27/02/2026: An unforgettable dinner! The restaurant immediately captivates with its lively and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and courteous. We chose the chef's "carrellata pazza": a single, large appetizer featuring 15 different preparations, both cooked and raw, surprising and generous. Peppered mussels, oysters, marinated shrimp, sweet and sour anchovies, raw tuna, seafood caponata... every dish was flavorful and fresh, with generous portions. Even the fried fish and baked potatoes, ordered separately, were perfect. Despite the restaurant being packed, the service was quick and impeccable. The food was extraordinary at more than fair prices: we'll definitely be back to try the first courses, which looked irresistible. An experience not to be missed!

The cheeses are extraordinary, including the ricotta made from real sheep's milk, with no trace of cow's milk, as is often the case. A short detour will allow you to discover a more authentic Sicily, aside from the never-before-seen views of the Egadi Islands...

04/03/2026: Truly delightful place and attentive staff. After a long hike, we decided to make a reservation for 8:00 PM. It seemed empty, but by 8:30 PM, the place was packed. I recommend not making a reservation. We had two pizzas, and they tasted like homemade. We paid a fair price, and we'll definitely be back!

08/01/2026: We had a wonderful stay and truly experienced farm life at its best. Being able to touch, feed, ride and cuddle the animals made the experience so special, especially for the kids. The absolute highlight was getting to drive the tractor – such a fun and unforgettable moment! Everything felt authentic, peaceful and well cared for. The owners were incredibly kind and patient, always taking the time to explain things and making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Simple moments, muddy shoes, full hearts and memories we will cherish forever. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking to slow down and reconnect with nature.

05/01/2026: Truly a charming place, I didn't know it existed, we found it by chance while looking for farms with animals, we found everything from horses to ducks and much more, you can see the photos very well, when we arrived they let us free to wander around the farm, even though I was hoping with all my heart that they would let the children go on a horse ride, but I think it wasn't the right situation. The dinner was good, even though I don't know why, I felt terrible, after three hours I was sick, and we were really disappointed about the dessert because it was, I think, a panettone baked with a cream around it, the panettone disgusts me, in fact we all left it, also because the cream that was placed next to it was too little, in short, the dessert was disgusting, let's say that just for the dessert I was a little disappointed... But oh well, they're nothing, in the end the children even had cotton candy. A nice place for the children, they made room for them to play, there was even a ball, we saw so many animals, I even got an owl, a beautiful place that we like and we will gladly return.

06/01/2026: Our favourite restaurant in Taormina! We came here on our first evening of our honeymoon and enjoyed it so much we came back on our last. The restaurant interior is lovely, but we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard on both occasions. Food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, explaining dishes and helping us to find the right wine pairings. The manager in particular was super friendly. All round incredible place and a must visit.

27/10/2025: Chance stop for lunch. Pizza square for lunch . Amazing. Brown dough with hand picked olives personally preserved by the owner. Best pizza I have had in Italy. Great cappuccino (no long life milk at this cafe) Friendly owner who suggested the almond granita with pistachio gelato. Perfect combination and so good. We even had a second cappuccino with the dessert. Thanks for such a kind welcome and a wonderful experience. Best culinary surprise of our trip.

17/11/2025: I had dinner at 3 Quarti in Taormina and was truly won over: a restaurant that works with integrity, taste, and great attention to detail. I started with a beef tartare: precisely cut, fresh meat, and just the right amount of seasoning, with a salad, cherry tomatoes, and cream that complement the dish without overpowering its flavor. For my second course, I had a meat dish with potatoes and green beans: perfectly cooked, the meat tender on the inside and beautifully browned on the outside, resting on a creamy potato base; the crispy green beans add balance and lightness. You can sense the chef's touch, attentive to the ingredients and the cooking process: linear, focused, flawless dishes. Exceptional service, relaxed atmosphere. In conclusion, 3 Quarti is a restaurant I would recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking refined, authentic cuisine in Taormina.

10/03/2026: We were looking for a place where my wife could find gluten-free dishes, and I have to say it was a pleasant discovery. The food, the drinks, the staff, the atmosphere...everything 5 stars! Definitely worth a try if you're looking for a truly enjoyable evening.
