I struggled immensely to get my overpacked luggage down the stairs to my Airbnb, that happened to be across from this adorable restaurant. The owner of this restaurant helped me carry my suitcase up the stairs to my accommodations (in the blistering heat) and helped ease my embarrassment in front of his customers. I am so grateful for this interaction and the dining experience too. Definitely worth a visit to this spot!

For women's day, I order a mimosa cake, as soon as I go to collect it they deliver the cake already packaged (first mistake, the cake always closes in front of the customer) oh well I trust (never trust!!) I take the cake to a friend's house, thinking of making a good impression and as soon as we open the cake package in front of everyone, total disappointment!! I felt mortified!! Incomplete cake, as you can see from the photo, all the decoration was missing, the top, but the mimosa was not with the characteristic yellow, pieces of sponge cake which look like they were stuck together like bread, in short, the photo speaks for itself, it's not done like that because even gluten-free ones you also charge a lot of money, a cake like that costs around 8 euros in a pastry shop, you asked for 12!!! And you allow yourself to deliver this shame!? Sliced ​​bread and cream 12 euros!!!!! Shame! I felt stolen and betrayed of trust never again 3 thanks for the shit you made me look like, if you charge so much you have the sacrosanct obligation to check before delivering... And don't say that the cake is like that because the ones on display had topping, yellow and decorations

The real difference is given by the owner who is attentive and available to satisfy your every request. I had the opportunity to try different dishes, from starters to main courses, all the products are fresh and selected for you. The prices are right for the context.
