Excellent gluten-free food, super friendly staff, and a clean and well-kept environment... The only downside was that the air conditioning was off; it was too hot, and we couldn't eat inside the bar. It's a shame the owners aren't addressing the air conditioning issue, which I've already reported to the staff many times.

Just outside Palermo, we stumbled upon this spectacular pastry shop/café. The pistachio croissant was so good, I've never tasted it so good. The gluten-free products are fantastic, and the coffee is excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A unique experience, tasting products in peace and quiet. Excellent ingredients, and kind and friendly staff. I will return and recommend it to those with gluten and lactose intolerances.
