20/02/2026: An alternative evening with the family, we had 4 different sandwiches, all good and excellent value for money, they are very quick and friendly... the only thing is that there are few places to sit as it is a street food place.

22/10/2025: A week in the beautiful October Italian sun. This hotel is every bit as good as advertised. The welcome and genuine warmth of our hosts was simply perfect. This hotel has an authentic family feel, everyone truly cares and does everything they can to make sure their guests have a flawless stay. The breakfast, in a beautiful room ’pool side’ is great. Take a look at the hotel’s website, the ‘tropical’ feel is exactly as you imagine it to be from their photos. The location is also perfect… You can park your car just a few metres along the road, the same road that just an 800M stroll will take you to a beautiful beach, or in the opposite direction into the village where there are so many restaurants to choose from, lots of bars, a couple of supermarkets, a pharmacy… not to mention the gelato outlets..! This place has it all. If you have a car, and I’d recommend it, there are some breathtaking roads along the coast.. the views simply outstanding. If you are looking for a base in southern Sardinia, look no further than Hotel Su Sergenti. It’s perfect. Thank you to the team here for a wonderful stay in your beautiful hotel.

12/10/2025: A great hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff are consistently courteous and excellent at their jobs. The parking lot is a few steps away and can be opened with the room card. We would definitely book there again. The only thing is that the €25 beach chair with a towel is a bit pricey.

12/09/2025: We had and amazing experience ,the one i will not forget,they showed us around,you feel like home there,food and wine was tasty,even option for those who dont eat meat,they took care of every need, definitely an authentic place to go back :)

25/06/2026: Excellent restaurant (not a pizzeria), located outside the city center, but still five minutes from the main street. Even without a reservation, we managed to dine outside during the week. Good selection of dishes, including appetizers, first courses, and second courses. I recommend the seafood carbonara with squid ink tagliolini, fried calamari, culargiones, or the Sardinian platter. A must-visit restaurant, highly recommended. The owner and her assistant, the waitress, are very helpful. Go there.

24/06/2026: An experience that goes far beyond the excellent food. I ate a truly exquisite pasta with clams, perfectly prepared with the freshest ingredients. But what made this evening special was the kindness of the couple who run the restaurant. At the end of the meal, Paolo stopped to chat with us: he was extremely kind, gave us valuable advice for our trip, and, in a truly appreciated gesture, offered me a Sardinian digestif for my birthday. It's precisely these sincere touches that make the difference and make a restaurant special. Thank you so much for making my birthday dinner even more wonderful. We'll definitely be back!

17/10/2025: Overall, it was poor; the waiters don't remember who ordered what. The food was mediocre, and the seafood pasta was too salty.

09/10/2025: Highly recommended. Very good service, excellent food. The ambiance is perfect. So far, the best restaurant in town. If you want to sit on the roof terrace, it's best to make a reservation in advance.

09/06/2026: The food wasn't very good. It was served randomly, and not everyone at the table received their meals. The staff brought the bill several minutes later after three requests. It's better to eat elsewhere.

31/05/2026: Review only for the pizzeria. Unfortunately, it's a negative one. The pizza was runny, with the mozzarella barely melting. Beware of the non-standard options, which are outrageously expensive...

Finding him back in his restaurant after so many years at Tanka Village, preparing his legendary sorbets and crepes Suzette and entertaining his customers was like stepping back in time. 10/05/2026: We visited the hotel during the first week of May. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied, fresh, and well-presented. Unfortunately, there was only a buffet one evening; otherwise, it was set menus. The quality of the individual dishes varied considerably. Sometimes excellent, sometimes terrible. We would gladly return, but only if we booked a room with breakfast included.

10/05/2026: As soon as we arrived, everything went well. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which is why I added an extra star instead of just one. The room was well-presented, apart from the initial difficulty of using force to open it and the same problem closing it, otherwise it would stay open. The room was clean, but ours had a door that connected to the other room and was very poorly soundproofed, which I really don't accept for a 5-star hotel. The spa is there just to say the least, but it's lacking maintenance and disappointing in every way. For example, out of 5 hydromassage jets, only 1 worked. The situation at the bar was disappointing. It took six workers 45 minutes to find the bottle we asked for. Or rather, I assume they only had warm water and tried putting it in the blast chiller to cool it down a bit. Every time we've had an aperitivo, either the requested bottle wasn't available or there's always been some mix-up that results in us being offered a platter. The platter was NEVER accompanied by napkins or a small plate to place the olive seeds on. I think they're basics from a dive bar, let alone a 5-star establishment. We arrived for lunch at 1:30 PM, and with just one course, we finished at 3:30. The icing on the cake, however, was breakfast. We went in to ask if we had an assigned seat or if there were any free seats, and the waiter, if you will, replied: "You can sit wherever you like, but next time, get dressed and put on a jacket, otherwise you'll sit outside." I was wearing a top and pants. I wasn't in a swimsuit or dressed vulgarly. In fact, I'm nine months pregnant and often get hot flashes that don't force me to lighten up. The change in tone of his response (using the informal "tu" with me) and the smug manner he used, considering he was one of the older waiters, makes me realize how inadequate the table service is. He completely ruined my morning and was incredibly rude. He made me so angry that I regret not having gotten his name to point this out at the front desk. In short, a negative experience in almost every way, except for the front desk and the girl who drove the shuttle to the beach, who was super kind and friendly. Otherwise, I'd never set foot there again.
