14/04/2025: Dit restaurant heeft alles in zich om een michelinster te krijgen. Alleen het toilet dient nog een beetje opgefrist te worden.

23/03/2025: Sono stata qui a cena con un'amica poco più di un mese fa. Venire qui significa fare un'esperienza culinaria davvero entusiasmante, con materie prime di altissima qualità e abbinamenti ricercati e davvero riusciti. Noi abbiamo preso il percorso da quattro portate con un calice di vino ad accompagnare. Il tutto, dal pane portato col loro olio speciale, al vino, a ogni singola pietanza ci è stato sapientemente e gentilmente spiegato dal cameriere che ci ha accompagnate con un presenza assidua ma non stressante per tutta la serata. Gesto molto carino quando la mia amica si è alzata per andare alla toilette e il cameriere è venuto a prendere il suo piatto per tenerlo al caldo finché non fosse tornata. Il conto naturalmente non è stato basso, ma assolutamente adeguato all'esperienza vissuta e alla qualità alta delle materie prime. Spettacolare il risotto con la bagna cauda.

02/10/2025: Unfortunately, no star is not an option. We wanted to have a leisurely dinner at this restaurant on October 2, 2025 (7:30 p.m.), but it was a complete disaster. Not only was the language barrier a problem, but we could only have gotten dishes that weren't really to our taste. For example, the menu was full of delicious dishes, but they seemed to lack interest. This is a bit surprising, because I actually thought every customer counted. So we left the restaurant.

14/10/2025: I booked the room through Check24, and it actually looked like the picture in the ad. When I arrived on the evening of November 11th, there were two people at the reception who were truly touching: my daughter had just bruised her knees, so he acted as first aid while she took care of our check-in. I still had to move my car, and he showed me the way to the parking lot outside. I also wanted to rent a wetsuit for water sports the next day, and they did some research for me. The hotel turned out to be a real four-star hotel, at least, when the two were even kind enough to laugh at my jokes! I immediately felt very comfortable. Thank you very much, and I'd love to come back. Oh, and the WiFi is so fast that I was able to download the internet and sync my Lightroom cloud for the rest of the vacation as a precaution.

14/09/2025: The room was a run-of-the-mill, befitting a 2-star hotel: cramped and cramped, not to mention the bathroom! It was probably 10 square meters, shared by three people, for the modest price of €60 per person per night. Terrible value for money. The restaurant appears to be renowned and recommended by the Michelin guide, according to them. Unfortunately, the staff is inattentive to guests' needs and seems annoyed by every request. The quality of the food, compared to the price I paid—2 platters, 2 first courses, and 1 bottle of wine for €130—is far below average. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

10/09/2025: I was thinking about eating fresh calamari since we're not far from the sea, but even though I live in the north of the continent, I honestly ate fresh, not frozen. Oh, I forgot... Quality and price... 🙄🙄

13/10/2025: The food was delicious and arrived very quickly after ordering. The restaurant is truly beautifully decorated. I would give the young gentleman who rocked everything tonight, from taking orders, mixing and serving drinks, to service, delivery, etc., another 5 stars. 👌 Top service 💪

04/09/2025: We stopped in Montjovet and found a truly warm welcome. The daily menu (two dishes of your choice for €15) was a pleasant surprise, both for the quality of the ingredients and the chef's dedication. Each dish had personality and flavor, with an attention to detail that's hard to find everywhere. The wait staff was friendly, professional, and ready to offer advice with a smile. We'll definitely be back!

27/08/2025: Chef Matteo offers Piedmontese and other dishes with his own personal touch. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable. I recommend the meats, excellent.

17/09/2025: An absolutely wonderful place in Cagliari! You feel at home the moment you enter VitaNova Cucina e Dolci. The decor is tasteful and cozy, with very pleasant, subtle music playing in the background. I would particularly like to highlight the service: The waitress Lydia is super friendly and attentive, and the chef Laura Sechi, who is also the owner, puts her heart and soul into creating a wonderful experience. She takes her time, explains the dishes in detail, accommodates individual requests, and is incredibly helpful. The food was outstanding; everything is freshly prepared and tastes simply amazing! The value for money is absolutely fine—a little more expensive, but worth every euro. A restaurant we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

31/08/2025: Excellent food and service. The restaurant was closing, but the owner and chef welcomed us and enchanted us with her passion for cooking. It didn't feel like dinner, but rather an experience filled with exclusive flavors. I ate the best seadas of my entire Sardinian holiday. Highly recommended!

01/10/2025: Do not expect much. Tasty sea bass though. When you arrive, waitress tells you that this highly esteemed establishment does not serve pizza, but instead is a Restaurant. Then she seats you right next to the toilet despite the fact that the place is almost empty. Afterwards she forgets to bring you cola and expresses shock that I don't drink alcohol. Also, for such an important establishment, it is a shame that they do not give you some wet napkins to clean your hands even though you have to fight through oily prawns with your fingers. Also, the Restaurant gives you sauce for fried potatoes- those little packs of heinz of whatever kind of mayonnaise, which is absolutely fine, but that kind of does not go together with all the high and mighty Restaurant image. Okay, sorry, wanted to get it out of my system. Maybe I just looked like a stupid tourist to them.

01/10/2025: We were looking for Arrabbiata sauce pasta in Villasimus and couldn't find any. This place made it on our request even though they do not have it on the menu. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Food was really good and tasty! No pizzas made here which is a nice touch. Its hidden away from the main street which is a shame as its better than the main street restaurants!

03/10/2025: I don't know how they say the food is so good. We ordered three appetizers, all of which tasted the same, all you could taste was vinegar. And one of them was even wrong, practically another dish. Price and quality don't go hand in hand, especially since it tastes very little like fish. €16 for an appetizer, which only has four tiny cubes of tuna and all the rest is tomatoes, not even cherry tomatoes, but large chopped tomatoes and lots of onion, seems excessive. … And for all this, €120… come on, they don't even know what fish means. I'll never go back.

12/10/2025: A whopping €16.50 for a pasta with butter and parmesan (calculated as a €13 tomato sauce, already overpriced, plus €3.50 for parmesan). Plus a €5 sorbet, and they charged us 80 cents for the carton (to take away the leftovers). They'll never see me again.

10/10/2025: A quiet, spacious location. You can choose between the interior garden (very pretty) or inside the restaurant. The food is delicious, featuring local dishes like fregolas and bottarga. We'll be back. The waiters are very friendly and welcoming.
