15/08/2024: Nice place with the possibility of eating outside and inside even if there was an excessive presence of bees, ordered a cut and Roman chicory, all of which arrived in a few minutes, it was noted that the serving was small, which needed to be cut further given the ribbed parts of the meat which arrived cut into slices with medium cooking. Once the uneatable part has been removed, there is very little left to enjoy. The chicory arrives and I notice from chewing it that it is inedible. We have it brought back asking why they cooked the stems and not the softer parts of the chicory. We ask them to cook it further upon arrival we note that there is no possibility of tasting it. we pay the bill by asking for feedback from a person at the cash register who understands little with the eastern inflection the cooking method and the real Roman chicory, he points out to us that the cook and Sardinian but this does not establish the carelessness of the courses and the carelessness of the dish, we hope for greater attention towards customers given the name and responsibility that Roman cuisine carries with it.

15/08/2024: If you want to eat real Roman cuisine, you can't miss coming to the Roman osteria of Selargius, every dish is a delicacy, the waiters are always smiling and careful not to let you miss anything, very kind and quick in service, all the dishes are very generous and the prices accessible to everyone, I will definitely return.

02/07/2024: The church of Sant'Elena Imperatrice reminds me of the churches of the city of Rome, due to its beauty it was built in the 18th century, early 1700s but has undergone restoration up to the present day. The style is Baroque, characterized by rich decorations and an imposing facade. The main facade is adorned with statues and reliefs, while the interior has a central nave with barrel vaults decorated with frescoes and stuccoes. The main altar is a masterpiece of sculpture and inlay, richly decorated with fine marble and gilding. Above the altar there is a statue of Saint Helena, patron saint of the city. The tall and slender bell tower, with a domed roof that dominates the surrounding landscape. The interior of the church is decorated with numerous frescoes and works of art. The church has an underground crypt, which in the past was used for burials. It is a fascinating and mysterious place, with an evocative atmosphere. If you are visiting Quartu, it is a monument worth seeing, and if you pass by, take the opportunity to buy something from the typical Sardinian cuisine in the fresh pasta shop under the arcades.

19/08/2024: Scoperto attraverso The fork é stata un piacevolissima sorpresa. Poco lontano dai luogo della Movida cagliaritana questo piccolo locale racchiude in sé una cucina curata ed un servizio di rara cortesia. Che avessimo fatto la scelta giusta lo dimostrava il fatto che il locale era frequentato anche da cagliaritani. Ottima la fregola di mare. Strepitosa la rana pescatrice come antipasto. Ovviamente come dolce la Seada talmente buona da creare dipendenza. Prezzi assolutamente nella media per la qualità dei prodotti e del servizio. Da provare

05/08/2024: For the second time we went to the Il Brigantino restaurant and this time too it did not disappoint expectations. Courteous, attentive and kind staff, the place is always well kept and clean. Good wine list. The paccheri with red prawns are excellent, truly delicious. Advised

30/08/2024: Super central restaurant, with many options to eat and try Italian cuisine. Good assortment of pasta and pizza, all very good, at a very reasonable price. It is large and spacious, very attentive staff. Highly recommended.

25/08/2024: Really nice place with attention to detail. The staff proved to be courteous and generous with advice and attention. The dishes offered lived up to expectations in terms of taste and presentation. Prices are definitely normal and similar to other local ones. Reservation is definitely recommended. We will definitely be back. I recommend it 👍

17/08/2024: The place is stuck in the 80’S nothing has change I think not even the menus or the drinks at the bar. Tagliata of beef around 15 to 20 pieces 1cm by 1cm of beef tagliata over cooked. They should have not accepted to much guest since they were not ready for it. If I was you and I am in the surrounding I would avoid this place.

03/08/2024: Vi ville komma bort från det mest centrala turiststråket och begav oss upp på en lite mer avsides gata, och hittade denna pärla till restaurang! Vår semestervecka innehöll till slut två besök, på grund av att maten var så god! Allt vi har ätit har hållit högsta klass: sardinska ostar, bruchetta med tomatröra, fyllda tortellinis, mozzarella, vegetarisk risotto, mums! Egengjord tiramisu och lavakaka! Förstklassigt vin, ja, allt har varit högsta betyg. En till ytan anspråkslös, familjedriven restaurang, med kocken och ägaren Paulo, som kommer ut och språkar och kollar av att allt smakar bra. En genuint trevlig man som lägger ner sitt hjärta i matlagningen. Missa inte denna otroligt trevliga pärla!

15/07/2024: Ik ben jaren geleden een paar keer bij Ristorante Flora geweest, en het was een geweldige ervaring: druk, je moest lang tevoren reserveren, uitsluitend lokale en wat chique gasten. Professionele obers in jacquet , een Fantastische ambiance, en ook fantastisch eten. Ik had mij erop verheugd daar weer terug te gaan tijdens mijn vakantie op Sardinië. Helaas werd het een grote desillusie. Er was werkelijk niets over van het restaurant van weleer- er bleken slechts 3 tafels bezet, allen met toeristen, vermoedelijk hotelgasten. In de eens zo sfeervolle tuin hing hier en daar oud speelgoed ter decoratie, stond een step geparkeerd, en hingen doeken om de keuken af te schermen. Het keukengeluid hoorde je echter wel. De menukaart was ook totaal anders, en het eten bleek beneden peil : de huisgemaakte ravioli met visvulling bleken een soort vormeloze, uit elkaar gevallen dikke pastaballen te zijn, met een paar mosselen en vongole erover gestrooid. Ik heb ze terug gestuurd. De mixed fish van de grill voor 2 personen a 50 euro bestond uit 1 grote vis in 4 stukken gehakt waarvan kop en staart niet eetbaar, wat inktvisringen, 3 kleine gamba’s pp, en een paar mini visjes die meer graat dan vis waren. Het dessert, limoensorbet die slijmerig en lauw was, en tiramisu die hoofdzakelijk slagroom bevatte, leken fabrieks producten te zijn. We waren echt diep teleurgesteld in zowel de ervaring als de kwaliteit van het eten. De pluspunten waren dat de dame die ons bediende zeer vriendelijk was, al was het geen ober met allure meer, maar een meisje in spijkerbroek. En ook de wijn was naar onze smaak, op advies van deze dame. Maar verder kan ik alleen zeggen: sla dit restaurant over! Voor 100 euro kun je elders veel beter en gezelliger terecht.
