04/07/2026: Half a kilo of ice cream €13.00, I REPEAT HALF A KG €13! Chocolate flavored topping, because in my opinion, that's what it's made with. Ridiculous prices for very questionable flavors. The guys at the counter, however, are always very kind.

11/06/2026: Cantina Averlia is quite literally if not better than the pub food I’ve had in Arizona/California. It was 12:30PM, we were starving from our travels. Every other business in the town turned away saying they were not serving food but Cantina Averlia was there to save us. Service incredible and shout out to Diego! That’s my boy he needs a raise. We got the bacon cheese burger with the fries. Highly recommend. 🤙🏼

10/06/2026: Excellent restaurant in the center of Castellammare with a fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, and a wide-ranging, reasonably priced drinks menu. The service was very friendly, especially Silvia, who was exceptional from start to finish, always smiling. I highly recommend the wine tasting platter and the Sarti Spritz!

10/08/2026: A lovely location just steps from the sea. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was truly excellent. The restaurant had a power outage in the middle of dinner, but they managed to finish the service without too many problems. Highly recommended.

07/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. The portion sizes were extremely small for the price, and it felt like very poor value for money. We left feeling like we had overpaid for what we received. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a satisfying meal. There are much better places offering fair portions and better value.

11/08/2026: I was with two friends on Monday evening. We were kindly welcomed by the staff, who gave us a table in the well-kept, clean, and welcoming garden. We ordered three pizzas, a crystalline salt beer, a large bottle of sparkling water, and a decaf coffee. Excellent and fast service. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The pizzas were wonderful in quality and flavor. Excellent prices. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

14/04/2026: Everything is delicious and fresh, prepared to order with authentic ingredients. A quiet, cool table to enjoy a plate of antipasti or a very tasty (cold) panini with a glass of wine. As an added bonus, smiles and service in French.

18/01/2026: This morning my husband and I decided to have breakfast here to try the famous XXL croissant and also the aperitif... we were really very satisfied, everything was delicious, a quiet atmosphere and fabulous staff, very kind and helpful... the XXL croissant was really good and the creams that accompany it were very tasty, then with the aperitif you can have all the sweets you prefer, we had some puff pastries and fried foods, everything was good

The service was impeccable in every way: attentive, professional, and meticulously caring, making us feel pampered at every moment. The true heart of the property, however, is the owner, Giuliana. She's a wonderful, cheerful person with a unique sense of hospitality. With her grace and thoughtful attention, she transformed a simple event (my mother's retirement party) into an unforgettable experience, making us feel not just like customers, but like valued guests in the home of friends. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

08/06/2026: We planned our wedding at Villa Zuccarello, and what can I say...we couldn't have chosen better! The atmosphere, the exceptional food, and the venue's flawless coordination of every detail allowed us to experience a magical day that we wouldn't change a thing about. Thanks to Marco and Giuliana for accompanying us over the months leading up to a wedding that far exceeded our expectations.

25/05/2026: Choosing Baglio Oneto for our wedding (May 23, 2026) was one of the best decisions we could have made. Wonderful views, impeccable organization, and kind and super helpful staff. We especially thank Vincenzo, Massimo, and the maître d'—truly wonderful and highly competent people! The food was excellent, and all our guests complimented us on the organization and quality of the reception. We also spent the night at the hotel. The room was perfect, with attention to every detail. A magical place that we will always cherish. Thank you for everything; it was a pleasure meeting you! Emanuele, Maria, and little Gabriel ♥️

22/04/2026: This is a very nice hotel to stay at. It is quite large (conferences are also held there). But you don't really notice that very much. At the (amazing!!) breakfast and by the (beautiful) infinity pool, you are only with a small group of people. Otherwise, it is a traditional hotel. You notice this in the rooms (good but not very special), and the dinner is also good but not very exceptional. The people who work there are extraordinarily friendly, very helpful, and really want to make you feel comfortable. The price is quite steep. Before this, we stayed at two small-scale, top-notch places on the east of the island, but they were less pricey than Baglio Oneto. That is a bit out of proportion. That is why, all in all, it just misses 5 stars. I would come back in a heartbeat for the people who work here; the place itself needs something extra.

27/07/2026: We discovered this gem as soon as we arrived in Alcamo. We had all our savory breakfasts there and even our lunches for the beach. Their sandwiches are delicious and their ice cream is excellent. The staff is very professional and incredibly friendly. Thank you! 😍😍😍

01/05/2026: We had lunch at the restaurant and it was a great experience. We were very lucky because we found room for two even though we hadn't booked! They seated us at a table next to the cellar, where the location and temperature were perfect! The staff was very attentive and friendly. The menu was varied and featured typical local products. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

25/04/2026: We booked a table for two. We arrived at the agreed-upon time, and our table for two was located at the entrance, near the pizza oven, amidst the staff shuffling between the kitchen and the dining room. Furthermore, those waiting for takeout pizzas were lingering near our table, sometimes bumping into us due to the cramped space. When I complained, the dining room manager completely failed to understand or empathize with our obvious discomfort, even refusing to seat us at other tables—not because they were reserved, but because they were tables for four, not two. And all this despite the fact that a couple of tables for four were already occupied by couples, well into their meal and therefore not waiting for other guests to arrive. In short, an unbecoming and very provincial attitude for a place that claims to be classy. We grabbed a couple of takeout pizzas and said goodbye. A terrible example of Sicilian hospitality to Sicilians.
