14/06/2025: I go to this delicatessen sporadically... I can assure you that everything is excellent! I go on purpose and they only serve me... I assure you that I looked around before choosing. The owner is a man of few words but a serious and calm person... his wife is the cook and prepares delicious dishes. They also love animals and take care of several kittens that queue up at closing time because they know that they will always have a thought for them.

14/06/2025: Ce soir un merveilleux moment gustatif avec un couscous de la mer incroyable et le meilleur cannolo de Sicile , une tuerie absolue avec une ricotta peu sucrée , brute ….sublime ! J’adore les cannoli mais celui-ci est absolument le meilleur que j’ai mangé !!!

04/06/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante prima di imbarcarci con l’ultimo volo per Roma. E non potevamo scegliere posto migliore per concludere in bellezza il nostro weekend siciliano. Servizio attento e professionale, ambiente curato e cena super! Pesce freschissimo, piatti buonissimi, vino eccellente e (cosa rara) ad un prezzo ragionevolissimo! Eravamo 8 amici e tutti hanno concordato della qualità delle pietanze e del servizio. Complimenti e quando saremo di passaggio a Trapani ci torneremo con piacere! In altre parole: consigliatissimo!

21/06/2025: We were recently at your restaurant, attracted by the beauty of the location and the elegant atmosphere, perfect for a special evening. Unfortunately, the experience was severely compromised by the constant presence of midges, which landed everywhere, even in the food and drinks. We explained the problem in a calm and respectful manner, but the staff was completely indifferent and nothing was done to remedy the problem (except changing the table with double the presence of midges and other insects). Despite this, we were still charged for the cover charge and the entire amount of the dinner consumed up to that point (a plate of chips). We understand the difficulties of a location by the sea, but it would be appropriate to adopt more effective preventive measures to avoid situations like this, which ruin the entire experience. We hope that this feedback will be welcomed in a constructive way, because the place has potential, but without attention to the customer, everything else takes a back seat.

09/06/2025: Auf der Suche nach einem schönen Restaurant in der Nähe unseres Hotels wurden wir auf das Agavos aufmerksam. Wir sind auf gut Glück um 19:30 Uhr hingefahren und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Um uns einen Überblick über das Angebot zu verschaffen, baten wir um die Einsicht in die Speisekarte, die uns gerne vorgelegt wurde. Von der Auswahl inspiriert, nahmen wir Platz und fühlten uns an diesem wunderschönen, ruhigen Fleckchen Erde mit Aussicht auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegende Bucht sehr wohl. Paula und ihr Team haben uns sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Wir hatten uns vorgenommen, verschiedene Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte zu bestellen, um möglichst viel kosten zu können und waren begeistert - italienische Küche, neu interpretiert, aromatisch und kreativ. Wer in schöner Umgebung seht gut essen möchte, sollte sich auf den Weg in das Agavos machen.

28/05/2025: Excellent restaurant which was recommended and booked for us by Carola, the owner of New River Hotel. A warm welcome, a beautiful table for 6 people with a panoramic view and a magnificent sunset!!! The meal consisted of fresh produce, succulent fish and meat as well as the accompaniments and local wine. A delicious pizza to share as well as the digestif was offered to us. Thank you to the whole team!!!!

02/05/2025: Restaurant on the seafront in Siculiana Marina, excellent fish dishes, I recommend booking, kind and friendly staff. Average quality/price ratio. The spaghetti with 5 flavors and the fried fish are excellent.

03/06/2025: This place was OK. We liked the quirky decor. Service wasn't the most attentive eg we got given bread alongside the main courses rather than while waiting, but there was a large group eating nearby so that might've been the reason. We didn't have to wait too long. Unfortunately we didn't find the food as good as elsewhere. The mixed salad, chips and squid were fine, but we found the lasagna a bit average and the pizza more takeaway standard. The breaded chicken was disappointing: small and flat with a dollop of cold mash alongside, when we were expecting a larger thickly-breadcrumbed breast with a salad or similar. Our kids left quite a bit which is unusual. Maybe we just came on a bad day but the standard didn't seem as good as elsewhere for several dishes.

23/06/2025: A very cosy Pizzeria with a huge selection of pizzas. We had dinner here on our first night in Trapani and had to return the next day also. The pizzas were delicious, the wine very refreshing and the beer cold and tasty. The staff was very kind, welcoming, professional and fluent in English. I have really enjoyed both my dining experiences at this Pizzeria. Can only recommend.
