03/08/2026: I thought I was in a typical restaurant, but when I saw all the tourists and no Sardinians, I immediately realized I wouldn't eat well. I ordered mussels and the fish of the day. The mussels were almost empty, I ate mostly bread, and the sauce wasn't marinière like it said on the menu, just a drizzle of oil and that's it... The fish of the day was the size of a sardine, and I left feeling hungry and disappointed at having paid so much for nothing. Luckily, the waitress was nice. But please, don't expect to eat well; it's just a tourist attraction. This isn't Mediterranean cuisine, generous, and flavorful like it is in Italy!!! Edit: And thanks for calling me ignorant about cuisine. I've had mussels marinière a lot in Belgium and France, where they're the most popular, and yours are 100% NOT MARINIERA-style. You couldn't even mop up your very empty mussels with bread. Hello, and I hope more people see the truly unprofessional comments you make to dissatisfied people, exposing their ignorance and unprofessionalism. If you don't accept criticism, close down, my dears.

29/07/2026: I would describe it as eating at Nonna's in her living room. A typical Sardinian restaurant, seemingly frozen in time. Even though the ladies only speak Italian, they make every effort to explain everything clearly and answer all questions. They were very child-friendly, especially asking whether the children's food should come with the appetizer or main course. A little bread and olives were served as an aperitif. The Sardinian pasta was delicious, and the fish was fresh and well-prepared. Personally, I found the pizza too dry and not that great. (I had anchovies on my pizza, and I don't think I saw that mentioned. But cell phone reception is practically nonexistent there – bad for translation.) We've had better pizzas here, but that's probably a matter of taste. Prices were reasonable. A very authentic restaurant.

07/10/2025: I made a last-minute reservation for four people. We were warmly welcomed and ate an exceptional horse steak, two excellent mixed fried dishes, and a plate of fabulous trofie with pesto. I want to say that the poor review from the gentleman below and the owner's response were the reason for my choice. And not only do I recommend it, but I hope to return and try other dishes. The place could use a larger dining area, but its strength probably lies in its small size. The beer and coffee are top marks.

21/03/2026: A haven of peace on stage 25/26 of the Sentiero Italia. There was no one there when we passed by, just a tap and a soothing calm. It's a magical and unmissable spot.

27/01/2026: We've been to this restaurant once for lunch with friends, then on January 31st, and the experience was good, except for the last time last week. I booked through the app for the next day; we wanted to have a quiet evening and open the envelopes delivered on the 31st. We arrived, asked for the reserved table, and alas, it was right at the entrance, with people constantly coming and going, and 10 degrees outside. We sat down, took off our jackets, and studied the menu while waiting for our order. We felt a cold draft from above, coupled with the front door constantly opening; we must have had a cold! We asked for another table, but nothing was possible! We left. I think it's worth considering avoiding a table so close to the entrance and with a draft from above, especially with the low temperatures outside, out of respect for the customers. We'll consider returning.

31/05/2026: Review only for the pizzeria. Unfortunately, it's a negative one. The pizza was runny, with the mozzarella barely melting. Beware of the non-standard options, which are outrageously expensive...

28/10/2025: A clean, welcoming bar with plenty of well-arranged tables and a spacious interior. The staff is friendly and quick to serve and prepare orders. In addition to the starter and main course menu, they also serve sandwiches, burgers, and tramezzini (all generously filled), as well as pastries, coffee, and cappuccino. The restroom is also clean, which is a significant detail.

06/07/2026: Very good food, nice ambiance… definitely not a touristy place, it seemed very authentic. It was a bit challenging for us to order not speaking Italian. What we needed was a little hand holding on the ordering… that was not available. There should be a merciful… we’ll just order for you option.

21/07/2026: A typical Assemini restaurant, it offers a wide variety of pizzas and excellent dishes. There's also a good selection of draft beers and wines. Friendly staff and fast service. Takeout pizzas are also available, and can be picked up at the counter or delivered to your home via Deliveroo.

29/05/2026: If you're in the area, stop here: in a small town, this pizzeria-restaurant is a real surprise. The pizza is cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, but the menu doesn't stop there: the meat and fish are also excellent, well-seasoned and made with fresh ingredients. The prices are more than fair for the portions and quality. The staff is also noteworthy: welcoming, attentive, and super professional. We'll be back.

05/10/2025: A very welcoming place in the city center. The owner, Silvia, and all the staff are very friendly, making you feel at ease and offering excellent suggestions on what to order. The spritz and drinks menu is very varied and original. I absolutely recommend going there!

26/05/2026: A lovely little pizzeria, cozy and with attentive and friendly service. Delicious pizzas by the meter. Excellent value for money. A place frequented mainly by locals, in a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds.
