17/03/2025: Consigliatoci da un amico abbiamo raggiunto questo ristorante quasi ai piedi del Castello di Erice . Location accogliente, molto calda . Servizio ottimo, e Francesco /Ciccio ci ha deliziato con interessanti e generose spiegazioni di tecniche culinarie e tradizioni Ericine . Ottima la carne, Busiate con broccoli "arriminati" abbondanti e gustose! selezione di antipastini della casa non ci ha deluso ! 29/12/2024: Easygoing but genuine place. Courteous staff and sincere and genuine dishes like the managers. Prices a bit surprising (we were not provided with a menu) but still reasonable. Good, local products. You don't have much choice but what you eat is good. If you are satisfied and love rustic environments, I recommend it.

07/03/2025: Almeno una volta all'anno facciamo una visita da Balice, l'unico ristorante di Milazzo che può veramente definirsi gourmet e con potenzialità da guida Michelin. Piatti originali ma sempre basati essenzialmente su materie prime locali. Certo le porzioni di ogni piatto non sono da trattoria (ad esempio sul primo di pasta si potrebbe essere un po' più generosi), ma scegliendo uno dei 2 menù degustazione (scelta raccomandatissima), non ci si alza certo con la fame. Qualità delle materie prime eccellente, lavorate nella cucina a vista con mano esperta dal giovane chef Caravello. Cantina adeguata. In corso il trasferimento del locale in una nuova e più centrale location.

24/11/2024: Era da tempo che volevamo provare la cucina del giovane ma promettente chef Caravello. Aspettative non deluse. Ambiente molto bello, ben curato e soprattutto rilassante. La cucina a vista, come sempre è un plus. Provato il menù degustazione da 5 portate. Tutto molto ben eseguito ed equilibrato. Staff molto cortese e preparato. Prezzi giusti, carta dei vini molto ben diversificata Vi auguro davvero il meglio e tanti successi.

26/03/2025: Beautiful place, decorated with so much taste for details and love for the local tradition. The food is so great that the only problem is too choose what to eat. Service also great. If yuo like sea food, definitlly s place to wisit.

13/04/2025: We chose the set menu. It seems like a good deal, because the dishes on the menu are quite pricey. There was only one of the starters that we really liked. With the second dish we found the risotto insufficiently seasoned. Pasta pesto was ok. There was little flexibility from the staff (we asked for 1 gin and tonic because someone has a wine allergy, but this was not possible). For us, this restaurant was a disappointment in terms of price/quality.

11/04/2025: I do not recommend the octopus with citronette.. also to the manager, remove it from the menu.. they arrive with 4 tentacles in number and also duritti, 4 euros per tentacle.. 4!! As it arrived I photographed it. Then you don't understand why you order an oyster and you get an oyster, you order a sea bream and you get a sea bream... but if you order an octopus you only get 4 pieces. I have to add this to the black book of unwritten rules of fish restaurants. I also advise against the mixed grill, I do it better at home and the red prawns.. They remain red.... Leave them all. Bruschetta and cod of the day are ok.

12/03/2025: Lo abbiamo recentemente provato per cena, in tre abbiamo preso due antipasti (polpo arrosto e caponata con pane e pesce), tre secondi di pesce (calamaro arrosto, spada arrosto e gamberoni) e due dolci (cannolo e croccante). Tranne il polpo, troppo duro, gli altri piatti sono stati graditi da tutti; davvero gustosa la caponata, anche ben presentata (oltre che buona). Ciò che ci è piaciuto meno è stato il servizio (ragazzi forse inesperti ma gentili e disponibili, comunque da incoraggiare) e soprattutto la sistemazione dei tavoli nel locale, troppi per lo spazio disponibile; ci si poteva muovere a stento e, pur comprendendo che lo spazio è quello che è, si sta troppo vicini l'uno all'altro. Prezzo accettabile se si fruisce dello sconto The Fork. Non escludo di tornarci, si trova a pochi passi dallo storico mercato di Ballarò.

28/02/2025: Last experience at Tredicisette was not exactly satisfactory, unfortunately I found the pizza to be subdued and I must say that, although I agree with the choice of having a menu with few pizzas, in my opinion, it would need some small revision by inserting some new items and some classic pizzas.
