Born from the passion and idea of Mr. Andrea Valenti, in 1987, following the achievement of the Certificate of Merit for the "Production of Artisanal Ice Cream" issued by Stefano Pernigotti & Figlio Spa and after the achievement of the Master Ice Cream Maker Diploma.
His goal was to convey the taste of good artisanal ice cream to customers.
For this reason he was committed to increasingly improving the flavor of his ice cream, listening to the advice, tastes, criticisms and suggestions of his customers.
Over time, passion turns into success.
Others try, unsuccessfully, to imitate him or steal the secrets of his recipes. But it is normal for a secret to remain a secret.
Today the tradition continues thanks to his son Francesco, creating the best artisanal ice cream.
The staff includes:
- Annalisa (Cake Designer) who creates the best artistic cakes suitable for all occasions.
- Maria Angela, who takes care of the management of the business and the Breakfast and Cafeteria side.

I'm in this bar, passing through to go to the seaside Lido Fiori.
The bar is very nice, friendly staff, and good products, the only flaw is that at a certain time, late in the morning, there is nothing left for breakfast.
In my opinion they should take a risk by preparing something extra, even for people who get up late and prefer to have breakfast later.
All in all good.
