24/08/2025: An incredible number of great products from Sardinia – highly recommended for anyone who not only wants to bring something back for their loved ones, but also seeks a culinary souvenir for themselves. We stocked up on special-shaped pasta and Sardinian pastries. Due to a misunderstanding, we ended up paying for more sweet treats than planned and carrying more in our bags. When we complained a few minutes later, the salesperson not only apologized repeatedly but also offered to take other items for the same amount and even gave us the extra pastries as a gift. These were so delicious, in retrospect, that we would have bought even more if we'd known beforehand. Thank you so much for the friendly service!

The dough is well-made and light, and every week the pizza chef creates a new creation, always original and delicious. The place is nestled in a small park, a pleasant and relaxing setting that makes the experience even more enjoyable. You can choose to eat inside or outside, enjoying the beautiful evenings. If you're in the area and looking for good pizza in a charming and refined setting, Olives is definitely the place to go.

24/09/2025: A wonderful lunch buffet experience with cover charge, drinks, and desserts included. You can eat everything from meat to fish, but also lots of vegetables. During the week, it costs very little: 16 euros for an all-inclusive lunch. On the weekend, it costs a little more, but it's definitely worth it.

14/09/2025: I've been to this restaurant three or four times, but this time I was disappointed. I love the "pesci sogliola alla Parmigiana" (a dish on the menu), so I suggested going with my family. We ordered mussels, fried fish, spaghetti vongole con bottarga, and sogliola con Parmigiana. The fish was fresh and everything was delicious. However, the behavior of one male waiter made this dining experience extremely unpleasant. While waiting for my food, I asked a nearby waiter to take a photo. He was very reluctant, tapping his finger repeatedly on my phone, then glaring at me as he handed it back. I had a nasty look on my face. When I checked my phone later, I was shocked to see that he had taken 18 photos in a row! It was clearly a deliberate attempt to annoy me, and it was a completely different experience from anything I've ever had before. I was left feeling extremely uncomfortable and saddened by the whole meal. In contrast, I was impressed by another waiter who kindly took a photo for a customer at a nearby table, smiling and taking it for him. I was looking forward to the dinner party, but this left me feeling sad, and I probably won't be going to this restaurant again.

02/10/2025: Very good food; we ordered the carasau bread fantasy, the tuna and pesto pizza, the vegan brittle, the carasau bread rose, and the seada with honey. The legume brittle was very popular, since often the only vegan option is grilled vegetables. Delicious and original! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

08/08/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato a Quartu Sant’Elena per una settima e abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante per ben tre volte. Abbiamo sempre mangiato pesce e la qualità dei piatti era veramente altissima. Disponibili molti piatti senza glutine o comunque riadattabili. Il personale era molto attento alla celiachia oltre ad essere molto professionali e simpatici, ma non invadenti. Consigliatissimo!! Piatto secondo me più buono: pasta con astice!

26/09/2025: The food doesn’t reflect the ratings of this place. The staff is nice, however three out of four pasta dishes were inedible and the shrimp tartare will haunt me for many months to come. Fried calamari were fine, but nothing special. There are far better dinner options in Cagliari than this restaurant.

02/04/2025: Not just a "simple" bar. We're used to thinking of bars as places to grab a quick bite, not something particularly tasty or elaborate. Perhaps accompanied by courteous but unpretentious service. If this is your idea, then Nobel will amaze you. Starting with the quality of the service. Attentive, welcoming, and smiling staff. A place to have breakfast is an opportunity to chat with the staff. And what about lunch? Behind the counter, in a small room, lurks a person capable of concocting delicious dishes of any kind, suitable for those who want to indulge at lunch and for those who want to stay in shape. From Italian-style "poké" to combination dishes, from delicious first courses to the best stuffed focaccia I've ever eaten (old wine merchant, step aside :D). Every dish I've tasted has never disappointed me. And finally, a real gem. If you want to pair your meal with a good wine, you'll be spoiled for choice, because behind that counter lurks one of the best sommeliers in Sardinia. In short, if you haven't frequented Nobel yet, it's natural to think there's nothing special at the bar. P.S.: Once you try their tiramisu, you'll become addicted.
