Start with excellent seafood appetizers, from tuna to octopus to mussels! For a first course, the fantastic fregola allo scoglio pasta, the best I've tasted in the area! Finish with Sardinian sweets and myrtle sorbet! Simple atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, and impeccable service! Make a reservation!

Perhaps accompanied by courteous but unpretentious service. If this is your idea, then Nobel will amaze you. Starting with the quality of the service. Attentive, welcoming, and smiling staff. A place to have breakfast is an opportunity to chat with the staff. And what about lunch? Behind the counter, in a small room, lurks a person capable of concocting delicious dishes of any kind, suitable for those who want to indulge at lunch and for those who want to stay in shape. From Italian-style "poké" to combination dishes, from delicious first courses to the best stuffed focaccia I've ever eaten (old wine merchant, step aside :D). Every dish I've tasted has never disappointed me. And finally, a real gem. If you want to pair your meal with a good wine, you'll be spoiled for choice, because behind that counter lurks one of the best sommeliers in Sardinia. In short, if you haven't frequented Nobel yet, it's natural to think there's nothing special at the bar. P.S.: Once you try their tiramisu, you'll become addicted.

26/07/2025: We had a very pleasant experience at Vita Nova, I am vegetarian and there was no vegetarian option on the menu but Laura, the chef, made me three different proposals for different vegetarian dishes. I had a fantastic dinner with great food! Sure, the price is a bit high, but the quality of the ingredient is very good and the portions were perfect! Would go back for sure!

23/03/2025: Sono stata qui a cena con un'amica poco più di un mese fa. Venire qui significa fare un'esperienza culinaria davvero entusiasmante, con materie prime di altissima qualità e abbinamenti ricercati e davvero riusciti. Noi abbiamo preso il percorso da quattro portate con un calice di vino ad accompagnare. Il tutto, dal pane portato col loro olio speciale, al vino, a ogni singola pietanza ci è stato sapientemente e gentilmente spiegato dal cameriere che ci ha accompagnate con un presenza assidua ma non stressante per tutta la serata. Gesto molto carino quando la mia amica si è alzata per andare alla toilette e il cameriere è venuto a prendere il suo piatto per tenerlo al caldo finché non fosse tornata. Il conto naturalmente non è stato basso, ma assolutamente adeguato all'esperienza vissuta e alla qualità alta delle materie prime. Spettacolare il risotto con la bagna cauda.

11/08/2025: Très bon restaurant, nous y étions en famille, le personnel a été très gentil et attentionné avec nous et nos enfants, pas de menu enfants mais ils ont fait un plat spécialement pour eux, Le service a été assez rapide et les plats délicieux, Je recommande

08/08/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato a Quartu Sant’Elena per una settima e abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante per ben tre volte. Abbiamo sempre mangiato pesce e la qualità dei piatti era veramente altissima. Disponibili molti piatti senza glutine o comunque riadattabili. Il personale era molto attento alla celiachia oltre ad essere molto professionali e simpatici, ma non invadenti. Consigliatissimo!! Piatto secondo me più buono: pasta con astice!

24/05/2025: Family-run seafood restaurant located in the center of Cagliari where Fabrizio, a kind and thoughtful man, will welcome you. Being celiac I requested changes to the menu, where possible, and Fabrizio and his chefs accommodated my requests (I also had the opportunity to eat gluten-free pasta). Highly recommended, very fresh fish, a guarantee!

30/04/2025: Best service, the waiter was so lovely and kind. The food was incredible, so fresh and tasty! Tiramisu is not to be missed out on!

20/06/2025: I have known the place for several years. I have been there for weddings and other occasions. I have always had a great time. The last time I was there was for a beautiful wedding, everything was beautiful even if I personally found a small decline in the food and service. But things happen even if finishing the sorbet and leaving thirty people to watch the others was not nice. For the rest, the staff was very kind and helpful.
